This study aims to measure the quality of health services from the patient's perspective while being treated in hospital, analyzing data for descriptive hypothesis testing using the t-test. This research was conducted at Bima Regional Hospital with the research sample consisting of 97 inpatient patients with the sampling technique used was Probability sampling, namely Simple Random Sampling. The results of the research were obtained from the t-Test test of expectations and reality, showed that the Std.Deviation of 9.115 expectations was smaller than the Std.Deviation of 20.265 of reality. So the results of the T-Test test with a p value of 0.000 could be concluded that there was a difference between expectations and the reality that was accepted in review the score given by the patient. And the level of conformity to the results of this research shows that many patients feel that the quality of service provided by the Bima Regional Hospital is very much in line with their expectations.

Abstract

Initial survey data at the Aikmual Public Health Center found that 90% of pregnant women in the third trimester experienced low back pain. Almost all pregnant women were given a traditional massage from a shaman which is called Orah Lempot Sasak (OLeS) and a traditional technique called Rebozo. In this study, researchers will provide a combination of the Rebozo Technique with the Orah Lempot Sasak tradition which is usually carried out by belian or birth attendants in the Sasak tribe. This research aims to analyze the effect of the combination of the Ribozo technique and the Orah Lempot Sasak tradition on reducing low back pain in third trimester pregnant women. This study is a pre-experimental study with control group. The respondents were 30 pregnant women who were in 3rd trimester and experience low back pain. The control group was given common pregnancy exercise, while the intervention group was given the Rebozo combined with Orah Lempot Sasak (OLeS). The research results showed a significant effect of using the Rebozo Orah Lempot Sasak combination on reducing low back pain in pregnant women in the third trimester with a P value of 0.001.  The traditional based treatment, which is combination of Rebozo and Orah Lempot Sasak effective in reducing low back pain in third trimester pregnant women.

Abstract

In many countries, including Indonesia, access to emergency medical services remains a significant challenge, especially in remote areas. Telemedicine technology is expected to be an effective solution for improving accessibility and the quality of emergency services. this research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the implementation of telemedicine in emergency medical services in remote areas at Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara. The research procedure is structured into several main stages, including planning, data collection, data analysis, and reporting. Data is collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with stakeholders such as healthcare workers and the local community, as well as document analysis related to the implementation of telemedicine. The results showed that telemedicine significantly improves accessibility, allowing residents to obtain medical consultations without having to travel long distances, thereby reducing the time and cost of receiving timely services. Furthermore, telemedicine enhances response time and coordination between field medical teams and health service centers, enabling more accurate diagnoses and effective management of emergencies. However, this research also reveals several challenges in the implementation of telemedicine, including limited technological infrastructure and a lack of trained personnel in using telemedicine technology. To optimize the implementation of telemedicine, efforts are needed to strengthen technological infrastructure and enhance the capacity of medical personnel in remote areas. Thie study  research recommend several inputs for the development of policies and practices to enhance the effectiveness and inclusiveness of emergency medical services through telemedicine.

The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with a quota sampling method and 64 respondents were obtained. The instruments used were a family support questionnaire and a questionnaire on the level of depression symptoms. Data analysis used an ordinal logistic regression test with a p value <0.05. Research Results. The results of the simultaneous test of the relationship between the length of treatment and family support on the level of depression symptoms in patients with pulmonary TB at Surakarta General Hospital obtained a p-value of 0.000, then (p = 0.000 <0.05) meaning that the variables of length of treatment and family support together have an effect on the variable of the level of depression symptoms with a magnitude of the relationship of 47.5%. Conclusion. There is a significant relationship between the length of treatment and family support on the level of depression symptoms in patients with pulmonary TB at Surakarta General Hospital.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a disease in which cells lose their normal control mechanisms resulting in abnormal, rapid, and uncontrolled growth of breast tissue. One of the factors causing the high incidence of breast cancer is the lack of early detection education provided to adolescents. Consequently, knowledge and attitude of adolescents in conducting Self Breast Examination (SADARI) as an early detection of breast cancer is still lacking. In fact, there are still many adolescents who are unable to perform SADARI because they do not know how to do SADARI. Purpose of the studyto determine the effect of health education with booklet on the knowledge and attitudes of female adolescents in conducting SADARI at Kuripan Highschool. This research uses pre-experimental research design using one group pre-posttest with 65 female students as the respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional stratified random sampling. The data consisted of primary and secondary data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data processing technique used a Non-Parametric test, namely the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results showed thatbefore given health education, most respondents had poor knowledge (36; 56%) and had a negative attitude (36 ; 55%). After given health education, all respondents were included in good knowledge (65;100%) and had a positive attitude (37;57%). It can be concluded that there is an influence of health education using booklet on the knowledge and attitudes of female adolescents in doing SADARI (Breast Self-Examination) at Kuripan Highschool
