Abstract

P-IRT and Digital Marketing Training at Gondek Village Hall is an initiative to increase the competitiveness of local products and encourage community business independence. Initial conditions showed that many MSMEs in this village still face obstacles in business licensing and digital marketing strategies. Lack of understanding of P-IRT certification and the use of digital platforms makes local products less competitive in the wider market. As a solution, this program includes socialization and training in making P-IRT to increase awareness and understanding of business actors about the importance of product legality. In addition, digital marketing seminars focused on optimizing marketplace platforms and social media as marketing tools. This activity includes technical guidance on branding, product photos, and digital-based marketing strategies to increase market reach. The results of this training show an increase in the number of MSMEs applying for P-IRT, as well as increased skills in utilizing digital marketing. Local products are starting to be known more widely through digital platforms, supporting community economic growth. The follow-up plan includes monitoring and further assistance to ensure the sustainability of the program's impact.

Abstract

A form of community service with a focus on increasing the economic capacity of Family Welfare and Empowerment through bead-making skills. The fostered partners, who have creative potential in making beads, face obstacles in product packaging, budget management, and digital marketing. To overcome these problems, our community service team applies intensive training and mentoring methods. The implementation of activities includes training in attractive and functional packaging design, preparation of efficient production budgets, and utilization of social media and e-commerce platforms for product marketing. The results of the coaching show a significant increase in the quality of more attractive product packaging (75% increase in quality), understanding of financial management (60% increase based on evaluation results), and increasing market reach through digital marketing (40% increase in online sales based on sales data). The follow-up plan that will be carried out is ongoing mentoring in developing product designs and strengthening digital marketing strategies to ensure the sustainability of partner businesses

Abstract

Waste management in Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency still faces various obstacles, such as lack of public awareness in sorting waste, limited processing facilities, and minimal branding and marketing of recycled products. The Community Service Team collaborated with TPS 3R Mojowarno to improve the effectiveness of waste management and introduce eco enzyme as a solution for utilizing organic waste. The steps taken include creating logo designs and product packaging, assisting in eco enzyme production, and socializing waste management with the 3R principle. In addition, the Jombang Regency Environmental Service (DLH) was also invited as a resource person in sustainable waste management education. The results of the activity showed an increase in public understanding of waste sorting and the benefits of eco enzyme. TPS 3R recycled products began to be widely known after improvements in packaging and branding. In the future, this program is expected to continue by involving more people and expanding the marketing network for recycled products.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the economy, but often face challenges in increasing brand awareness and sales. Digital marketing is an effective solution to expand market reach at a relatively affordable cost. This activity discusses digital marketing facilitation strategies for MSMEs, including the use of social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content-based marketing, and digital advertising. Through case study methods and literature analysis, it was found that a structured and data-based approach can significantly increase brand visibility and sales conversions. In addition, the use of digital platforms allows direct interaction with consumers, builds loyalty, and creates a more personalized shopping experience. By adopting the right digital marketing strategy, MSMEs can compete more competitively in the global market. This activity recommends training, mentoring, and policies that support the digitalization of MSMEs to increase competitiveness and sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Community Service is an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that focuses on improving community welfare through collaboration between academics and local communities. This program aims to enhance the economic capacity of society through the development of the Women Entrepreneurs Group “Kampung Kue” in Ceweng Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. Most of the members are housewives running small traditional businesses facing challenges in business management, digital marketing, and product innovation. The activity was conducted in April 2025, involving 30 active participants through a participatory approach. The main activities consisted of financial management training, digital marketing workshops using social media, and product packaging innovation guidance to improve attractiveness and hygiene. The results indicated significant improvement in participants’ entrepreneurial skills, digital marketing capabilities, and product quality. This program contributes to women’s economic independence in rural areas and is expected to become a model of sustainable community-based economic empowerment.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted in Pandean Village, Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency, aiming to raise public awareness of environmental cleanliness and health through the creation of ergonomic waste bins made from recycled materials. The main issues identified were the lack of waste management facilities and low community awareness of waste sorting and household waste processing. The program applied the Participatory Action Research method, involving residents in all stages from planning to evaluation. The results showed increased community participation in maintaining cleanliness, the production of 15 functional waste bins, and the establishment of the environmental working group “Pandean Bersih.” Additionally, waste-based entrepreneurship training encouraged the emergence of creative economic initiatives among residents. This program demonstrates a sustainable and economically oriented model of community-based environmental empowerment.

Abstract

The development of information technology has accelerated digital transformation across various sectors, including village governance. However, most villages in Indonesia still face challenges in managing administrative processes and document archiving systematically. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to assist the Mojoparon Village Government, Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency, in developing a village website as a digital information system to centrally manage incoming and outgoing letters as well as documentation of village activities. The implementation methods include needs analysis, web system design using the PHP–MySQL framework, training for village operators, and pilot implementation testing. The results indicate that the developed website successfully streamlined administrative processes, improved archiving efficiency, and strengthened transparency in public services. This program serves as an initial step toward e-government-based village governance that is adaptive to the digital era.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to strengthen the managerial capacity of Koperasi Muslimat Nur Fatimah Malang through mentoring on financial transaction recording and financial statement preparation based on basic accounting principles. The cooperative’s main issues included unstructured manual bookkeeping and limited accounting knowledge among administrators. The three-month program used a participatory approach covering daily transaction recording, income statement and balance sheet preparation, cash flow analysis, and internal audit simulations. The results revealed significant improvement in the participants’ accounting skills and reporting accuracy. Pre- and post-test evaluations showed an increase in accounting comprehension from 52% to 87%. Additionally, the cooperative successfully established an internal finance team and implemented an Excel-based accounting system. This program enhanced transparency, accountability, and professionalism, enabling the women’s cooperative to adapt to modern financial management in the digital era.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cilinaya, Mataram through training on business legality (Home Industry Food License/P-IRT) and digital marketing. The main issues faced by partners are limited knowledge of licensing procedures and inadequate digital marketing skills. The program was implemented in three stages—preparation, training, and monitoring and evaluation—using a participatory mentoring approach. The results show significant improvement in participants’ understanding of P-IRT application procedures and their ability to utilize social media and online marketplaces for product promotion. Many participants have begun preparing licensing documents and developing digital content. This program demonstrates that collaboration between academia, local government, and entrepreneurs effectively strengthens village economic competitiveness and fosters MSME independence through technology-based empowerment.
