COMVICE: Journal community of cervices diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Publikasi dan Penerbitan Karya Ilmiah STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang mulai tahun april 2017 dan konsisten sampai saat ini terbit dua kali setiap tahun yaitu pada bulan April dan Oktober, jurnal ini diterbitkan untuk mempublikasikan karya ilmiah di bidang pengabdian pada masyarakat khusus yang berkaitan dengan rekayasa sosial dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, ekonomi, usaha kecil mikro dan menengah, upaya pemberantasan kemiskinan dan masalah-masalah sosial ekonomi di masyarakat.

<![CDATA[Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan tim penulis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM agar memiliki performa yang lebih baik. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM kalurahan Joglo Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kotamadya Surakarta. Masalah yang dihadapi para pemilik UMKM adalah: 1) terbatasnya modal, 2) Ketersediaan pasokan bahan baku , 3) Keterbatassan wilayah pemasaran. Maka berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan PKM ini difokuskan pada pemecahan masalah terkait manajemen produksi dan manajemen pemasaran. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan melalui metode pelatihan penghitungan pengelolaan persediaan antara lain: 1) waktu dan jumlah bahan baku yang harus dibeli, 2) penghitungan jumlah produk (kombinasi produk) yang harus dihasilkan dan dijual agar memperoleh laba maksimal. Selain itu, tim pelaksana juga memberikan pelatihan metode pemasaran digital agar volume penjualan meningkat dan dapat mencapai laba maksimal.]]>

<![CDATA[Sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi terkemuka di Jombang, STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang berupaya memberikan pelayanan semaksimal maungkin kepada seluruh mahasiswa dengan berbagai kemampuan yang dimiliki termasuk bagi mahasiswa yang lambat belajar (slow learner). Guna mendukung upaya tersebut, maka dibuatlah suatu teknologi bantu pembelajaran yang mempermudah mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan perkuliahan salah satunya adalah pada mata kuliah studi kelayakan bisnis. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan teknologi bantu pembelajaran untuk mempermudah mahasiswa untuk menyerap materi perkuliahan studi kelayakan bisnis dengan sebuah aplikasi SIKUBIS. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama kurang lebih lima bulan dari tahap persiapan hingga evaluasi akhir kegiatan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim penulis, PT Insan Cendekia Nusanatara sebagi pengembang profesional, 20 mahasiswa relawan dan konsultan teknologi Pendidikan. Dari hasil kegiatan diketahui bahwa respon yang diberikan mahasiwa setelah menggunakan SIKUBIS sangat baik dan meningkatkan pemahaman. Rencana tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah pengembangan program agar bisa diterapkan pada mata kuliah yang lain.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan ini adalah bagian dari upaya kreativitas dosen dan mahasiswa yang bertujuan untuk mengubah limbah kelapa muda menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomis sehingga bermanfaat bagi masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah lampu tidur unik dengan banyak fungsi yang terbuat dari limbah kulit kelapa muda yang disebut Tricor. Kegiatan ini melibatkan kelompok pedagang kelapa muda yang ada di kota Jombang sebagai mitra peneydia bahan baku. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan intensif oleh penulis selama kurang lebih empat bulan mulai Juni – September 2022. Rangakain kegiatan diawali dengan survey pendahuluan untuk peluang usaha, ketersediaan bahan baku, praktik pembuatan lampu Tricor, hingga manajemen usaha. Dari hasil kegiatan diketahui bahwa usaha pembuatan lampu tidur Tricor layak untuk dikembangkan. Hal ini karena: 1) Pembuatan lampu Tricor relatif mudah; 2) Peluang bisnis juga masih terbuka lebar karena belum banyak pesaing.; 3) Mengurangi limbah buah kelapa; 4) Mampu membantu meningkatkan perekonomian jika dikelola secara baik.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to increase cassava processing skills into various variations of food made from cassava (cassava). This activity involved members of the Family Welfare Empowerment in Jaten Village, Karanganyar - Surakarta as foster partners. This activity lasted for six months intensively with an intensive training model accompanied by the provision of supporting materials. From the results of the training, the fostered partners were able to absorb the material provided well. Supported partners can process food made from cassava into several variations of food that have economic value so that they can be sold to increase family income.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan sebagai bagian dari Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan ini berupa pendampingan dan pelatihan intensif kepada staf di bagian Akuntansi Yayasan Cempaka Education Center guna untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan berkualitas, sesuai Implementasi Standar Akuntansi Keuangan 35. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara intensif selama kurang lebih selama dua bulan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa: pelatihan intensif pengelompokan Chart of Account (COA); penyusunan laporan keuangan; diskusi dan pencarian solusi terkait laporan keuangan tidak tepat waktu dalam penyajiannya. Hasil kegiatan PKM sangat bagus. Mitra binaan mampu menyusun COA sesuai ISAK 35, konsisten dalam pengelompokan akun, serta pengaturan waktu pengerjaan laporan keuangan menjadi lebih baik.]]>

<![CDATA[As one of the leading universities in Jombang, STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang strives to provide the best possible service to all students with various abilities, including students who are slow learners. A learning aid technology was created that makes it easier for students to carry out lectures, one of which is the Introduction to Accounting course. This activity aims to create learning aids technology to make it easier for students to absorb the lesson with the BUDIAJA application. This activity lasted approximately five months, from the preparation stage to the final evaluation of the activity. This activity involved the writing team, a professional software developer, 20 volunteer students, and educational technology consultants. From the results of the activity, it is known that the response given by students after using BUDIAJA was very good and increased understanding. The follow-up plan for this activity is to develop the program so that it can be applied to other courses.]]>

<![CDATA[Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that are the foundation of the economy in Indonesia. The condition was proven during the Covid-19 pandemic; there were still many MSMEs that were able to survive and become one of the family's economic boosters. Despite their significant role, many problems are faced by MSMEs in Indonesia, including limited capital, business management, and marketing of production results. This Community Service activity aims to help women members of the Srikandi MSME group as fostered partners so the business can be marketed better. The activity was conducted in Gilingan Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta Municipality. This activity was carried out intensively and received a positive response from the fostered partners. From the activity results, partners gain meaningful insight into entrepreneurship. Encouraged partners also receive guidance on managing their business and marketing concepts to increase sales volume and get maximum profits.]]>

<![CDATA[Micro business actors in the Micro and Small Enterprises sector have quite an important role in national economic growth. One effort to improve the performance of Micro and Small businesses is to fulfil the legality of licensing. This is the focus of the Community Service activities carried out by the writing team. This activity is focused on assisting in preparing business licensing documents for micro and small business owners in the food and beverage sector in Purwoasri District, Kediri Regency. Documents prepared include 1) Business Identification Number, 2) Food and Beverage Home Industry Food Legal Entity, and 3) Halal Certificate up to registration via Online Single Submission (OSS). Implementing community service activities is carried out intensively for 55 fostered partners. This activity also involved the Kediri Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service. The program ran well and got a positive response from all parties.]]>

<![CDATA[The capacity-building activities for human resources in the tobacco agriculture sector in Kabupaten Cianjur through basic management training and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) aim to enhance the management capabilities of the tobacco farming business. This activity aims to highlight the importance of adaptation and innovation in tobacco agribusiness management to improve competitiveness and sustainability. This training provides managerial knowledge and skills to tobacco farmers and related stakeholders. Through a training methodology involving discussions, simulations, and case studies, participants are trained to understand and apply management principles and to plan effective business models using BMC. The results of the training activities indicate an increase in participants' capacity and understanding of agribusiness management, as well as the development of cooperation and communication networks among participants. This activity is expected to improve the productivity and sustainability of the tobacco agriculture sector in Kabupaten Cianjur.]]>

<![CDATA[Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of the businesses that can support economic activities. However, there are still many SMEs that handle their business traditionally and are not able to submit their business financial reports correctly. The aim of implementing this Community Service activity is to help UKM owners in Tangerang City to be able to monitor the condition of their business through financial reports easily and efficiently. This PKM activity involves the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs in the city of Tangerang. The fostered partners involved in this activity are micro business owners spread across 13 sub-districts in the city of Tangerang. Activities were carried out intensively online in October 2023. This PKM activity was successful and received a positive response from the fostered partners. It is hoped that this PKM activity will not stop there, but can continue with other training.]]>
