Abstract

Banyak variasi gambaran klinis dari satu penyakit kulit, dan sebaliknya satu bentuk kelainan klinis bisadidapati pada beberapa penyakit. Hal semacam ini sangat penting diketahui dan dipelajari oleh tenagakesehatan medis, paramedis dan mahasiswa kedokteran serta keperawatan. Selain itu terdapat banyakdaftar penyakit yang harus dikuasai oleh tenaga kesehatan dokter maupun lulusan mahasiswakedokteran yang merupakan sebuah tuntutan mutlak yang harus dipenuhi. Kondisi tersebut menuntutuntuk mendapatkan informasi secara praktis dimana saja kapan saja. Penelitian ini, bertujuan untukmengembangkan Aplikasi Ensiklopedia Dermatologi berbasis Android yang berisi informasi penyakitkulit yang harus dikuasai dokter di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Primer berdasarkan StandarKompetensi Dokter Indonesia. Aplikasi digunakan untuk membantu tenaga medis, dokter muda(CoAs),mahasiswa kedokteran maupun orang awam dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai penyakit kulitdan kelamin, mulai dari gejala, anamnesis, diagnosis banding penyakit kulit dan memberikan saranpengobatan ataupun penatalaksanaan baik berupa teks maupun gambar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para petani khususnya petani padi dalam menentukan prosespengolahan lahan, pemilihan benih atau bibit padi, perawatan padi, klasifikasi hama, pemanenan,inventor, dan perkiraan omzet atau keuntungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif denganpendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan cara survey,wawancara, observasi, dan data sekunder serta dokumentasi sebagai pendukung penelitian, sertamenggunakan Algoritma Backtracking. Algoritma Backtracking digunakan dalam proses rekursi pada sistem pakar. Dengan perancangan sistem yang dibangun ini diharapkan dapat membantu para petanidalam menentukan beberapa hal terkait pertanian tanpa harus melibatkan tenaga ahli atau pakar dibidang pertanian

Abstract

Jaringan komputer merupakan sesuatu yang harus dijaga kestabilan operasionalnya. Untukmengetasi masalah yang di hadapi dan supaya kondisi jaringan stabil, maka diperlukan monitoringbandwidth jaringan yang baik. Tujuan dari monitoring bandwidth ini adalah untuk memanfaatkansumber daya pada suatu sistem jaringan dengan semaksimal mungkin dan seefisien mungkin. Selain itudiharapkan dengan adanya monitoring bandwidth dalam jaringan. Suatu sistem akan lebih mudahmemantau atau memonitoring lalu litas jaringan dan aktifitas yang ada didalam jaringan. Monitoringbandwidth menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) dilakukan dengan 5 kriteria, yaitu kecepatanupload, kecepatan download, internet, bandwidth, dan ping agar dapat menentukan penggunaanbandwidth pengguna dalam jaringan. hasil dari perhitungan metode weight product dengan kondisi 10data user yang telah diujikan, diperoleh sebanyak 6 user dengan hasil rata-rata 0.327511 untukpengguna berat dan 4 user yang diperoleh dengan hasil rata-rata 0.248981 untuk pengguna menengah.

Abstract

Message security in this modern is needed. The development of the internet network that allows people to exchange data through the internet network. Along with the development of the internet, communication and information technology crimes are also developing one of which is data theft. These problems can be dealt with using the sciences that have existed since time immemorial namely steganography. Steganography is a technique that can secure the message by hiding the message pasted through the media in the form of digital images. Pixel Value Differencing as one of steganography techniques is quite safe in hiding secret messages. Pixel Value Differencing is a steganographic method that uses a difference value between two pixels to determine how many secret bits can be inserted. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that by using the pixel value differencing (PVD) method, the capacity of the image to insert a message is smaller than the image size, the processing time in this method is quite fast, the image quality after inserting a message has good quality

Abstract

A selection of the best books’ supplier is very important in a bookstore, in producing books for their store. Sometimes, several books suppliers are difficult to choose, because many books suppliers from many regions, in which the selection is still manual. Such way causes a decision making which needs an accurate and precise calculation among the existed books suppliers. Therefore, researchers designed a decision support system for books suppliers’ selection, to be used by the TOGAMAS Bookstore in determining the books suppliers which will easily be selected, based on the specified criteria. This decision support system was created using the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) as the tool that would help the TOGAMAS. The test was done by comparing the calculation from the TOGAMAS, with the calculation from the SAW, using 10 suppliers’ data to test the system performance. Based on the test, it was concluded that the percentage of the system performance was 50%.

Abstract

Kampong chicken meat is meat obtained from kampong chicken. kampong chicken meat is considered expensive because they take longer time to grow up, a lot of people cheat by selling stale kampong chicken meat. The characteristics used to identify the meat’s image are homogeneity, contrast, average and variants. The number of data used in this research consists of two classes, each class has 30 image data, the total data is 60 training data. Whereas for test data, each class used 20 test data with a total of 40 test data. During the training process using LVQ parameters, there were 2 best percentages of 90%, namely on alpha 0.001 with a dec alpha of 0.2 and alpha 0.01 with a dec alpha of 0.9. The identification performed using the final weight from alpha 0.01 and dec alpha 0.9 had an 90% accuracy level with 4 iterations. The best performance from 40 test data using this software was with alpha 0.01 and dec alpha 0.9, which reached 90%.

Abstract

Many variations in the clinical picture of a skin disease, and conversely one form of clinical abnormality can be found in several diseases. This kind of thing is very important to know and learn by medical health personnel, paramedics and medical and nursing students. In addition, there are many lists of diseases that must be mastered by medical doctors and medical student graduates, which are an absolute requirement that must be met. This condition requires obtaining information practically anywhere at any time. This study aims to develop an Android-based Dermatology Encyclopedia application which contains information on skin diseases that must be mastered by doctors in primary health care facilities based on Indonesian Doctor Competency Standards. The application is used to help medical personnel, young doctors (coas), medical students and ordinary people in obtaining information about skin and venereal diseases, starting from symptoms, history taking, differential diagnosis of skin diseases and providing advice on treatment or management in the form of text or images.
