Abstract

PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. has a subsidiary in charge of the fiber optic network management, that is the PT. Telkom Akses. The system applied for the problem solving is the helpdesk sending all tickets to the technicians due to limited diagnostics at the helpdesk or customer service unit. Meanwhile, there are two types of problem solving, namely remotely and by the direct technicians themselves. Therefore, to assist the helpdesk or customer service in diagnosing problems, it requires a system to accelerate the solving of network problems on the web-based fiber optic. Therefore in this research, researchers aim to build a prototype system for detecting the damages of fiber optic network, using the Forward Chaining Method to assist the helpdesk or customer service in solving network problems on the web-based fiber optic, using the symptoms data, damages data, and rules data. In this research, the data of the fiber optic network damages were limited to 9 damages data, 35 symptoms data, and 9 rules data including 140 decisions data. Based on the accuracy test results, it is concluded that the system accuracy according to the 36 data tested is 33 data (91%), which shows that this system works well and in accordance with the experts’ diagnosis. The inaccuracy system is 3 data (9%) which is caused by several possibilities.

Abstract

Many variations in the clinical picture of a skin disease, and conversely one form of clinical abnormality can be found in several diseases. This kind of thing is very important to know and learn by medical health personnel, paramedics and medical and nursing students. In addition, there are many lists of diseases that must be mastered by medical doctors and medical student graduates, which are an absolute requirement that must be met. This condition requires obtaining information practically anywhere at any time. This study aims to develop an Android-based Dermatology Encyclopedia application which contains information on skin diseases that must be mastered by doctors in primary health care facilities based on Indonesian Doctor Competency Standards. The application is used to help medical personnel, young doctors (coas), medical students and ordinary people in obtaining information about skin and venereal diseases, starting from symptoms, history taking, differential diagnosis of skin diseases and providing advice on treatment or management in the form of text or images.

Abstract

Jaringan komputer merupakan sesuatu yang harus dijaga kestabilan operasionalnya. Untuk mengetasi masalah yang di hadapi dan supaya kondisi jaringan stabil, maka diperlukan monitoring bandwidth jaringan yang baik. Tujuan dari monitoring bandwidth ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya pada suatu sistem jaringan dengan semaksimal mungkin dan seefisien mungkin. Selain itu diharapkan dengan adanya monitoring bandwidth dalam jaringan. Suatu sistem akan lebih mudah memantau atau memonitoring lalu litas jaringan dan aktifitas yang ada didalam jaringan. Monitoring bandwidth menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) dilakukan dengan 5 kriteria, yaitu kecepatan upload, kecepatan download, internet, bandwidth, dan ping agar dapat menentukan penggunaan bandwidth pengguna dalam jaringan.

Abstract

Data security is very important at this time because a lot of data contains important and limited information for other people to know. Cryptography is one of the right steps in securing information data and isolating all data in one container. This research tries to implement an algorithm that has been developed previously and unites the required data into one container with container technology. The first step in conducting this research is to identify the problem and will continue with learning about cryptography and container technology. The main idea of this research is to build a very secure system by isolating every data or container that will be used in development. The results of this study show that the cryptographic system uses the Diffie Hellman algorithm to secure every text message and container used to unify data with Docker Container technology. From this research it can be concluded that the system is able to secure data with the Diffie Hellman algorithm and the data isolated into one Docker container can work well with the system.

Abstract

Twins have many similarities in common, both physically and psychologically. Similarities are what make twins look unique compared to other individuals. Most people find it difficult to distinguish between physically similar twins. A twin identification system can be implemented to help users distinguish between twins. The technology used in this study was an identification system based on fingernail images. This application was made by the Learning Vector Quantization method to perform fingernail image recognition in twins. The results showed that the application could recognize images with an accuracy rate of 100%. This application is expected to simplify users to distinguish between the brothers and sisters in twins. Abstract

In the modern era is the role of technology is very useful and rapidly evolved in societies, technology can make efficient and make effective activity or employment in the community, one of the roles of the current technology has been widely used in by the community i.e. google maps, google maps itself many uses and benefits of its one that is looking for a location to various places and then showing the route of the journey. On the existence of a travel distribution company couriers to deliver its products to any location of the consumer. These problems in the case of travelling salesmen problem (TSP), where a courier will visit a number of n points. and every point should only be visited once in addition to the starting point. In this study, researchers aim to create a system that can locate the most minimum distribution route using a genetic algorithm, utilizing the features of google maps so that the impact on the effectiveness of time and transportation costs. Genetic algorithm is a heuristic algorithm is used to resolve the problem by way of mengoptimasikan the problem with imitating the process of evolution of living beings. In this study data on use is data from the distributor sari bread jogjakarta. Data on testing trainers in this research aims to find the best algorithm parameter values and parameter values that is obtained by the total population = 100, maximum = 100 genes, the crossover rate = 0.5, and the mutation rate is 0.1. Of the 5 test data, by performing a test on each of the 10 test data. then the obtained results of genetic algorithm performance results percentage of 84% of the route or the value of an optimal fitness, and 16% showed error route that is not optimal.

Abstract

Keamanan pesan pada era modern ini sangat dibutuhkan. Perkembangan jaringan internet yangmemungkinkan orang untuk saling bertukar data melalui jaringan internet. Seiring denganperkembangan internet, kejahatan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi juga turut berkembang salahsatunya adalah pencurian data. Masalah tersebut dapat ditangani dengan menggunakan ilmu-ilmu yangsudah ada sejak jaman dahulu yaitu steganografi. Steganografi merupakan teknik yang dapatmengamankan pesan tersebut dengan cara menyembunyikan pesan yang disisipkan melalui mediapenampung berupa citra digital. Pixel Value Differencing sebagai salah satu dari teknik steganografiyang cukup aman dalam menyembunyikan pesan rahasia. Pixel Value Differencing adalah metodesteganografi yang menggunakan nilai perbedaan antara dua piksel untuk menentukan berapa banyak bitrahasia bisa disisipkan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapat kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakanmetode pixel value differencing (PVD), kapasitas citra untuk menyisipkan pesan, lebih kecil dari ukurancitranya, waktu proses pada metode ini cukup cepat, kualitas citra setelah disisipkan pesan mempunyaikualitas yang baik

Abstract

Daging ayam kampung merupakan daging yang diperoleh dari ayam kampung. Untuk dagingayam kampung, harganya lebih mahal daripada harga daging ayam ras karena ayam kampungmembutuhkan waktu pemeliharaan yang lebih lama sampai siap konsumsi. Beberapa oknumpedagang membuat kecurangan dalam menjual daging ayam kampung dengan menjual daging ayamyang sudah basi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi daging ayam kampung segar dan dagingayam kampung basi menggunakan metode LVQ menggunakan data citra daging ayam kampung. Ciriyang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi citra daging adalah homogeneity, kontras, rata-rata danvarian yang diekstrak dari matriks co-occurence citra. Jumlah data pelatihan yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini terdiri dari 2 kelas, masing-masing kelas menggunakan 30 data citra, sehingga totaldata berjumlah 60 data citra untuk pelatihan. Sedangkan untuk data uji, masing-masing kelasmenggunakan 20 data citra uji sehingga total berjumlah 40 data citra uji. Pada proses pelatihanmenggunakan berbagai nilai parameter LVQ, diperoleh kinerja pelatihan terbaik sebesar 90%, yaitusaat menggunakan alfa 0,01, dec alfa 0,9 dengan jumlah iterasi 4. Pengujian yang dilakukan denganbobot akhir yang dihasilkan dari proses pelatihan dengan kinerja tertinggi dan 40 data ujimenghasilkan kinerja pengujian setinggi 90%.

Abstract

Pemilihan supplier buku terbaik sangat penting dalam sebuah toko buku dalam memproduksi buku untuk toko mereka, dalam pemilihan beberapa supplier buku terkadang sulit karena ada banyak supplier buku dari berbagai daerah dan dimana pemilihan yang dilakukan masih menggunakan cara manual. Cara seperti ini menimbulkan pengambilan keputusan yang membutuhkan perhitungan yang akurat dan tepat diantara supplier buku yang ada. Jadi, peneliti merancang sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan supplier buku untuk dapat digunakan oleh pihak toko buku togamas dalam menentukan supplier buku yang akan terpilih dengan mudah berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibuat menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai tools yang akan membantu pihak togamas. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan perhitungan togamas dengan perhitungan  Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) menggunakan 10 data supplier untuk menguji kinerja sistem. Disimpulkan dari pengujian tersebut peresentase kinerja sistem 50 %.
