Abstract

Poor Student Assistance (BSM) is government assistance in the form of a sum of cash that is given directly to students who come from poor families. BSM recipients are students who have been determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) based on a predetermined mechanism. Assistance provided by the government to students from underprivileged families is not transparent so some BSM are not on target. In an effort to minimize target inaccuracies, a study was made with Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which is a decision-making method for determining the best alternative out of a number of alternatives based on certain criteria. The ranking of beneficiaries is determined using a comparison of the Simple Additive Weighting Method and the Weighted Product Method, which are the MCDM model. Manual testing was carried out on 5 (five). From the test results of the Simple Additive Weighting Method, Alternative 4 obtained the highest score. While the results of the Weighted Product method test show the highest results in Alternative 3. The difference in the calculation results of the two methods used is influenced by several factors such as the performance rating value of each alternative, the weight of the criteria, and mathematical calculations for each method, and because the criteria used do not have different weights so that the calculation results become less significant.

Abstract

Traffic accidents often result in victims who need help quickly. Communities who know about incidents are often confused about how to take victims to health facilities quickly because there are no vehicles available to transport victims, besides that at the location of the incident there is usually a crowd of residents which causes traffic to be obstructed. This research will build a prototype accident report application that can be used by the public in reporting a traffic accident incident, POLICE and Ambulance Drivers will get information about the location of the incident that occurred to provide fast handling, and the built prototype will be measured access speed using various types of networks (GPRS, 3G, 4G), this is to see if the application can be used in various internet network conditions. The results of this study are an application that can be used to improve services for health facilities and the police, the results of the access speed test show that the built prototype can run well even though it uses a GPRS network with a speed of 1,37 seconds.

Abstract

Dalam peranan TI diperlukannya tata kelola TI dalam mengelola penggunaan TI agar mengetahui beberapa manajemen risiko TI yang ada pada organisasi. SMK Telkom Jakarta sudah menerapkan teknologi informasi dengan memiliki tata kelola TI yang mengatur dalam sistem informasi yang sudah terkomputerisasi dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar, yaitu menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis website.  Dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan analisa untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen risiko TI pada SMK Telkom Jakarta dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan domain proses EDM03 dan APO12. Untuk memperoleh data, teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Adanya proses dalam analisa risiko dimana menentukan capability level dalam proses EDM03 dan APO12, mengidentifikasi risiko, membuat mitigasi risiko serta rekomendasi risiko dan menganalisa suatu risk assesment. Berdasarkan hasil yang sudah dianalisa, maka didapatkan nilai capability level untuk EDM03 berada pada level 1 dan APO12 berada pada level 2 serta mendapatkan rekomendasi dan mitigasi dalam proses EDM03 mendapatkan nilai risk composit 58% level medium. Mitigasi proses APO12 mendapatkan nilai risk composit 54% level medium. Rekomendasi mitigasi selanjutnya dapat menjadi perbaikan manajemen risiko TI pada SMK Telkom Jakarta.

Abstract

The advancement of technology allows for various developments, such as the creation of systems and applications that facilitate human tasks and transactions. However, the existence of applications also requires research to measure user satisfaction, one of which is the DANA application. DANA is a smart application that provides convenience in transactions. With DANA, people can easily make online and offline payments using electronic money. This research aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with the DANA application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This method focuses on user satisfaction by analyzing the application based on content, accuracy, format, user-friendliness, and timeliness. The research conducted is descriptive research using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling. This research is deemed necessary to determine the level of user satisfaction. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS Version 25. The results show that the level of user satisfaction for the five variables is as follows: the Content variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 78.8%, the Accuracy variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 78.7%, the Format variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 79.2%, the Ease of Use variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 79.2%, and the Timeliness variable received a high satisfaction score with a percentage value of 77.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and determine the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the Bibit fintech application. The results of measurements carried out using Concurrent Think Aloud show that the effectiveness measurement obtains an average result of 90% and the efficiency measurement obtains an average result of 91%. The results of measuring user satisfaction can be obtained from the results of the User Experience Questionnaire aspects of efficiency (1.68) aspects of attractiveness (1.39), perspicuity (1.40), stimulation (1.21) dependability (1.00) and novelty (0.48) . This research shows that the Fintech Seeds application has been effective and efficient in its use, and on user satisfaction it has a positive impression, only that the novelty aspect has neutral results, thus innovation and creativity in development must increase in the future.

Abstract

Higher Education Service Institutions (LLDikti) are government work units in certain areas whose function is to help improve the quality of higher education administration established by the Minister. Higher Education is an educational institution in the form of academics, high schools and universities. Universities consist of educators (lecturers) and students. One of the lecturers' duties is to record the presence and activity of each tertiary institution which affects the salary system that will be received, but the attendance system that is carried out still uses the way to fill in the presence found on the Google form. So that it is necessary to do a design that aims to monitor and design an information system for recapitulating the attendance list of PNS-DPK LLDikti lecturers in Region II and as a basis for paying salaries in accordance with the recap results that have been approved by superiors. The method used in this study is the SDLC method, because the SDLC method is able to adjust the results that the researcher wants to produce. So that the results of attendance reports submitted are appropriate and faster with the integration from PT to LLDikti Region II.

Abstract

Food is the main factor to support the body in carrying out various activities. Balance in consuming food plays a very important role for health, too much consumption of the same type of food without balancing it with other foods can lead to things that can trigger various diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and so on. The purpose of this research is to calculate the level of daily calorie requirements for people who are on a daily diet. The method used is the fuzzy tsukamoto method in calculating daily calories where there is a division of time for meal portions according to daily calories, for example breakfast, lunch, dinner. Research results using a case study of age: 25 years old, weight: 170kg, height: 165cm, gender: female, activity: retirement. From the case study get the results of 1279 calories and the division of calories according to time, breakfast: 256 calories, snack: 160 calories, lunch: 384 calories, snack: 160 calories, dinner: 320 calories.

Abstract

Assistance sourced from the Village Fund or more commonly known as the Village Fund BLT includes a type of cash grant to underprivileged residents sourced from village funds. Meanwhile, in Gantimulyo village, the handover of this assistance was given by two methods, namely through account transfers and direct giving. This assistance is intended for underprivileged citizens who have not received any assistance from the government. So far, data collection has been carried out by deliberation of each hamlet to determine the recipients of the assistance, but sometimes there are still errors. Among them, there are still recipients who have received other assistance and underprivileged residents have not been recorded. Therefore, it is necessary to make criteria to collect data to determine the recipients of the assistance program. This research was conducted to determine the decision-making method for determining the criteria for recipients of the BLT-DD program in Gantimulyo village, which later there are criteria that residents must have to be used as a reference so that social jealousy does not arise between community residents. So as to enable the beneficiaries to be effective, efficient and on target. This can be evidenced by none of the citizens protesting and getting more than one favor.

Abstract

One of the villages in North Lampung which has many socio-economic problems is Madukoro. Some of the problems that often occur in This village includes high poverty rates, low levels of education and low levels of public health. The K-Nearst Neighbor (KNN) algorithm method was chosen by the author because it can be used as a solution to determine the classification of aid recipients. The K-Nearst Neighbor (KNN) algorithm will determine beneficiaries based on work level, age and income. Calculation results using Microsoft Excel show that there are 110 PKH assistance classes, 57 elderly assistance classes, 9 BLT classes with a total data of 176 beneficiary data. And from the results of the calculation of government assistance in the village of North Lampung Madukoro using rapid miner, it is known that the PKH assistance class is 110 people with an accuracy rate of 89.57%, the elderly assistance class is 58 people with an accuracy rate of 87.50% and then the BLT class is 9 people. with an accuracy rate of 100.00% with a total data of 176 beneficiary data.
