Abstract

Designing a backbone in the network can overcome several problems that occur, such as speed problems connected between local networks because UTP cables can only be passed with transfer speeds of up to 100 Mbps, while the backbone network is capable of loading up to 10 Gbps. The design and installation of the internet network will be carried out at several Regional Government Organizations (OPD) in the city of Payakumbuh so that the internet network with a backbone can be utilized optimally to improve services to the community. The network performance will be analyzed using the Quality of Service (QoS) method which includes latency, jitter, packet loss, and throughput. QoS is defined as a mechanism that allows services to operate according to the characteristics of the Internet Protocol (IP) network. The results of this study are the value of measuring the performance of the fiber optic backbone network carried out at the Capil (OPD) Capil, Bappeda, and the Department of Transportation. With the QoS method, the results of the tests that have been carried out in the morning, afternoon, and evening are obtained.

Abstract

Network notifications are very much needed by the network technical team. In addition, network notifications function to provide information to the technical team to find out the current condition of the server or router which is under the supervision of the technical team so that if the server is down, it can be handled quickly. The research method used is DIO Network Lifecycle. DIO Network Lifecycle is a network design method or commonly referred to as a network service life cycle designed to support network development. The research phase begins with design, implementation and operation. The research output produced is in the form of BOT monitoring of the BMT Mentari Lampung Timur network using Mikrotik and the Telegram API.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to apply the 2019 Cobit Framework to build an IT Governance design in Instidla. This research belongs to the type of descriptive qualitative research. The method used in making this system is to analyze the relationship of the state of the data and collect data by field research methods, namely by conducting interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. Based on the results of the capability level obtained and the target level as expected, it can be concluded that the gap analysis in the APO01 process is at level 1, which means that the Instidla process more or less achieves its objectives through the implementation of a series of activities that are incomplete or not very organized.

Abstract

Kelurahan Sepinggan merupakan perangkat daerah yang paling dekat dan berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat untuk memberikan pelayanan publik. Namun, pada Kelurahan Sepinggan proses pelayanan dijalankan secara langsung berdasarkan pengalaman, sehingga dapat terjadi kekeliruan. Alur proses juga memakan waktu lebih lama dari ketentuan yang ditetapkan akibat para pegawai menjalankannya dengan tidak ada yang menjadi acuan pedoman. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memodelkan proses bisnis dan menyusun SOP AP pada Kelurahan Sepinggan menggunakan BPMN dan flowchart dengan beberapa tahapan mulai dari tahap identifikasi masalah, persiapan dan perencanaan proses bisnis, verifikasi proses bisnis, pengembangan proses bisnis, penilaian kebutuhan dan pengembangan SOP AP, verifikasi SOP AP oleh process owner, serta pengesahan oleh Lurah. Penelitian menghasilkan sebanyak 34 proses bisnis baru, terdiri dari peta proses bisnis level 0, 1 dan 2 yang kemudian diverifikasi sebanyak dua kali untuk perbaikan alur prosesnya. Karena alur proses telah tergambar jelas sesuai model proses bisnis dan hanya perlu menambahkan beberapa informasi, sehingga terdapat 34 SOP AP dengan verifikasi sebanyak satu kali. Proses bisnis dan SOP AP yang telah dibuat dapat menjadi pedoman bagi Kelurahan Sepinggan dalam melakukan aktivitas sehingga pekerjaan bisa berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Monitoring dan evaluasi untuk pemodelan ulang proses bisnis dan SOP AP minimal dilakukan setahun sekali dengan mengevaluasi terhadap dokumentasi proses bisnis dan SOP AP Kelurahan Sepinggan, evaluasi berdasarkan renstra baru, perubahan struktur organisasi maupun pembaharuan regulasi.

Abstract

Smart companies should have technological advantages to improve their performance. The research used is a case study of courier and cargo business in collaboration with a rail transportation company. The existing data is processed by applying a Balanced Scorecard and Business Intelligence which aims to support decisions and get great benefits for the company. Data is retrieved for 3 months in the data warehouse. Data operations and processing are carried out to determine which perspectives have a great influence and will help stakeholders in the company get accurate results from patterns. The use of decision tree c 4.5 is used to support the analysis and result in an accuracy of more than 70%. The Kimball Method is used to assist in performance monitoring of data warehouses, customer and financial analysis as well as learning before decision making is made.

Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic disease characterized by high blood sugar (glucose) levels. Diabetes can increase the risk of a number of eye problems, some of which can lead to vision loss. It is estimated that 9.1 million Indonesians suffer from diabetes. Based on age group, most people with diabetes are in the 55-74 year age range. However, this disease is also experienced by young people in their 20s to 40s. One way to detect the classification of diabetes in machine learning is to use a dataset as training data so that performance testing can be carried out with the right classification method. The method used in this study is the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm, which is a method for classifying objects based on learning data that is closest to the object. The results of this study are Pattern Recognition in determining the right K value so that it shows a good accuracy value. At this stage, the value of K = 19 shows a good accuracy value, which is about 76% with an error rate of K = 19, which is about 24%

Abstract

Fintech DANA is currently used for non-cash transactions due to the convenience and practicality of transactions offered by service providers. However, it is currently unknown to what extent the success of the electronic wallet that has been implemented and there are still problems such as loss of balance, failure to top up balances and the features of the DANA application that are still poorly understood. One of the determining factors for the success of a system that is implemented is from the side of user acceptance, namely behavioral intention (user interest) and use behavior (user behavior). The purpose of this study was to find out what factors could influence the Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior of DANA Fintech Users towards private workers in the city of Denpasar. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, distributing online questionnaires, and analyzing data processing using SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS 3.0 software. the results of the 12 (twelve) hypotheses proposed, 7 (seven) hypotheses were declared insignificant and rejected because the T-statistical value of the hypothesis was less than 1.96, while 5 (five) hypotheses were declared significant and accepted because the T-statistical value of the hypothesis is more than 1.96. The results of this study are expected to be one of the considerations in making decisions for electronic wallet service providers to be implemented more optimally.

Abstract

Schools have not fully utilized technological developments in processing data such as student data, teacher data, student attendance, and student report cards, and have not been integrated with the school system due to the lack of an academically adaptable application system. The use of media or dissemination of information is still done by pasting pamphlets on the walls of magazines, as well as storing academic data in archives in a form that is difficult to find. This is considered less effective in school management, given the rapid development of technology today. With the problems that the authors found, an online report card information system application will be designed using the Waterfall method, to make it easier to manage administrative and academic data to be more organized in decision-making in the school environment.

Abstract

Sunar Farm is a startup that provides tools for trapping pests and rat repellents on rice plants, which is currently under the guidance of the STMIK Primakara business incubator. Startup Sunar Farm is experiencing problems in sales, there is still no interest from farmers in buying Sunar Farm equipment. The solution that is trying to be applied to these problems is by developing and mapping the business model of the Sunar Farm startup using the Design Sprint method. The Design Sprint method is used to find solutions, validate the problems of Startup Sunar Farm, and use BMC to map changes in the business model of the solutions obtained. The Design Sprint method has 5 stages consisting of understanding to understand the user's problems, the divergence stage to make solutions to existing problems, the decide voting stage for the solution, the prototype stage, namely making the physical form of the selected solution, and the validate stage validating the prototype made. The results of this study using the Design Sprint method obtained several additions to the BMC, namely additions to the customer segment, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, and key partnerships.

Technology today is growing so rapidly, especially in the field of information technology. It is a natural thing for people who live in today's technological era, CV. Jaya Agung is a company engaged in the trading industry, especially the sale of spare parts for four-wheeled vehicles, CV. Jaya Agung is located at Jl. Daan Mogot KM 14 No.14, Cengkareng Barat, West Jakarta 11730. At this time the CV system. Jaya Agung is still done manually, which is still done by recording and there is no sales report per period, and doing every customer spare part sales transaction who comes to the CV store. Jaya Agung. With this research, it is hoped that the creation of a website-based sales media using the Waterfall method, with this system aims to facilitate the sales transaction process of CV. Jaya Agung to make it easier and customers do not need to come to the store. Provide complete information regarding spare parts information.
