Abstract

Development, intelligent and competent village officials are people who are strong in facing changes in village institutions, not only driven by internal factors but also external factors. Internal factors because when the Village Apparatus must have certain skills and knowledge such as making village regulations with the consultative body, managing village finances, and others. The village community's demand for satisfactory services is something that the village government must immediately respond to. The results that can be concluded from this study are that the performance of the village government in providing services must be maximized, for the creation of good government. A decision support system is generally defined as a system that is capable of producing solutions and handling problems. Decision support systems are not intended to replace the role of decision-makers, but to assist and support decision-makers. So it is necessary to make a Decision Support System by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is a method used to assess actions that are associated with a comparison of the weights of importance between factors and a comparison of several alternative choices. This method will give the results of the weighting of each alternative choice in accordance with many established criteria.

Abstract

Student dropout (resign) is a problem that needs to be addressed as early as possible. The number of students dropping out will decrease the quality of the performance of a university, as well as reduce it as much as possible because it will have an impact on public appreciation. As a first step to reducing it, it requires the clustering of students who experience this. Based on this cluster, a pattern of student tendency to drop out can be identified. The parameters used in this study were the GPA, the study period, the number of credits received, and the number of semesters inactive. To compile a cluster, the k-Medoids algorithm is used with 3 types of clusters. Based on the results of the clustering, it can be seen that the dominance of dropout students is due to GPA <2.00 as much as 38.2% and due to not being active in college as much as 52.2%. To measure the cluster quality, the Silhouette coefficient algorithm is used and the resulting coefficient value is 0.3, meaning that the cluster separation rate weak structure.

Abstract

It is recognized that the choice of location Discharge the Waste Temporary are complicated considering the many factors to consider. It is therefore necessary criteria that can be used to determine the proper waste sites and meet the requirements. The requirement was confirmed in the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 03-3241-1994 about election procedures landfill. This study is based on regional stages, where the stages to produce a map that shows the area within the planning area is divided into several zones eligibility. Abstract

Koperasi has an important role for economic growing in Indonesia. Especially in this time of pandemic, all countries in this world are face the same problem because of Covid-19 which is economic collapse beside the health issues. It is already a year that this virus affects the economic system of the countries. The government tries to grow the economic by supporting the small businesses through keperasi perhaps they may help the growing of the economics of the country. Unfortunately, most of conventional koperasi are still use the manual system to operate their serving to the member. In this research, it proposes mobile application of koperasi based on context needed in order to give better services to the member. The result of this research shows more than 80% user satisfy using this application.

Abstract

Scholarship acceptance for high school education level must hit the right targets, so as not to get the wrong target. Therefore, there is a need for a decision-making system model design to determine the feasibility of receiving scholarships in high schools, the right method for determining the eligibility of scholarship recipients is the Simple additive weighting method. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. The simple additive weighting method is often also known as the weighted addition method. The basic concept of the Simple additive weighting method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. In this case, the alternative referred to is those who are entitled to receive scholarships based on the criteria of academic achievement index (GPA), behavior on campus, parental income, number of dependents of parents, number of siblings, organizational activities, and the number of verses and memorizing Al-Quran. . After determining the criteria, the system is tested using manual calculations involving six alternatives as the sample being tested. From the alternatives tested, the highest score was 0.96 which became the priority for prospective recipients of scholarship assistance for STIT Pringsewu students.

Abstract

In improving services in the field of education supported by increasingly rapid technological developments, PPM ZamZam Muhammadiyah Cilongok must be able to harmonize business strategies with information technology, where the use of information technology, especially in the Human Resources (HR) function, is still not integrated with each other. maximum said. In planning the IS/IT strategy of an architectural firm (EA) in order to achieve alignment of the IS/IT strategy with the business strategy of the organization. EA is seen as a logistical, comprehensive, and holistic approach to defining, designing, and implementing systems and components simultaneously. The current condition of Ponpes Zam-zam does not yet have a specific and integrated school architecture information system in accordance with the needs and objectives of Ponpes Zam-zam, which collaborates to jointly develop the Registration System, Finance and Information Technology-based Pondok learning system. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a framework that provides methods and tools for building, managing and implementing, and maintaining enterprise architectures. The stages used in this architectural design are Preparation, Architectural Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture. The design of the Islamic Boarding School Information System is carried out using the main business process approach and existing supporting business processes. The expected result of this research is a proposed TOGAF model that is adapted to the Ponpes business processes and needs in designing enterprise architecture for IS/IT strategic planning

Abstract

The impact of the spread of the COVID-19 virus on educational institutions is changing the education system into online learning. One of the formal educational institutions affected by this change is SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. This school previously developed a Moodle-based learning information system in early 2020 with the aim of helping the online learning process. Starting from UTBK activities that require a system to accommodate student scores and the need for online learning activities. However, based on the results of unstructured interviews obtained from the admin, teachers, and students, that there are still many shortcomings in Moodle E-Learning. The lack of a system that has been mentioned will have an impact on the performance of the Moodle system in supporting online learning activities. The method used is the SDLC research method with a prototype development model. The results of the study used the PSSUQ questionnaire which consisted of 4 categories, namely the SYSUSE category (usability) of 3.27, INFOQUAL (information) of 3.37, the INTQUAL category (display) of 3.40, and the OVERALL category of 3.18. The results of the PSSUQ score where the INTQUAL category gets the lowest score or close to a scale of 7 or is interpreted as less good so an interview is needed with the result that the Moodle Information System in terms of appearance is acceptable, but not yet attractive to users as a whole, then in terms of functionality, the Moodle Information System has several functions that have not run properly and tested using the Black Box method, and resulted in an average overall score of 100, which means that the overall function is very good.

Abstract

Development of an E-Document Information System in the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering using a QR Code. Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Study Program. Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering. Faculty of Engineering. Makassar public university. This study aims to develop an E-Document mailing information system using Quick Response Code. This research is a type of Research & Development (R&D) research. The development of this system is carried out using the RAD development method or model. Other methods used include direct observation, interviews with related parties, and questionnaires or questionnaires to determine the feasibility of the aspects of their use. The research subjects in the development of this system are staff and students of the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering. The results of software testing based on the ISO 25010 testing standard showed that the functional suitability aspect was in the very good category, the performance efficiency aspect of the results obtained by the GTMatrix class obtained a C value with 68% performance, the structure was 85% by obtaining 2.6 seconds and was included in the very category. well, the portability aspect is in the very good category or has a value of 1, which means that the system test on the device being tested is successful because it can be run in different browser types. The Usability aspect got a presentation result of 87.6% so that the score was included in the very feasible category, and these results indicate that this system meets the Usability aspect category.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 is going on in Indonesia have a major impact changing patterns of consumption of goods and services from offline to online. The distance restrictions that must be carried out to prevent the spread of Covid-19 transmission and break the chain of the spread of this virus, require the public to avoid crowds from crowded places. The presence of the Batam Online Supermarket online market application in the city of Batam is certainly one of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 and as an example of the rapid development of digitalization of technology. The biggest challenge in the market online lies in customer satisfaction, so this research adopts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and D&M IS Success Model. Of the 370 respondents who were obtained from the Slovin formula and taken using probability sampling technique, then they were tested for validity test analysis, reliability testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing, t test and F test on variables using SPSS 23. Based on the result, this study showed that the variable of system quality, information quality, service quality were significant on the user satisfaction, meanwhile the variable of perceived easy of use and perceived usefulness were not significant on the user satisfaction in using BOS application.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many countries had different strategies to stop the spread of the novel virus and help patients. Challenges arise from the character of the virus that needs social distancing to prevent and stop transmission.  It brings us to the era of health technologies faster than it should. In this case, a telemedicine service is part of the strategy to reach out to the patient while keeping the bed occupancy ratio in the hospital low because many have light symptoms. But how the service quality of telemedicine and what to expect from its service, demands an analysis for further improvement. This paper using survey method with certain criteria to give clear understanding of the telemedicine service and what should improve.
