Abstract

Genetic algorithm is heuristic searching algorithm which based on nature selection of mechanism and nature genetic. The basic concept that inspires the genetic algorithm is that evolution theory. The word is consisted of the alphabet. Alphabet is a set of letters or other characters with which one or more languages are written especially if arranged in a customary order. In this research will use genetic algorithm to form a word based on the typing word. The final result of this research is that showing the exact word that is typed.

Abstract

Koperasi has an important role for economic growing in Indonesia. Especially in this time of pandemic, all countries in this world are face the same problem because of Covid-19 which is economic collapse beside the health issues. It is already a year that this virus affects the economic system of the countries. The government tries to grow the economic by supporting the small businesses through keperasi perhaps they may help the growing of the economics of the country. Unfortunately, most of conventional koperasi are still use the manual system to operate their serving to the member. In this research, it proposes mobile application of koperasi based on context needed in order to give better services to the member. The result of this research shows more than 80% user satisfy using this application.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman, produksi sampah setiap hari semakin meningkat. Ini disebabkan karena, bertambahnya jumlah produk, jumlah penduduk dan pola konsumsi masyarakat. Selain itu, kurangnya tingkat kesadaran masyarakat untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya yang dapat mengakibatkan tingginya tingkat pencemaran lingkungan. Contohnya, di Kota Medan yang menghasilkan timbulan sampah setiap harinya sebesar 2.000 ton/hari. Kota Medan merupakan kota yang mendapatkan dampak dari tidak adanya pengelolaan sampah yang baik. Hal yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi peningkatan volume sampah tersebut adalah dengan cara mengurangi volume sampah dari sumbernya melalui pengelolaan sampah. Hadirnya android dapat memudahkan kegiatan sehari – hari seperti adanya aplikasi Trash Care yang dapat membantu dalam menanggulangi sampah. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan desain user interface (UI) dan user experience (UX) aplikasi Trash Care yang berdasarkan pada kemudahan, efisiensi, dan kegunaan untuk pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode UCD dalam menjelaskan alur Aplikasi Trash Care dan metode pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa desain interface aplikasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Adanya desain user interface aplikasi mobile ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat pengguna dalam membuang sampah dan dapat menambah pengetahuan masyarakat dalam membedakan sampah organik dan anorganik.

Abstract

Genetic algorithm is heuristic searching algorithm which based on nature selection of mechanism and nature genetic. The basic concept that inspires the genetic algorithm is that evolution theory. In the process of searching the best solution on classic genetic algorithm often occurs optimum local. Optimum local is a common problem which is often occurs in genetic algorithm, and one of the reasons is that because of the population diversity. If population diversity is too low is led to optimum local, and if it is too high caused more times to look for the best solution. Mutation operator plays an important role in the process of genetic algorithm to manage that population diversity and an important element of mutation operator is mutation rate. On classic genetic algorithm that mutation rate is set in the beginning while the process of genetic algorithm depends on how many generations are. Therefore is needed to control mutation rate in generation. Controlling mutation operator, especially mutation rate based on Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) to manage population diversity, not too high or too low, in order to get optimal result. Evaluation is done 10 times execution by comparing the performance of standard genetic algorithm (GA), IAG and genetic algorithm based on Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) and experimental results show that there is an improvement on genetic algorithm performance based on FLC.

Abstract

Genetic algorithm is heuristic searching algorithm which based on nature selection of mechanism and nature genetic. The basic concept that inspires the genetic algorithm is that evolution theory. One of crossover operator in genetic algorithm is two-point crossover. This operator can make better improvement in solving combinatorial problem. Previous research has done with onepoint crossover and it is compared with tow-point crossover in this research. Knapsack is a combinatorial problem which is to find good solution with constraint. Evaluation is done 10 times execution on genetic algorithm (GA), and experimental results show that two-point crossover can gives a quite good result in solving optimization problem.

Abstract

 Abstrak— Silangittex merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dibidang bisnis tekstil yang menyediakan berbagai jenis bahan kain. Dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi sekarang ini ketersedian informasi menjadi hal yang penting dan dibutuhkan bagi sebuah bisnis. Selama ini proses penjualan silamgiitex masih dilakukan secara manual hal ini menyebabkan pihak pemilik dan karyawan mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan proses jual beli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah aplikasi e-coomerce pada Silangittex. Dengan adanya perancangan aplikasi E-commerce diharapkan dapat melakukan manajemen penjualan peralatan menjahit pakaian menjadi lebih baik lagi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi E-commerce peralatan menjahit pakaian berbasis mobile untuk kebutuhan toko Silangittex yang dapat membantu dalam proses jual beli. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Informasi, E-commerce, Basis Data Abstract— Silangittex is one of the businesses engaged in the textile business that provides various types of fabric materials. In the development of information technology today, the availability of information is important and needed for a business. So far, the process of selling Lalugiitex is still done manually, this causes the owners and employees to have difficulty in the buying and selling process. The purpose of this research is to build an E-commerce application at Silangittex. With the design of E-commerce applications, it is hoped that sales management of sewing equipment for clothes will be even better. The results of this study are an E-commerce application for mobile-based clothing sewing equipment for the needs of the Silangittex store that can assist in the buying and selling process. Keywords: Application, Information, E-commerce, Database

Abstract

The learning and teaching process is an important activity to achieve learning objectives. However, in practice it often happens that the process does not run as it should. One important component in the learning and teaching process is attendance. The discipline of student attendance shows that they have a good interest in their studies and needs to be recorded so that attendance data is stored and presented properly. Manual attendance recording is a problem of effectiveness and efficiency. This research proposes a system for monitoring student attendance using mobile applications. The results of the study show that it is easier and faster for students to take attendance and easier for teachers to recap student attendance and also become the basis for decision making when giving final grades.

Abstract

The purpose of community service activities is to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and to contribute ideas and transfer technology to teaching staff at SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara Medan. This service activity was carried out for 2 days. The training materials are Video Recording and Video Editing. The topic given in this training is the creation of online learning content. The material given is the use of Filmora X software. This topic is very much needed to equip teachers in preparing and delivering subject matter during this covid-19 pandemic. This topic was deliberately chosen considering that currently, teachers have difficulty in delivering subject matter face to face.
