Abstract

This study is useful to test and determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance Pamella Dua Yogyakarta. This research uses a method that is quantitative with a nonprobility sample sample. The population of 50 respondents who are all employees of Pamella Dua Yogyakarta. The use of samples in this study amounted to 44 respondents. Using data analysis with multiple linear regression methods. The results of the T test research explain that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Pamella Dua Yogyakarta employees, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Pamella Dua Yogyakarta employees, and work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of Pamella Dua Yogyakarta employees. From the F test where this study obtained the results of F count 28.904> F table 2.83l with significant results of 0.05 indicates that motivation, work environment and work discipline together have an influence on employee performance Pamella Dua Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in financial resilience through business strategies. The purpose of this study is to analyze research developments using bibliometric analysis that maps research in the Google Scholar database from 2020 to 2024. After the selection process, 99 articles were obtained and processed using the Publish or Perish and VosViewer software. The study results showed 4 clusters that explained various business strategies, the relationship between financial resilience, business resilience with MSME business performance in the future, and MSME sustainability strategies in the modern era. The mapping results also show that business strategies for financial resilience are still a hot topic for research. Therefore, this study is expected to increase the insight and knowledge of the public regarding the right business strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam upaya menghasilkan sebuah Architecture Enterprise pada Departemen Pemasaran Perum Perumnas. Perancangan Architecture Enterprise dimaksudkan untuk dapat membantu proses bisnis pemasaran pada Perum Perumnas dengan tujuan adanya suatu proses kegiatan bisnis yang dapat berintegrasi agar kegiatan proses bisnis yang ada dapat berjalan optimal dan efisien. Terutama pada Departemen Pemasaran, agar dalam rangka memberikan informasi pemasaran seperti ketersedian unit, serta promosi kepada masyarakat dapat tersampaikan dengan akurat dan cepat. Pemasaran sendiri merupakan proses ujung tombak bagi perusahan karena menjadi bagian yang mempengaruhi pencapaian target suatu usaha. Pada perancangan Architecture Enterprise digunakan framework TOGAF ADM yang dimana dikarenakan TOGAF ADM dapat menyederhanakan adanya proses arsitekture TI yang dapat membantu mengefisiensikan proses bisnis yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

Gaya hidup sehat menjadi tren di kalangan mahasiswa berkat banyaknya media informasi yang mereka ketahui. Lebih banyak mengkonsumsi kuliner/makanan sehat semakin menjadi perhatian bagi mereka, karena mereka menyadari bahwa untuk mendukung aktivitas akademik sehari-hari membutuhkan asupan gizi dan nutrisi yang seimbang Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa memutuskan untuk membeli kuliner/makanan sehat. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari Universitas “XY” dengan karateristik mahasiswa mayoritas wanita, berusia di bawah 30 tahun yang berasal dari Pulau Jawa. Berdasarkan hasil prasurvei karakteristik kuliner/makanan yang mengandung nilai gizi dan nutrisi yang baik dan asal-usul olahan yang berasal dari bahan segar dan orgnik menjadi pertimbangan utama mahasiswa mengambil keputusan membeli kuliner/makanan sehat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis penelitian di dapatkan uji validitas memliki nilai loading factor di atas 0,7, uji reliabilitas memiliki nilai Cronbach’alpha sebesar 0,808 dan nilai Composite Reliablity sebesar 0,874, uji multikolonieritias memiliki nilai VIF berada di bawah 10, dan uji hipotesis T-Statistic sebesar 1,96. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kuliner/makanan yang memiliki kandungan nutrisi dan gizi yang baik serta asal-usul olahan kuliner dari bahan segar dan organic yang dipilih mahasiswa Universitas “XY” menjadi keputusannya untuk membeli kuliner/makanan sehat tersebut.

Abstract

The alumina refinery industry in Indonesia faces global challenges and opportunities, necessitating a robust strategic framework to enhance competitiveness. This study analyzes the internal and external factors affecting PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (BAI) using the IFAS and EFAS frameworks. An IFAS score of 2.81 highlights significant internal strengths, such as state-owned enterprise support, modern technology, and a strategic location, despite weaknesses like reliance on local human resources and high initial operational costs. An EFAS score of 3.32 underscores substantial opportunities from government policies and growing global market demand, outweighing threats such as price fluctuations and geopolitical risks. The analysis places PT BAI in Quadrant I of the SWOT matrix, recommending an aggressive growth strategy through market expansion, product diversification, international collaboration, and infrastructure optimization. This strategic approach is expected to enhance PT BAI’s competitiveness and support sustainable growth in the alumina refining industry.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between Work Environment, Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance in the QC Department of PT Gelindo Garmentama and to determine the extent to which these variables influence Employee Performance. Using a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach, the study collected primary and secondary data through documentation. The entire population, consisting of 80 respondents, was taken as a sample using a total sampling method. Data analysis involved descriptive techniques, classical assumption tests, multiple regression, and hypothesis testing, including both partial and simultaneous analysis. Descriptive analysis showed that Employee Performance, Work Environment, Motivation, and Work Discipline scored 1.241, 820, 1.374, and 1.215, respectively, all of which fall into the high category. The research findings confirm that Work Environment, Motivation, and Work Discipline significantly affect Employee Performance, both individually (partially) and collectively (simultaneously).

Abstract

The mining industry plays a strategic role in the Indonesian economy given its significant contribution to state revenues and the provision of essential raw materials for various industrial sectors. Corporate sustainability and leverage are two key factors that are increasingly receiving attention in the literature on finance and strategic management. This research approach is based on the positivist paradigm. Corporate sustainability and leverage act as independent variables, while firm value is the dependent variable. Corporate sustainability has a probability value of 0.00469 <0.05. Leverage has a probability value of 0.0473 <0.05. The F probability test value is 0.001723 <0.05, which means that corporate sustainability and leverage simultaneously affect the value of mining companies. In mining companies, corporate sustainability has a significant impact on firm value, demonstrating high ethical standards, attracting investors, customers, and business partners to social and environmental issues, increasing investor confidence, and improving firm performance. Firm value in the mining industry is influenced by leverage on the ability to generate income to pay debts. Both interact to help companies create a balanced strategy to maximize the value generated by the company.

Abstract

Quality healthcare requires the availability and optimal condition of medical devices. This study aimed to describe the medical device procurement and maintenance system at Pagelaran Regional General Hospital (RSUD Pagelaran) in Cianjur Regency and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its optimization. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews. The results showed several constraints, including suboptimal procurement planning, limited budget, and a lack of skilled human resources in medical equipment maintenance. This study recommends optimization strategies, including needs-based planning improvements, enhanced human resource competency, utilization of information technology to monitor the use and maintenance of medical devices.

Abstract

Fasilitas kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang pelayanan bagi masyarakat. Sebagai kota metropolitan, Bandung menghadapi tantangan dalam pemerataan akses kesehatan. Ketimpangan distribusi fasilitas menyulitkan masyarakat di wilayah tertentu, terutama daerah kurang terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan sebaran fasilitas kesehatan di Kota Bandung, mengidentifikasi daerah dengan keterbatasan akses, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian melibatkan analisis geografis menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS), pengolahan data sekunder, serta kajian kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan. Data yang dianalisis mencakup jumlah, jenis, dan lokasi fasilitas kesehatan, serta tingkat aksesibilitas berdasarkan jarak dan keterjangkauan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kesehatan terkonsentrasi di Bandung Tengah dan Utara, yang memiliki infrastruktur lebih baik. Sebaliknya, Bandung Selatan mengalami keterbatasan akses akibat minimnya fasilitas dan jarak yang jauh dari pusat layanan utama. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan pengembangan fasilitas kesehatan di wilayah selatan, peningkatan infrastruktur pendukung, serta evaluasi berkala untuk pemerataan layanan. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar bagi perencanaan fasilitas kesehatan yang lebih merata di Kota Bandung, sehingga seluruh masyarakat dapat memperoleh layanan kesehatan yang optimal.
