Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA) terhadap Harga Saham dengan Price Earning Ratio (PER) sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis data sekunder bersumber dari laporan keuangan Bursa Efek Indonesia yang telah dipublikasikan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio; (2) Earning per Share tidak memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio; (3) Return on Assets memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio; (4) Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham; (5) Earning per Share memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga; (6) Return on Assets tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham; (7) Price Earning Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham; (8) Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning per Share, dan Return on Assets secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio; (9) Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning per Share, Return on Assets dan Price Earning Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham; (10) Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning per Share dan Return on Assets secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Earning Ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of teaching staff at MedikaCom Vocational High School. This research uses descriptive verification method. Data was collected through a survey of all teaching staff at the MedikaCom Vocational High School. The data is processed using a statistical application with the method of path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that the conditions of organizational culture, motivation and performance of teaching staff were in the Good category. This study also shows that there is a strong correlation between organizational culture, motivation, and performance. Processed data confirms that organizational culture and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance. The influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of teaching staff at Medikacom Vocational High School can be seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) or R Square of 0.789. These results indicate that the simultaneous contribution of organizational culture and motivation to performance is 78.9%. While the remaining 21.1% is the influence of other variables (epsilon) that were not examined by the authors.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the role of innovation capacity in improving the company's performance. The study used a quantitative explanatory survey method. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a random sampling technique. Respondents are the creative industries of the leather, leather goods, and footwear sub-sector with a sample of 252 MSMEs in the leather, leather goods, and footwear industry in West Java. The data that has been collected was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study show that innovation capacity significantly plays a role in improving company performance The highest contribution of each dimension of innovation capacity came from investment in research and development and the lowest was contributed by new distribution channels. Meanwhile, the highest achievement of the company's performance came from the growth and learning perspective and the lowest was contributed by the customer perspective The results of the hypothesis test show a positive and significant effect that the role innovation capacity affects in improving a company's performance is empirically acceptable.

Abstract

This paper will assess & present empirical evidence on the issue in order to better understand how Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) mediate entrepreneurial talents. The role of MFIs is evaluated based on their functions as a source of finance, facilitators for financial management, managerial management, and marketing management. Sales growth, profit growth, asset growth, employee growth, and market share growth are all ways to gauge a company’s performance. While entrepreneurial ability is assessed using technical, marketing, financial, and interpersonal abilities. The research approach is explanatory, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. A sample of 150 SMEs sampled the population of 34,816 SMEs in West Java’s Greater Bandung region, Indonesia, using a proportionate random sampling approach. Structural Equation Modeling and a 5-point Likert scale were used to analyze the data collected (SEM). According to the findings, microfinance institutions can help businesses succeed by a small but significant amount. Business performance is positively and significantly impacted by entrepreneurial talents. The MFIS’s significance in influencing entrepreneurial skills expands in relation to corporate performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Stock Prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2023, as well as to examine the impact of each ratio on Stock Prices. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach, using secondary data collected through documentation. The population consists of book 3 banks that experienced a decline in stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period, with a sample of 6 companies. The analysis includes descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, and hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously. The results show that the Debt to Equity Ratio tends to decline, Return On Assets and Return On Equity fluctuate, and Stock Prices tend to decrease. Additionally, the Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Assets have a significant positive effect on Stock Prices, while Return On Equity has a significant negative effect. Overall, the three ratios have a significant positive impact on the Stock Prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on tourist satisfaction at the Kampung Batu Malakasari tourist attraction. Using a quantitative method grounded in positivist philosophy, the study collected data by distributing questionnaires to 100 visitors of Kampung Batu Malakasari through a simple random sampling technique. The analytical method employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that, partially, facilities have a significant and positive effect on tourist satisfaction, and service quality also has a significant and positive effect on tourist satisfaction. Simultaneously, facilities and service quality significantly influence tourist satisfaction. The better the tourists' perceptions of the facilities and service quality, the higher their satisfaction due to the reduced gap between expectations and service performance. Consumer satisfaction reflects the fulfillment of consumer expectations, which is closely linked to how the company strives to meet those expectations, influenced by the facilities and service quality offered. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the risk of financial distress of Islamic Rural Credit Banks in West Java for the period 2020-2023 using the Springate S-score calculation model. The financial ratios used in this study are NPF, ROA and BOPO. The data in this study were 32 data, namely 4 years of time series data on 8 Islamic Rural Credit Banks obtained through the official Islamic banking statistics website of the Financial Services Authority (https://www.ojk.go.id). The data analysis used in this study was multiple regression. Based on the results of the study (1) Non Performing Financing (NPF) partially has no negative and insignificant effect on Financial Distress (increase in Score value) with a magnitude of influence of 10.4%. (2) Return On Asset (ROA) partially has a positive and significant effect on Financial Distress (increase in S-score value). With a magnitude of influence of 40.5%. (3) BOP) has no positive and significant effect on Financial Distress (increase in S-score value). With a magnitude of influence of 19.4%. (4) NPF, ROA and BOPO simultaneously affect the financial distress condition at Islamic Rural Credit Banks in West Java in 2020-2023 with a determination coefficient value of 41.5. While the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

Purchase decision is a crucial concept in marketing because various elements that support or hinder a purchase decision significantly affect the choice to acquire a good or service. One element that affects the purcahse decision is social media marketing and influencers. This research was carried out to understand the extent of the impact of marketing through social media and influencers on purchase decisions. This research method implements qualitative and quantitative analysis using questionnaire data collection techniques. Sampling was done by probability sampling with simple random sampling involving 100 respondents. To analyze the data to answer the research question, validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously were used. The results showed that (1) every aspect of the purchase decision received a positive rating in the good category. (2) respondents also gave a good rating on social media marketing in all questions (3) for influencers; they scored good on 4 and a fair rating on 2. (4) Social media marketing positively influences individual purchasing decisions. (5) Influencers positively impact purchase decisions (6) Simultaneously, social media marketing and influencers show a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. That way, if the marketing strategy on social media and the use of influencers in promotions in the MSME culinary sector are more effective, then it will affect the level of consumer purchase decisions for MSME culinary.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of the home bakery "SisterKitchen" using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach supported by a SWOT analysis. The analysis reveals that the primary customer segments include individuals, resellers, and online buyers. The value propositions offered are fresh, preservative-free cakes, custom designs, and competitive prices. Social media serves as the main sales channel, supported by customer relationships strengthened through loyalty programs and testimonials. Key activities involve cake production, recipe innovation, and active promotion. Strategic partnerships with raw material suppliers, delivery services, and influencers play a crucial role in supporting operations. Revenue is generated from custom cake sales, snack boxes, and partnerships with resellers. Efficiency in resource management and cost structure is key to business sustainability. With a well-directed development roadmap, "SisterKitchen" has the potential to enhance its competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth.

Abstract

Background: The industrialization process has led to the automation of business processes with the goal of economic efficiency. This research was conducted at a trading company that requires an effective administrative process with time efficiency. So this need becomes a reason for the need for technology. Currently, a new technology has emerged that will revolutionize how humans work in companies, namely Robotic Process Automation.Purpose: This study focuses on first, proposing a model in the scope of financial domain, especially in invoice processing and reconciliation. Second, proposing an RPA solution using UI Path which can be used to improve invoice processing and reconciliation processes. Design: This study uses the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, so that the research object is the framework of the design itself. There are several steps taken to build RPA, namely (1) Problem Analysis and Motivation, (2) Determining Solution Goals, (3) Designing and Developing Solutions (4) performance evaluation. From the research, the results show that RPA performance has met expectations in terms of: speed.Finding/ Result: The findings of this study indicate that there are limitations in implementation due to variations in invoice formats across different companies. As a result, there is a need for ongoing adjustments and regular updates to the system and hardware to accommodate changes in invoice formats and business processes of each company.Conclusion: According to the study's findings it was concluded that RPA model has a good performance and has already met the side's expectations in terms of speed.Originality/ value (state of the art): The use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in financial processes, notably invoice data extraction, is a cutting-edge technology that improves financial efficiency and accuracy. This study, conducted on an Indonesian trading organization, reveals how RPA may be used to streamline financial workflows by automating repetitive, time-consuming procedures, minimizing human error, and enhancing data management processes.
