Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how trust, price perception, and attitude affect consumers of Grocery Banda Aceh's purchase intentions. The quantitative method employed in this study tries to ascertain the influence or link between two or more study variables. There were 96 respondents in the study's samples. Non-probability sampling is used for data collecting, and accidental sampling is the method used. A questionnaire, a list of questions, and an examination of the supporting documents were used to gather research data. At the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05), hypothesis testing utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneously), and t test (partial) is meant to ascertain the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. According to the study's findings, consumers' purchase intentions at Grocery Banda Aceh are influenced by attitudes, perceptions of price, and trust at the same time. Then, at Grocery Banda Aceh, Belief, Price Perception, and Attitude have some influence on consumer Purchase Intention. In light of this research's conclusions, consumers repurchase intentions at Grocery Banda Aceh may be increased by trust, pricing perception, and consumer attitudes

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of the land transport sector and river, lake and ferry transport to the economic structure of Aceh. The methodology used in this study is the input output analysis method using the Input Output Table based on Aceh producer prices in 2016 with 17 sectors and 52 industries. The use of this input output table is to determine the contribution of the land transport sector and river, lake and ferry transport in the Aceh economy through the formation of inputs and outputs. The results of the analysis show that the land transport sector has a total forward linkage index with a value greater than 1 while the ASDP is smaller than 1. For the total backward linkage index, the land transport sector and ASDP both have a value less than 1. The real estate sector is the sector with the largest increase if the land transport sector increases its final consumption. Meanwhile, the wholesale trade and retail trade except of motor vehicles and motorcycles sector, not cars and motorcycles, is the sector with the largest increase if the ASDP sector increases its final consumption

Abstract

Hotels have become a place associated with tourism and are needed when people travel for more than one night. Each prospective visitor has different criteria in choosing a hotel or inn, one of which is a measure of the application of health and safety, increasing customer satisfaction, satisfying service and increasing customer value. The purpose of this study was to examine whether customer value, health and safety, service quality, customer satisfaction had an effect on intention to stay longer. Data analysis in this study using PLS-SEM. The population in this study are consumers who have stayed at hotels in Indonesia. This study used 160 respondents to fill out a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-6. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The results showed that customer value, health and safety, service quality, customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on intention to stay longer. Furthermore, this research provides discussion, implications and conclusions. This study provides theoretical and managerial implications for understanding respondents' intentions to stay longer in hotels.Keywords: customer value, health and safety, service quality, customer satisfaction, intention to stay longer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of network quality, service quality, emotionality, and cost on customer satisfaction of telkomsel card users, either partially or simultaneously. the population in this study were telkomsel card customers in the village of Bukit Ewih Tamidelem. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a total sample of 87 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and for hypothesis testing, t-test and f-test are used. The results showed that: (1) the value of t-count> t-table (5.080>1.66298), then the results partially there is a positive influence between network quality on customer satisfaction. (2) The value of t-count> t-table (1.999 > 1.66298), then the results partially have a positive influence between service quality and customer satisfaction. (3) The value of t-count>t-table (4.672>1.66298), then the results partially have a positive influence between emotional and customer satisfaction. (4) The value of t-count>t-table (2.791>1.66298), then the results partially have a positive influence between costs and customer satisfaction. (5) Network quality, service quality, emotionality, and cost simultaneously affect customer satisfaction in the village of Bukit Ewih Tamidelem, Central Aceh district. With the value of f-count>f-table, that is (51.120>2.01). From the results of multiple linear regression equations, it can be seen that network quality, service quality, emotionality, and costs have a positive influence on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of emotional indicators and organizational culture on morale through work discipline at the North Sumatra Transportation Service. The survey method used is a quantitative method. The data collection method for this study is key data obtained directly from survey participants, 50 state officials who work in the BPTD Region II Office of the North Sumatra Transportation Service. Data analysis of this research used SPSS version 22 program. The results showed that the data were normally distributed, both tested using standard graphs and histograms, and approached the Kolmogorov-Smirnov tracking method, without problems with collinearity or variance of variation. The first hypothesis is that this sentiment index has a value of tcount > ttable (7.592 > 2.012) and has a significant effect on work morale. In the second hypothesis, organizational culture affects work morale with a value of tcount > ttable (6.903 > 2.012). In the third hypothesis, the emotional index has a significant effect on work discipline with a value of tcount > ttable (3.831 > 2.012). In the fourth hypothesis, organizational culture has a significant effect on work discipline with a value of tcount > ttable (2,697 > 2.012) which has a significant effect on work morale with a t value of, compared to the tcount value of 2.012. Finally, work discipline cannot be relaxed, influencing the emotional trade and organizational culture to lift morale.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the income of rainfed rice farming in Lampanah Tunong Village, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar District. This research was conducted using the census method on 20 rainfed rice farmers. The analytical model used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that land area had a significant effect on farm income, while the variables, urea fertilizer, SP36 fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, pesticides, production costs and labor did not significantly affect the income of rainfed lowland rice farming. The R2 value of 0.808 indicates that the close relationship between the independent variable and the variable is 80.8% while the remaining 1.20% is explained by other factors outside the model

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance trough Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Profitability On Company Value empirical study of Coal Subsector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 35 samples were taken from 2016 to 2020 with annual data on managerial ownership, institutional ownership, ROA and PBV. Statistical methods taken in this study are multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of determination and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study, it is known that managerial ownership has an effect on Company Value, Institutional Ownership has no effect on Company Value, Profitability has an effect on Company Value. Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Profitability have an effect on Company Value.

Abstract

Children are the next generation of the nation's ideals, therefore the commitment and treatment to pay attention to the development and role of children as the next generation of the nation is something that must be held by the government. Children who are not yet mature mentally and physically, their needs must be fulfilled, their opinions must be respected and given a correct and conducive education, because children in the period of personal and psychological growth and development can grow and develop into children who can be cared for. pkan as the nation's successor. The author wants to take an approach by examining the normative juridical concept of criminal cases of obscenity of minors (pedophilia). Case Study Verdict Number: 53/Pid.Sus/2018/PN.Lmg. The type of research used is a descriptive type of research, to provide a complete picture of a positive legal review in this case Law Number: 35 of 2014 Amendments to Law Number: 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and also in the criminal act of obscenity against minors (pedophilia). Children who are victims of obscenity are entitled to treatment, rehabilitation, psychologist assistance, assistance from investigation, prosecution to court, this is stated in Article 69A, and victims who are entitled to apply for restitution rights are regulated in Article 71D.  Special protection for children victims of sexual crimes as referred to in Article 59 Paragraph Letter j is carried out through efforts, namely education about reproductive health, religious values, and moral values; social rehabilitation; psychosocial assistance at the time of treatment to recovery, and; providing protection and assistance at every level of examination ranging from investigation,  prosecution, to examination in court siding and the existence of criminal sanctions that imposed on the perpetrators contained in Article 82 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Price. This research was conducted at the Automotive and Component Subsector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data which are analyzed through classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that partially Return On Equity there is no influence on stock prices, Earning Per Share has an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share have an effect on stock prices simultaneously.

Abstract

Aceh has interesting traditional arts and culture, one of which is traditional dance. In general, Acehnese traditional dance is performed accompanied by poetry that is full of meaning and full of life values. This study aims to describe the social values contained in traditional Acehnese dance poetry. This study uses an ethical approach that is in line with the social values of the people discussed. The theory used is the theory of Immanuel Kant and John Stuart Mill which discusses social ethics. Data in the form of phrases, clauses, and sentences were collected by reading and note-taking techniques. Next, the data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that in Acehnese traditional dance there are social values in the form of caring values, justice values, responsibility values, cooperation values, and mutual help values
