Abstract

The research report analyses Job Satisfaction influenced by Work Environment, Leadership, and Organizational Culture, through Motivation. Data collection was carried out in July 2022 for all 136 employees. Thirty respondents were assigned to test the validity and reliability, and the remaining 96 were for calculating multiple linear regression. Model feasibility test for two substructures, t-test for partial testing, and Sobel test to determine indirect effects. The analysis results conclude that the work environment variable affects the motivation variable, but there is no effect on employee satisfaction. Leadership Variables do not influence Motivation and Job Satisfaction. Organizational Culture influences variable Job Satisfaction, but Organizational Culture does not affect Motivation. Motivational Variables influence Job Satisfaction. In an indirect relationship, the three variables can directly affect the endogenous variables.

Abstract

Facing the brisk advancement of technology in digital marketing communications, brands are currently faced with strengths in terms of promotion. How they choose brand ambassadors who can represent their brand should not be done haphazardly because when the brand cannot represent the brand, what happens is a failure. Azarine Cosmetic chose Lee Min Ho as a brand ambassador who can represent their brand. Marketing that focuses on social media with target consumers which will later produce royal and loyal consumers. This study uses qualitative research to find that digital marketing communications used by Azarine Cosmetic are effective and can reach potential consumers who ultimately make purchases of the products they produce. Digital marketing communications play an important role in conveying the message the brand wants to convey through posts that are uploaded through various platforms.

Abstract

PT Asagri Selaras Asia is an agribusiness company in Jakarta, Indonesia that provides food supply for entrepreneurs in the tourism sector, such as hotels and restaurants. In running their business, the company has a supply chain network that effectively integrates suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and stores. Supply chain management optimization is deemed necessary to maximize efficiency in every process carried out at PT Asagri Selaras Asia. One of the processes that can be optimized is the determination of facility location. The right facility location can minimize distance, delivery time, and operational costs and optimize the company's profit. Currently, the contract period for the distribution center (DC) used by PT Asagri Selaras Asia is about to expire therefore a decision is needed regarding the determination of the DC location for the next period, either extending the current DC contract or moving to a new location. This study aims to maximize the company's profit by comparing the profit obtained under existing and alternative DC, and the proposed DC from the experimental results using the Green Field Analysis (GFA) method. This study also aims to determine the feasibility of the three DC locations using the Network Optimization (NO) method with Anylogistix software. Based on the data analysis, the new DC is recommended to be located in the West Pejaten area, South Jakarta with latitude -6.2729150574 and longitude 106.8230798418 which will give an increase in profit of 80.53% compared to the existing DC.

Abstract

The study aims to pictured out the mediating roles  of purchase intention on service quality and application quality to purchase decision. The study objective is the shopee application users with at least 1 year of experience using the application. The study collected 140 respondents. Smart-PLS will be used to run the data. The study signified service quality and application quality have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. Service quality and application quality have a positive and significant influence directly and indirectly on purchase decision. Lastly, Purchase Intention play a mediating role from service quality and application quality on purchase decision.

Abstract

The research problem is that there is a decrease in patient repeat visits in 2021, from the results of pre-research it was found that the decrease in visits came from a decrease in patient confidence, a healthy culture, decreased service quality, patients were dissatisfied with treatment. The intention of this study was to examine the influence of the measurement of marketing quality, healthy culture, patient trust, patient satisfaction and intention to revisit. This research is research quantitative, with a sample of 180 respondents consisting of 77 men and 103 women aged between 23-42 years. Respondents were taken by patients who had been treated twice. Analysis tool using SEM. The results showed that intention to repeat treatment was significantly influenced by patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction has a significant effect on service quality, healthy culture and patient trust. Quality of service and patient trust directly have a significant effect on the intention to repeat treatment.

Abstract

Human resources are a problem that is often faced by every company, especially when coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic. Companies must continue to survive by getting benefits with the right human resource strategy, but the paradoxical reality is that hundreds of companies have closed their businesses due to increasingly serious problems. be it internal or external. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the relationship is between each informant and what indicators influence each of these variables. This research was carried out with a phenomenological qualitative approach, in which phenomenologists describe the essence of the big things from each person's part of their life experience. Phenomenologists must describe in detail where they obtain or experience a phenomenon from each individual. Five informants with decades or decades of experience and the highest positions in a company were given samples. The method used in data processing uses Nvivo12 tools. The research instrument adopts findings from previous research and theoretical studies in order to make it easier to help with problems in the human resource strategy. The results obtained showed that 4 informants had strong and moderate correlation values for each informant, and only 1 informant did not have a strong relationship. The map analysis test includes indicators that have more than one similarity from each piece of information, as well as a descriptive test that strengthens the relationship to these variables.

Abstract

Service quality in a service company is very important and becomes a reference for good or bad companies in serving their customers so that they are able and create customer satisfaction for the company. And a good brand image will produce and the formation of a good reputation for the company within the eyes of consumers will bring client fulfillment. This ponders points to analyze the benefit quality and brand picture on client fulfillment. The data population used in this study were all passengers on the PT. PELNI ship. Where the technique of sampling using the Slovin method which consists of 98 respondents. The data is processed quantitatively by testing the instrument utilizing legitimacy and unwavering quality tests, whereas the information investigation strategy employments numerous direct relapse analysis, coefficient of assurance, t test and f test. The research data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25. The comes about of this think about showed that Benefit Quality and Brand Picture had a positive and significant impact on Passenger Satisfaction with a level of determination of 89.3%, of which 10.7% was influenced by other factors..

Abstract

This research sought to determine the effects of profitability, leverage, and liquidity on the value of healthcare sector businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Markket for the years 2018-2021. The sample in this research is a number of 10 businesses and after outliers were made there were 9 businesses with a total sample data that met the research criteria as many as 36 financial reports. The sampling technique  is to use purposive sampling technique. The approach to data analysis which is multiple linear regression, SPSS is used for the analysi. The hypothesis test reveals that leverage has no effect on company value, while liquidity and profitability have a positive impact.

Abstract

The study focuses on Millennials in Bekasi City to examine the relationship between brand experience, brand trust, brand love and brand loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with convenient sampling and survey methods to collect data from 100 respondents. In this study, data are analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS software. Findings show that brand experience and brand trust have a positive impact on brand love. Furthermore, brand trust and brand love positively affect brand loyalty, whereas brand experience does not. The study also found that the relationship between brand experience and brand trust in terms of brand loyalty is mediated by brand love. This indicates that brand love plays a mediating role in the relationship between brand experience and brand trust in terms of brand loyalty. The research highlights the importance of emotional connection in building brand loyalty, especially for brands based on religion and beliefs. Marketers should focus on creating positive brand experiences, building consumer trust, fostering brand loyalty, and ultimately increasing brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to understand various scientific study and scientific sources, namely, to find the relevance between Indonesian millennial financial literacy education and awareness of financial behavior to the financial independence of Indonesian millennial. To facilitate the discussion and explanation of this issue, we have carried out a series of literature data searches from various studies of journal publications, books, and academic procedures that discuss financial literacy issues and millennial behavior regarding finance. After getting the data, we analyzed it by providing consistent coding of the data, evaluating the data into several components, and summarize the implications of the findings so that we could produce a valid conclusion from various data points. Based on the discussion and analysis of the data, we can say that Indonesian millennial financial literacy is very relevant to financial behavior and in supporting the ability and thus capacity in reaching financial independence. We hope the results of this study become an essential input in future study efforts regarding financial behavior, especially of Indonesian millennial generation.
