Abstract

This research analyzes the Positioning of PKS image to its constituents in Jati Village, Pulogadung Sub-district. The positioning of this party image uses the theory of brand association and positioning theory. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method and cluster analysis. The largest cluster result shows that PKS image is still good and its positioning is the Da'wah Party.

Abstract

This study was taken from the thesis that aims to analyze how big Influence of Motivation and Learning Method of the Achievement of Student Learning Program Computerized Accounting Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Blok M "study was conducted that indicated that student achievement of students having a bit of trouble and it was suspected because they elmahnya motivation and learning methods dilakukakan by students concernedThe sampling method used is the technique of sampling Sampling saturated namely by taking them as a population of 50 samples. Data that has met the test of validity and reliability further processed to produce a regression equation Y = 0.850 + 0645 + 0117 X2 X1, which wherein Y is variable learning achievement, X1 is a variable of learning motivation and X2 is variable learning methodMotivation to learn is partially positive effect on learning achievement indicated by the r value of 0.682, which means a strong relationship between them. The learning method is partially positive effect on learning achievement indicated by the r value of 0.458 which means the relationship between them is very strong. Variables simultaneously teaching and learning media capabilities have a significant impact on the learning citizen satisfaction shown by the r value of 0.687 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the coefficient of determination R-square value of 0, 4719, which means that the variation of all the independent variables that motivation to learn and learning methods may explain the variable student achievement by 47.19%, while the remaining 52.81% is explained by other variables that are not submitted within this research.

Abstract

This writing aims to know how to implement of Occupational safety and health (OHS)  management, obstacles, and solutions on PT Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical. This writing is executed on PT Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical, with the methods of literature writing, observation, and interviews.The results of this writing is represent that, implement of Occupational safety and health management (OHS) is still not suitable because it is still in development stage, so less than the maximum in the application of plicies and procedures of OHS.The implemetation of OHS is the determination of OHS policy, the implementation of OHS wich consists of inspectionOHS and awareness raising program of OHS, and monitoring  and evaluation of OHS.The constraints faced is implement of Occupational safety and health management (OHS) is difficult to make changes in the implementation of OHS, lack of undersatanding and awareness of employees to risk in the work environtment, lack of basic understanding measurement inspection ofOHS,”safety talk” is difficult is difficult for employees who are in site/DOP, lack of understanding ofOHS  procedures, training modules, and difficulty adjustment schedule of leaderThe solutions in facing is implement of Occupational safety and health management (OHS) is the required awareness and support of the implementation of the OHS for all parties, the importance of APD socialization, make clear basic mesurement/standard for inspection OHS, safety talk is done via email for empoyee who is in site/DOP, the importance of understanding of OHS procedure before disseminating, preparing more training modules and making management review and review schedule a year ahead.

Di era digital ini akan membuat semua orang berfikir untuk bisa memanfaatkan dunia internet yang memiliki target sangat  luas. Abstract

Genarlli, the main goal of a company is to maximize its shareholders’ wealth. For a public company, it means maximizing return to its outstanding shares. The final decisions made by the management, which comprise of investment decision and financing decision. Real estate industry is a capital-intensive industry that would spend large fund to start the operations. Consequently, most real estate companies would search and rely upon loan from third parties as its main financing source other than its own capital.The objective of this research is to reveal whether there is influence of cost of borrowing, profitability, and collateral value of assets on capital structure.Th hypothesis for this research are: (a) to reveal whether there is influence of cost of borrowing on capital structure in real estate companies in Indonesia, (b) to reveal whether there is influence of profitability on capital structure in real estate companies in Indonesia, (c) to reveal whether there is influence of collateral value of assets on capital structure in real estate companies in Indonesia, and (d) to reveal whether there is influence of cost of borrowing, profitability and collateral value of assets, simultaneously, on capital structure in real estate companies in Indonesia.Using multiple linear regressions to test those hypotheses, the data obtained from real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2003-2007 revealed that: (a) there is negative and significant influence of cost of borrowing on capital structure in real estate companies in Indonesia, (b) there is positive and significant influence of profitability on capital structure in real estate companies in Indonesia, (c) there is positive and significant influence of collateral value of assets on capital structure in real estate companies in Indonesia, and (d) there is  significant influence of cost of borrowing, profitability and collateral value of assets, simultaneously, on capital structure in real estate companies in Indonesia.The result of this research indicated that cost of borrowing is the factor that significantly determines the capital structure. Obtaining loan from third parties would result higher interest expenses, and in turn result in low net income, compared to companies that use their own source of financing. Of course, the decision to finance a company through loan facilities should be based on in-depth analysis and calculation especially in relation to the company’s capability for settlement.

Abstract

The rise of shopping through online stores on Instagram makes women in Jakarta a problem in this case. Generally women do online shopping not only on the mere needs, for the sake of and the lifestyle of a country called wasteful or better known as consumptive behavior or consumerism behavior. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of research conducted on six people obtained information from online consumer behavior in Jakarta has entered the consumer category or online shopping on large Instagram for women, online shopping or online stores are more interested in shopping problems with reasons and behavior because they are not want to miss the trend and offer prices from online stores even though the product is not needed.

Abstract

Before the emergence of flying at low cost, large companies such as British Airways has dominated the European aviation industry services company. When the current industry trends undergo strict regulations in the European Union in 1997, where an airline from one member state can not fly in one market domestic that different countries, but Ryanair Ltd., dared to enter the aviation industry with the major obstacle. They were able to break through the market with low cost operations while maintaining the advantages, distinguishes itself with a permanent service implements to customers who are superior, and achieve cost savings through the use services to the Internet network.As a result of its strategy Market Busting, Ryanair Ltd., has become the largest low - cost airlines   (one of the flight operators) in Europe. For the fiscal year 2004, the company brings in revenue of $ 1.32 billion, increased 44% from the year previous. Ryanair Ltd.   currently provides service to 93 cities across Europe, recorded more than 15 million passengers per year.This paper analyzes the strategy and competitiveness Ryanair Ltd. to achieve success using SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas (BMC). Where the use of SWOT analysis tool and the BMC is expected to displays a simpler business model.

Abstract

The existing tourist destination system in Bogor Regency basically has entered the integral of existing development, so that it can be accessed by the whole world. The influence of the concept of tourism development basically increases the acceleration of development and economy in a large area. This causes the development of tourism in Bogor Regency as one of the priority sectors.To obtain accurate and current data, the authors conduct research directly in the field using qualitative methods that are inductive. The results show that the existing tourist destination system in Bogor Regency implemented basically been running as it should. However, when compared with tourist villages outside of Bogor Regency such as Gunungkidul Regency in Yogyakarta obviously still far behind.The advantages and disadvantages that exist in the tourist destination system is the Village Information System (SID) that has not been maximized as the existence of a planned website as the system that runs in Gunungkidul Regency. So that the visiting domestic tourists are still from Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. For that, the village tour continues to conduct comparative studies in addition to Yogyarakata also to Cibuntu in Kuningan, including professional certification.

Abstract

Facing an era of free trade, governments and businesses must continue to increase growth across sectors such as trade, investment, and so forth. Indonesia's economic competitiveness globally in 2013 rose three ratings compared to the previous year. This is also the case in the heavy equipment market, especially PT Caterpillar Indonesia. PT Caterpillar Indonesia is facing increasingly tight competition with other heavy equipment manufacturers, both from domestic and abroad.In this research will discuss trucking, storage, freight, and duty by PT Caterpillar Indonesia in order to save and cost efficiency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The authors also want to lift the phenomenon and obstacles that exist in the implementation of management systems, trying to find a discussion of existing problems and describe the descriptive research results that have been achieved.The data shows that there is a difference in the average cost efficiency of storage compared to LCL method consolidation method by 40.35%. For the difference in average cost efficiency of trucking compared to LCL method consolidation method by 24%. While there is no difference in the average cost efficiency of freight over the LCL consolidation method. Finally there is an overall average cost efficiency difference compared to consolidation method with LCL method of 15.62%.

Abstract

Tourism sector became strategic and significant when it taken seriously and done professionally. Selling tourism products and services need not only a coordination, but a good cooperation between all organizations that are responsible for developing tourism sector and all parties involved or associated with tourism activities. One effort that can be done is to develop a marketing strategy that is expected to attract tourists back and also can create self-satisfaction in tourists.To obtain optimal results, this marketing strategy has a broad scope in the field of marketing of which is a strategy in the face of competition, pricing strategy, product strategy, service strategy and so on. Therefore, this study will analyze about the influence of marketing strategies and quality of service to tourist satisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative with the questionnaire as a data collection tool to obtain the responses of the respondents regarding the variables in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Respondents involved in this study are 120 tourists that also customers of CV Ryzqi Samudra.The research proves that the marketing strategy has a positive and significant impact on the quality of services and satisfaction of tourists. Variable quality of service also has a positive and significant impact on tourist satisfaction.
