President Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 Year 2015 on the National Medium Term Development Plan 2015-2019 mandates to carry out Reformation of the Civil Code system which is easy and fast, in an effort to improve the competitiveness of national economy. Related to this, the Supreme Court answered the vacancy of a simple lawsuit by issuing Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (PERMA) Number 2 Year 2015 on procedures for settlement of simple suit in settling civil cases. The empirical juridical research in the Court of Kediri showed that the implementation of Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 Year 2015 made the lawsuit procedure simpler and very effective and in accordance with the principle of simple, fast and light cost. Effectiveness Index of Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 year 2015 at Kediri District Court Class I B was in the "good" category, influenced by substance rule of the law, legal culture, structure of the law, and community knowledge. In language learning, technology is an attractive media to the students, along with the development of the information technology, teacher should build up the learning process to be more interesting. Learning language successfully depends on many factors. One of the factors is interest of the learners themselves. Interest is an attitude favorably disposing and motivating one toward some objects, situations or idea. It relates to the activity which makes the learners to be involved in language learning process. In teaching English, teacher should conduct some techniques communicatively to build students ’ interest in learning process. Films are closed related to students ’ life. Younger likes watching movies or films. So, teacher can use films as the media in teaching English. It also can attract students to have high participation during learning process. Watching English movies can also be used as a technique to improve students ’ interest. It is not only improving students ’ interest, but also improving their achievement. Assessment of the performance of civil servants (PNS) is still considered less objective and subjective tended to by some, so we need a solution to improve the objectivity of assessment. The target of employee work (SKP) is one solution to improve objectivity in the assessment of civil servants. Backpropagation is one of the methods in neural networks which is implemented in the information systems of SKP for used classification of data performance. Observation and literature became the method of data collection in this study. Web-based information systems of skp are facilitated for employees in the preparation of assessments. One indicator of quality actions in management and company is the assessment of financial reports through audit actions. In every audit action is always expected to give qualified results based on the conclusions and opinions objectively. The auditor becomes the prominant determinant of how the results of an audit action can be answerable. The competency, independency and workload become a causal variable of an auditor behavior ’s perspective on audit quality. The purpose of this study is analyzing and determining the effect of partial and simultaneous competency, independency, and workload on audit quality and knowing which independent variables which have a significant effect on audit quality. The study involved 66 respondents. Then the collected data is analyzed by multiple regression and using SPSS which has been tested by validity, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The results of this study proves that there is a positive and significant influence partially and simutaneously from a competency variable, independency and workload on audit quality. This research aims at observing how the process of communicative learning occurred in the classroom interaction and identifying the types of interaction in the classroom. To meet the purposes of the research, this research raised the questions related to the principal features of Communicative Orientation of Language Teaching (COLT) scheme proposed by Nunan (1992). MAN 3 Tulungagung was taken as the setting of the research. The interaction between English teacher and students of Acceleration (X-10) class in the 2016/2017 academic year were recorded as the subject of the analysis. To examine the learning process and interaction, this research used qualitative approach in the form of descriptive method. In collecting the data, the researcher employed video recording. The data obtained through the observation was in the form of transcribed interaction. It was also found that the types of interaction occurred in the classroom are Teacher-Class (T - C), Teacher-Group (T-G), Teacher-Student(s) (T-S), and Student-Student (S-S) interactions. Each of this interaction is influential in the classroom. Regarding the findings of the research, the researcher concludes that these communicative analysis can be used as self-monitoring for English teacher to create communicative classroom. Therefore, this study is useful to introspect teacher ’s and learner ’s performance in the classroom. Key words: communicative Learning, Classroom Interaction.

STUDENTS’ STRUCTURAL AND CULTURAL PROBLEMS IN TRANSLATING FROM INDONESIAN INTO ENGLISH Bahrul Ulum

This study is aimed at evaluating the lexical, grammatical and cultural problems faced by students of translation subjects in translating from Indonesian into English. The subjects of this study were students with low average ability. The findings show that students have problems in translating lexical, grammatical and cultural items. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the problems are caused by low mastery of lexis, grammar and culture. The objective of this study is to describe the teachers ’ perceptions towards the implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Penddikan (KTSP) in SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut and also the implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) in the Teaching of English in the classroom for the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut 2013/2014 academic year, including its material, teaching learning activity and the evaluation. Further more, it is also intended to know more about the strengths and the weaknesses of the implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). In this research, the writer uses a qualitative research. To describe the students ’ and teachers ’ perception towards the implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) in the class, the researcher uses descriptive method. The technique of collecting the data in this research is unobtrusive observation, in-depth interviewing, and document analysis. The writer uses guided-interview to support the data. In analyzing the data, the writer uses interactive analysis method by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. After doing observation and interview, the writer can conclude that the teachers have good perception towards the implementation of KTSP in the school and play their role as teachers in the classroom well. The implementation of Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) in the teaching of English at the tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut is well conducted. The teaching-learning activity in the classroom runs well because the teachers always try to encourage the students in teaching-learning process. The material given to the students in teaching-learning activity is appropriate to the KTSP ’s standard material. LEARNING AND REVIEWING VOCABULARY THROUGH MEMRISE TO IMPROVE STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY ACHIEVEMENT Dian Fadhilawati

This article dealt with classroom Action Research which intended to improve the vocabulary achievement of 39-second semester students of Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry at the Islamic University of Balitar by using Memrise. In this research, the students learned 3 levels of agriculture and vocabulary prepared and created by the lecturer in www.memrise.com. In order to have a good vocabulary achievement, the students are asked to learn the vocabulary in the classroom and review it at home through Memrise Application. The data of the research were collected from tests and questionnaire. This research was conducted in one cycle of action which covered (1) Planning, (2) Acting, (3) Observing and (4) Reflecting. The result of the research showed that the implementation of Memrise as learning and reviewing vocabulary tool could improve the students ’ vocabulary achievement from the mean score 60.45 (Pre-test) to 86.27 (Post-test). Moreover, the result of the research was strengthened by the student ’s positive responses toward the use of Memrise as learning and reviewing vocabulary tool as reflected from the result of the questionnaire given. In 2013 becomes a democracy party for East Java citizens to be re-elected as the governor candidate in 2008. There are four couples who propose themselves as the vice of Governor. The results showed that Malang Daily Morning Post tends to proclaim the East Java Governor Election campaign 2013 to the demand services to be shared more, this media preaches candidates with more portion by blowing up candidate campaign activities. So it makes the news unbalanced. And Daily Morning Memo Arema is able to maintain its neutrality with a slogan that is critical and outspoken, despite having a partnership with a KarSa ’s couple, this media still criticizes when the couple is in violation. This research was conducted in Rejoso village, Binangun sub-district, Blitar district, with research object of sugar cane farmers there. This study aims to find out how the behavior of farmers in Rejoso Village about financing in the management of sugar cane, especially in financing behavior of the plant of sugarcane. In Rejoso village, plant of sugarcane is only done once in the period of 5 to 10 years because once planting sugarcane can be harvested many times even up to 10 times the harvest. The type of research used is qualitative research using Ethnomethodology method. Ethnomethodology is a study of how people create and understand their everyday life and the way they complete daily life. The subject for ethno methodology is not primitive tribal people but people of various situations in our own society. In this study, the subject of research is the sugar cane farmers in the Rejoso Village, Binangun District, Blitar. Data obtained by interview technique then result of the interview then analyzed to know how financing behavior of the plant of sugarcane. Based on the research results obtained from analyzing the results of interviews with sugar cane farmers in Rejoso Village that the financing behavior of the plant of sugarcane is vary depending on each individual. The difference in behavior lies in how to obtain sugar cane seeds, how to prepare the land and how to plant seeds of sugar cane.
