Abstract

When the Covid-19 virus developed in Wuhan and spread throughout the world, efforts to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus were carried out using the 3M Protocol, washing hands, using masks, using sanitizers. One step to overcome this is to create an automatic hand washing tool. It is hoped that making this simple tool can reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus in any region. The simple tools and materials make it possible for most people to make it. However, after testing, this tool still has shortcomings and errors may occur. This can still be overcome with slight modifications by giving it a slightly dark color by painting or placing the sensor behind the small faucet stop. The hand washing device using IR obstacle avoidance is placed in the sink in the faucet and liquid soap container. The equipment created can detect hands from a distance of 2.5 cm to 30 cm and can dispense water and soap when an obstacle is detected. So the use of the Infrared Obstacle Avoidance sensor in the hand washing place can operate properly as it should.

Abstract

The use of technology in the fisheries sector has shown great potential to improve efficiency and productivity. This research aims to develop and implement an automatic fish feed device integrated with an Arduino-based Telegram application. The system is designed to provide feed automatically according to a specified schedule and allows remote control via Telegram application. The research method involves designing hardware using Arduino, developing software for control via Telegram, and testing the performance of the tool in a fish farming environment. The results show that this automatic fish feed device is able to provide feed in a timely manner and quantity according to the needs of the fish, and can be efficiently controlled remotely using the Telegram application. Functionality and reliability tests were conducted by simulation in the laboratory as well as field tests in fish farming ponds. The data collected shows that this system not only improves feeding efficiency, but also reduces the manual workload of fish farmers. The conclusion of this study is that an Arduino-based automatic fish feed device integrated with Telegram application can be an effective solution for feeding management in fish farming. It provides significant benefits in terms of time savings, improved operational efficiency, and remote control capabilities. This research is expected to be the basis for further development in the application of automation technology in the fisheries sector.Keywords: Telegram App, Arduino, Remote Control, Operational Efficiency

Abstract

The entrepreneurial product that the author will discuss in this article is the provision of residential construction supervision services in the city of Surabaya by the student supervisory team at SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya. The supervision service business is considered capable of being implemented because students at SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya already have the competency to become supervisors. The aim of this service provision business is because SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya has qualified resources so that it can be used as a profitable business opportunity. Abstract

Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) adalah peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah untuk memastikan pembangunan gedung bertingkat yang kokoh dan bermutu. Untuk mencapai kualitas tersebut, perencanaan komponen struktur dan perhitungan yang teliti sangat diperlukan. Proyek pembangunan Pondok Pesantren Salman Al Farisi di Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah, merupakan gedung empat lantai dengan struktur beton bertulang. Meskipun proyek ini telah melalui analisis struktur, hasilnya belum memuaskan, sehingga dilakukan analisis ulang menggunakan aplikasi Robot Structural Analysis Professional (RSAP) untuk membandingkan hasilnya dengan aplikasi SAP 2000. Analisis ulang ini bertujuan untuk memahami perbedaan hasil antara kedua aplikasi dan mengidentifikasi keunggulan RSAP 2024. Dari analisis menggunakan RSAP, ditemukan bahwa momen ultimate terbesar pada kolom adalah 11,48 kNm, dengan penulangan longitudinal 4 D29 dan 4 D16. Pada balok, momen ultimate yang dihasilkan adalah 28,22 kNm, dengan penulangan longitudinal 7 D13. Keunggulan RSAP 2024 terletak pada fitur-fiturnya yang lebih banyak dan detail, yang membantu menghasilkan analisis lebih mendalam, termasuk dari segi momen hingga penulangan. Aplikasi ini mampu memberikan gambaran yang lebih rinci tentang hasil analisis struktur bangunan.

Abstract

This research aims to utilize the bioelectric potential of plants as a tool to detect human presence in the surrounding area. The potential bioelectric signals of plants are recorded using a data logger and analyzed with the help of a computer for identification. Previous methods used time series models and Z-value tests, but challenges in achieving accurate estimates remain. We use Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) to handle the processing of large datasets in this study. The experimental results show that the RNN model is very effective and achieves a high level of accuracy, with a perfect accuracy of 1.00 from the total duration of each class is 62030 seconds (379610 samples).303688 data samples are used as train datasets, while the others (75922 samples) are used as validation datasets This shows that RNN has great potential in processing plant bioelectric data to detect human presence with very high accuracy.

Abstract

Pemanasan global atau global warming merupakan salah satu isu lingkungan yang terjadi di dunia saat ini. Upaya dalam rangka mengurangi dampak pemanasan global, dan menciptakan keharmonisan dengan alam, perlu makin digalakkan pembangunan hunian yang lebih hijau dan ramah lingkungan, yang kemudian lebih banyak dikenal sebagai konsep rumah ramah lingkungan (eco friendly-house). Konsep bangunan ramah lingkungan atau green building concept adalah terciptanya konstruksi dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pemakaian produk konstruksi yang ramah lingkungan, efisien dalam pemakaian energi atau sumberdaya, dan memperhatikan kesehatan penghuninya. Penelitian ini mengambil studi perancangan prototype rumah 1 lantai dan rumah 2 lantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menciptakan rancangan prototype eco friendly house yang efektif, memenuhi aspek kesehatan, keamanan, kenyamanan, dan menerapkan efisiensi energi dengan memaksimalkan rencana anggaran biaya pembangunan eco friendly house agar dapat dijangkau masyarakat luas. Adapun acuan penerapan green building yang digunakan pada penelitian ini antara lain PERMEN PUPR No. 21 Tahun 2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam proses perancangan eco friendly house antara lain harus memenuhi aspek kesehatan, keamanan, kenyamanan, dan efisiensi energi. Dalam mengoptimalkan rencana anggaran biaya pembangunan eco-friendly house agar dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas perlu dilakukan strategi efisien dalam pemilihan material, teknologi, dan desain yang sesuai standar keberlanjutan, tanpa mengorbankan kualitas, keamanan, atau kenyamanan rumah tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak: Inovasi teknologi di era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sistem pembayaran, terutama melalui implementasi Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memilih merchant QRIS terbaik menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode SAW memungkinkan penilaian berdasarkan kriteria seperti kecepatan pendaftaran, biaya administrasi, waktu pencairan dana, dan limit transaksi. Lima merchant dipertimbangkan sebagai alternatif, yaitu Shopee, Dana, Gopay, BCA, dan BRI. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa merchant QRIS BRI memperoleh skor tertinggi, menjadikannya pilihan terbaik bagi UMKM. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas transaksi non-tunai. Kata Kunci : Metode SAW, QRIS, Sistem pembayaran, UMKM, Merchant

Abstract

Malang District is a growing area in Java with a high population. Lawang sub-district has 111,440 residents with a growth of 0.31% in Malang Regency. Intersections are areas where roads intersect, and road intersections are prone to accidents. Research on the unsignalized triple intersection at Jalan Raya Thamrin - Jalan Diponegoro aims to understand the characteristics and find solutions to the problems in the area. Primary and secondary data were gathered through firsthand observation in the field. Data analysis was conducted to determine the pattern and size of the intersection in accordance with the surrounding environmental conditions.

Abstract

The absence of traffic equipment facilities is the primary cause of accidents in the current field. Following a review of accident data, road equipment, and user behaviour, suggestions are made for the enhancement and installation of facilities, such as speed limit signs, warning signs, fading road markings, and broken supublic street lighting on Sambigede Highway. This research sought to ascertain the degree of road safety and the actions required to improve it. adding street lighting equipment, warning lights, speed restriction signs, and signage for regions that are prone to accidents.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a prototype of an automatic vacuum cleaning robot using Arduino Uno and ultrasonic sensors to assist in maintaining cleanliness in spaces without the need for routine manual cleaning. The robot is designed with a mini vacuum motor that activates when the robot is turned on and moves autonomously based on data from the ultrasonic sensor, which detects obstacles in front of it. When the robot detects an object at a distance of less than 20 cm, it will reverse and turn right to avoid the obstacle. If the distance is more than 20 cm, the robot continues moving forward. The main components used include Arduino Uno as the central controller, DC motors for movement, a vacuum motor for dust collection, and a battery as the power source. Testing involving users and two technology experts demonstrated that the robot performs as expected, achieving a success rate of 94%. This result indicates that the automatic vacuum cleaning robot is effective for cleaning dry surfaces such as ceramic or wooden floors, providing a practical solution for homeowners with limited time to maintain cleanliness.
