Abstract

Abstract In this study, the use of fly ash of coal as a filler material of wearing course asphalt concrete. The use of coal fly ash is intended to increase the modulus of asphalt concrete resilient. In this study the resilient modulus was measured using the UMATTA device. The results show that the coal fly ash filler can withstand the effect of temperature in the field, by making the pavement become more rigid, so that the pavement becomes more resistant to deformation. Keywords: fly ash, filler, resilient modulus, wearing course  Abstrak Pada penelitian ini dikaji penggunaan abu terbang batubara sebagai bahan pengisi beton aspal lapis aus. Penggunaan abu terbang batubara tersebut dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan modulus resilien beton aspal. Pada studi ini modulus resilien diukur dengan menggunakan alat UMATTA. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa bahan pengisi abu terbang batubara dapat menahan pengaruh temperatur di lapangan, dengan membuat perkerasan menjadi lebih kaku, sehingga perkerasan menjadi lebih tahan terhadap deformasi. Kata-kata kunci: abu terbang, bahan pengisi, modulus resilien, lapisan aus

Abstract

Efforts to increase the strength of the pavement structure in addition to a new specific hot asphalt mixture, the choice of the material type also has a big role. The material in question other than asphalt, coarse, and fine aggregate contains filler. Cement materials and coal fly ash are the best materials that can be used as fillers. Coal fly ash is the residue of burning coal at a Steam Power Plant (PLTU) so that in this study it is used as a filler in a mixture asphalt concrete wearing course (AC-WC). In this study, it is divided into 3 (three) stages (1) the stage of selecting materials; (2) the test object preparation stage; (3) the research and data analysis stage. From the test results, the materials for coarse and fine aggregate, filler and asphalt are in accordance with the required specifications. The addition of coal fly ash filler proved that there was an increase in the stability of the asphalt concrete mixture. The more it is added, the stability value will also increase. Apart from the stability value, VIM and VMA values ​​are also affected. The more the coal fly ash filler content is added, the smaller the cavity of the asphalt concrete mixture so that the mixture is more waterproof and the gap (empty space) between the aggregates is also getting smaller. This shows that coal fly ash functions to fill the gaps between the aggregates so that it becomes an interlocking in the asphalt concrete mixture

Abstract

The main factor of congestion is because the number of private vehicles isn't comparable to its infrastructure. The railroad system is one of the transportation modes having a characteristic and excellence for carrying people or things, saving space so we can decrease a jam. With that characteristic and excellence, the role of the railroad system needs to be an improvement. To developing need to have a performance observation for knowing is Indonesian commuter train has good enough performance or no. Furthermore, the forecast of a growing passenger which is the railroad services has been doing for getting an increasing passenger level, so that it can determine the production growth of the fleet, in the case of fulfilling the requests of Indonesia commuter customers in the future. This study uses a quantitative research design with descriptive research types. In the research are using primer data and secondary data. The next analysis process is to analyze the level of passengers and the number of facilities needed. Aside from that, the author has used math formulas. The results obtained by the travel time on the Manggarai-Bogor route obtained 73 minutes. The number of passengers in 2024 is estimated at 182,647,716 passengers with 500,405 passengers per day with a traffic capacity of 501,696.

Abstract

Urban public transport describes part of the urban transportation system that plays a very significant role in supporting public mobility. This role makes urban public transportation a very strategic aspect and is expected to be able to accommodate all population activities. The Kraksaan Urban Area is the capital of Probolinggo Regency which is the center of regional activities, both the center of government, the center of trade, and various other economic activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the trip generation and trip attraction (passengers) of the need for urban public transportation, identify route network plans for urban public transportation, identify potential locations for supporting urban public transportation facilities, and direction on the operational performance of urban public transportation. The approach taken is a planning approach, a policy approach related to the development of transportation facilities, a regional approach and a growth approach. The data analysis methods used are passenger characteristics analysis, trip generation and attraction analysis, trip distribution analysis, analysis of public transport operational performance, evaluation of public transport services and SWOT analysis. The result of this research is the characteristics of 71% of the people stating their willingness to change modes and the remaining 29% are not willing. The largest attraction for movement based on the number of facilities is in Patokan, Kraksaan Wetan and Semampir Villages. The external zone of the community comes from outside the Kraksaan District, namely Dringu, Pajarakan, Tegal Siwalan, Gending and Banyuanyar Districts. Zone division based on the planned urban public transportation route in the Kraksaan District Urban Area is divided into two zones, namely the northern and southern zones. Based on the SWOT results, the identification of internal and external factors that affect the performance of public transportation in Urban Kraksaan is obtained.

Abstract

Subgrade with poor strength and stability would cause the pavement to deform and crack easily. Different locations have different subgrade conditions. Different soil characteristics in different locations call for different treatment or stabilization measures. Poor subgrade strength is observed in Pronoyudo Street in Junrejo Sub-District, Batu City. This is evidenced by the cracked and chipped asphalt surface. The method used to determine the type and level of road damage in the study was Road Condition Index (RCI), while subgrade strength or CBR (California Bearing Ratio) was determined using DCP. In addition, sieve analysis was also performed for foundation material as well as testing water content and subgrade plasticity. Observations were made along 1,000 m (1 km) which was divided into 200 sq m. The analysis results showed a mean Road Condition Index (RCI) of 6.96% and the mean CBR value using the DCP tool was 2.48% (< 5%) with a DDT value of 3.39. A routine or periodic maintenance program is deemed to be the right management method for Pronoyudo Street in Junrejo Sub-District in Batu City. Therefore, overall, the program that has been carried out for road maintenance is in accordance with the results of research analysis and Public Works Ministerial Decree No. 13/PRT/M/2011.

Abstract

Pembangunan whiz prime hotel pada tahun 2017 sampai saat ini yang berlokasi di Jl. Basuki Rahmat No.85-87, Kelurahan Klojen, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang menimbulkan bangkitan lalulintas baru di kawasan tersebut dan kemudian akan memberikan tambahan volume lalu lintas yang membebani jalan-jalan sekitar Jl. Basuki Rahmat yang mana pada kondisi saat ini (eksisting) khususnya pada jam sibuk. Terlebih lagi lokasi pembangunan gedung berjarak sekitar 50 meter yang mempengaruhi sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan dan tundaan kendaraan. Pendekatan teknis yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-evaluatif yaitu mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting dan permasalahan yang terjadi dengan membanding dengan kondisi sebelumnya. Kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu level of service (LOS) persimpangan tahun 2016 ialah F saat pagi dan sore hari, tundaan simpang 517-520 (det/smp). Tahun 2020 data LOS didapatkan ialah F saat pagi dan sore hari dengan tundaan simpang 563-520 (det/smp). Pembangunan whiz prime hotel tidak mempengaruhi kinerja persimpangan secara signifikan akan tetapi terjadi penambahan tundaan simpang.

Abstract

Lingkup program yang dipilih tim pengabdi adalah pengoptimalan teknologi pemasaran atau distribusi produk “Sambel’in Mah”, salah satu UMKM di Kota Blitar, Jawa Timur dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing berupa sistem e-commerce. Pemasaran atau distribusi produk ditingkatkan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk mengetahui kondisi dan permasalahan mitra. Selanjutnya tim pelaksana memberikan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan sekaligus di dalamnya pelatihan pembuatan website dan e-commerce berupa akun market place seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia, serta meningkatkan aktivitas promosi di akun instagram. Selain itu untuk mendukung pemasaran secara online, digunakan jasa food photography and editing untuk membuat foto produk agar lebih menarik minat pembeli dan diunggah di seluruh media sosial toko mitra di instagram, website dan akun e-commerce. Hasil pengaplikasian e-commerce dengan memanfaatkan digitalisasi marketing, mampu membantu mitra mendapatkan manfaat diantaranya pemasaran semakin luas, menghemat biaya dibandingkan promosi offline, dan omset penjualan semakin meningkat 80% meskipun dalam kondisi pandemi

Abstract

Kontribusi limbah beton terhadap timbunan sampah konstruksi cukup besar. Hal ini sejalan dengan semakin meningkatnya aktifitas konstruksi bangunan. Di Indonesia, limbah beton biasanya tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Sebagian besar dibuang begitu saja di lahan terbuka dan beberapa digunakan sebagai bahan urugan. Ketersediaan material tersebut cukup banyak. Sehingga potensi untuk mendaur ulang sangat mungkin untuk dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui pengaruh penambahan limbah beton dalam campuran optimum aspal porus terhadap karakteristik Marshall. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan menggunakan metode pendekatan Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) 2004. Metode digunakan karena aspal porus adalah jenis perkerasan yang mempunyai gradasi terbuka sehingga sesuai dengan spesifikasi. Penentuan kadar limbah beton optimum aspal porus dengan limbah beton ditentukan dari hubungan beberapa parameter pengujian aspal porus dengan standar yang disyaratkan. Dari grafik penentuan kadar limbah beton diatas menunjukkan bahwa pada kadar limbah betonl 0%, 40%, 60%, 80% dan 100% semua memenuhi spesifikasi syarat yang ditentukan oleh Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) 2004. Dari pengambilan nilai tengah yang memenuhi spesifikasi tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan limbah beton sebagai campuran aspal porus memenuhi karakteristik marshall dan permeabilitas memiliki kadar limbah beton optimum sebesar 60%.

Abstract

There are methods to measure the performance of intersections, including the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual and the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. The 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guideline (PKJI 2014) is a form of updating from the 1997 MKJI. The purpose of this study is to determine the existing conditions at the intersection of Sumbersari road - Veteran road - Bendungan Sutami road - Sigura-gura road at Malang City to generate traffic signals on the intersection. From the results of the analysis of the time phase change solutions that have been carried out, the results obtained for calculating the performance of signaled deposits with the degree of saturation known as Sumber Sari road of 0.78 (Service level D), Bendungan Sutami road of 1.50 (F service level), Veteran road is 2.28 (Service level F) and Sigura-gura road is 0.32 (Service level B). The level of service at the intersection is still less than optimal, where the delay for each arm exceeds the specified limit exceeding the standard 60 seconds/skr.
