Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan dalam penyediaan perumahan bagi masyarakat adalah belum tersedianya lahan yang tepat untuk lokasi pemukiman dan perumahan. Tanah merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam program pembangunan infrastruktur maupun perumahan. Dengan memanfaatkan analisa sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan ketersediaan tanah (land banking) dan lokasi untuk kawasan perumahan dan pemukiman di Kabupaten Tanah Datar berdasarkan kriteria dan kesesuaian terhadap rencana pola ruang dan daerah negative list. Dari analisa spasial sistem informasi geografis diperoleh sebaran ketersedian tanah untuk pemukiman dan perumahan sebesar 17,71% dari daya dukung lahan yang tersedia. Abstract

Toe Scour around abutment will be very dangerous and cause loss of stability on the bridge. The case of structure failure on Batang Kalu bridge in Korong Pasa Usang Nagari Kayu Tanam, Padang Pariaman Regency on Monday (10 December 2018) is a clear example of toe scouring. A case study of toe scour was on the Batang Kalu River bridge structure has been carried out. Rainfall data closest to the study location, Kandang Empat Station was used to minimize the errors in the calculation of flood discharge design. Numerical modeling with HEC RAS and scouring estimation with some empiric equation was conducted to predicting scour depth on abutment. Simulation results show scour depth results to an average of 2.731 m and close to the scour depth that occurred in the field (2.83 m). Results showed that the local scouring in the Batang Kalu River bridge structure can be suspected as the influence of the increasing river steepness. Discharge that is triggered by heavy rain with a long duration and increased river flow velocity due to steepness has the potential to create a very intense scouring. Increasing of steepness may have been caused by sand mining activities in the upper reaches. Further studies are needed to see the potential slope changes due to exploitation in the Batang Kalu River upper reaches

Abstract

South Solok Regency with a population of more than 163,000 people, 62.3% without access to clean water services through the Domestic Water Company (PDAM). The number of PDAM customers has been changed in Solok Selatan Regency in the last five years. Since the water capacity is very limited which means it difficult to increase the number of customers, so it is predicted to be unable to meet the increasing need for clean water. Based on the study of the potential for raw water availability in the South Solok Regency, Sungai Kapur has the potential as a source of raw water. To complete the potential study, it is necessary to know the quantity of raw water by examining hydrological parameters to optimize the planning of water resources potential. The quantity of raw water is assessed by the dependable flow to determine the low flow characteristic. Based on calculations, obtained a reliable discharge of 90% in monthly that can be used as raw water. The raw water source used has a discharge of ± 138.6 l / sec. However, the availability is uneven throughout the month, so a reservoir is needed to guarantee the availability of raw water for residents. In addition, raw water quality is assessed in terms of physical, chemical, and biological aspects. The results of the raw water quality test in the Sungai Kapur are eligible for raw water based on Government Regulations No. 82, 2001

Abstract

Campuran aspal porus merupakan salah satu jenis cempuran perkerasan yang bergradasi terbuka, dimana persentase agregat kasar besar, dan berpori sehingga dapat mengalirkan air permukaan, dengan demikian air tidak menggenangi bagian permukaan jalan. Aspal porus memiliki stabilitas rendah, sehingga membutuhkan aspal dengan mutu yang baik yang berfungsi sebagai pengikat dalam campuran. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu aspal adalah dengan mencampurkan bahan tambah seperti styrofoam kedalam aspal yang disebut dengan aspal modifikasi. Styrofoam merupakan sejenis sampah platik yang sulit terurai,dan tidak dapat dengan mudah untuk didaur ulang, sehingga limbah styrofoam akan terus menggunung dan merusak lingkungan, pemanfaatan limbah Styrofoam sebagai bahan subtitusi sebagian aspal pada campuran aspal porus diharapkan diharapkan selain dapat meningkatkan kinerja perkerasan aspal porus, juga dapat menjaga lingkungan dengan mengurangi jumlah limbah styrofoam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan kadar aspal dan styrofoam makimum yang menghasilkan kinerja perkerasan aspal porus optimum, serta menentukan nilai permeabilitas dan durabilitas campuran perkerasan aspal porus pada kadar aspal dan styrofoam terbaik. Metode AAPA digunakan dalam Penentuan nilai kadar aspal optimum dengan tiga parameter nilai yaitu; nilai Cantabro Loss (CL), Asphalt Flow Down (AFD) dan Void in Mix (VIM). Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai KAO 5,65% dengan nilai kinerja perkerasan maksimum yaitu; stabilitas 555,75 kg, flow 5,46mm, VIM 22,15%, MQ 101,89 kg/mm, CL 16% dan AFD 0,29%. Subtitusi kadar styrofoam optimum diperoleh sebesar 10% pada kadar aspal 5,65% dengan nilai stabilitas 567,57 kg, CL 19,36%, AFD 0,16%, VIM 22,58%, flow 4,17 mm, dan MQ 137,38 kg/mm. Nilai permeabilitas dan durabilitas pada kadar aspal dan styrofoam optimum diperoleh 0,0952 cm/dtk dan 80%, ini menunjukkan campuran aspal cukup berpori akan tetapi tidak durable (awet), karena nilai durabilitas yang diperoleh masih dari yang disyaratkan yaitu < 90%. Abstract

Jalan raya merupakan prasarana transportasi darat yang memegang peranan penting dalam sektor perhubungan terutama untuk kesinambungan distribusi orang, barang dan jasa. Dengan perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi yang begitu pesat, pembangunan jalan yang sudah ada perlu ditingkatkan. Peningkatan ruas jalan Sei Dareh - Junction (Koto Baru) ini perlu dilakukan rekonstruksi jalan. Karena melihat kondisi perkerasan lama yang rusak dan tidak layak digunakan khususnya oleh kendaraan bermuatan berat. Namun ada polemik dalam pembangunan jalan ini seperti terjadinya kemacetan panjang akibat aktivitas pembangunan dan menurunnya tingkat kenyamanan pengguna jalan dalam melewati ruas jalan tersebut.Untuk itu perlu dilakukan kajian terhadap biaya tambahan yang ditanggung oleh pengguna jalan akibat aktivitas proyek tersebut. Analisis volume lalu lintas dilakukan sesuai dengan MKJI 1997 dan biaya operasional kendaraan mengacu kepada Pedoman konstruksi dan bangunan Pd T - 15 - 2005 - B Departemen Pekerjaan Umum. Metoda ini melakukan perhitungan dengan metoda VOCM-HDM III (vehicle operated cost model - highway design management). Analisa biaya kemacetan dibuat berdasarkan biaya operasional kendaraan,arus lalu lintas, kecepatan kendaraan,nilai waktu yang dihitung sesuai dengan PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) Kabupaten Dharmasraya dan nilai waktu antrian.pada lokasi antrian akibat pelaksanaa jalan rigid pavement dari sta 184 + 320 - sta 188 + 500 biaya tambahan yang di tanggung oleh pengguna jalan untuk kategori kendaraan ringan sebesar Rp 180.977/jam. sedangkan untuk kendaraan berat sebesar Rp 259.262/jam. Pada sta 188 + 500 - sta 184 + 320 biaya tambahan yang di tanggung oleh pengguna jalan untuk kategori kendaraan ringan sebesar Rp 171.427/jam. Sedangkan untuk kendaraan berat sebesar Rp 131.930/jam.

Abstract

Abstract The Design discharge is the important data needed for design of the water infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to estimate the design discharge with a variety of times using a frequency analysis in the Air Bengkulu Sub-watershed. Rain fall data were obtained from the BMKG of Bengkulu province, its starting from 2009 to 2018 years. The design flood estimation method used a statistical method. It is using the distribution method. The initial stage of the research is to process rain data and then conduct frequency analysis. The mathematical equation for frequency analysis includes statistical equations to determine the average value, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, skewness coefficient and kurtosis coefficient. The method used in determining the type of distribution for frequency analysis in this study uses the Gumbel Type I distribution method, Pearson Log Type III, Normal, and Normal Log. Distribution fit test was performed with chi square test and Kalmogorof Smirnov test. The results of estimated design discharges for the 2 years return period, 5 years return period, 10 years return period, 25 years return period, 50 years return period and 100 years returns period in the Air Bengkulu down stream Sub-watershed are respectively 125.16 m3 / sec (2 years return period), 145.24 m3 / sec (5 years return period), 157.59 m3 / sec (10 years return period), 172.43 m3 / sec (25 years return period), 183.03 m3 / sec (50 years return period) and 193.34 m3 / sec (100 years return period). Abstract

Road construction has negative side effects on the environment, including reduced non-renewable natural resources, increased emissions, construction waste, reduced productive land and damaged ecosystems. To minimize this problem environmentally friendly efforts are needed in the implementation of road construction. One of the efforts made is to use the concept of greenroad. This concept can be applied at every stage of the implementation of road construction, especially at the stage of road construction and maintenance. This study aims to assess the application of greenroad criteria in construction contract documents using the Content Analysis method. While the case study examined is the Payakumbuh City Road Rehabilitation / Maintenance Contract document in 2016, 2017 and 2018 with a contract value above four billion rupiah. Greenroad assessment criteria use PUPR Minister Circular Number 04/SE/M/2018 concerning GreenRoad Ranking Guidelines. In this guide the assessment of greenroads is grouped into five categories, 35 subcategories and 84 criteria. The categories are Conservation of environment, water, air and nature (KL), Provision of transportation and community (TM), Construction implementation activities (AK), Use of materials and natural resources (MS), Pavement technology (TP). The criteria contained in each subcategory have a weighted value. The maximum total value possible in this scoring system is 100. While the greenroad ranking system is divided into four levels, represented by the number of stars. While the greenroad ratings for contracts in 2017 and 2018 are 2 stars with 15.01 each. The increase in value in 2017 is in the AK category with a value of 3.36 in 2016 to 5.46 in 2017. While the opportunity to add green road criteria to the Periodic Road Rehabilitation/ Maintenance contract can be applied in the GCC (general terms of the contract) and technical specifications as many as 26 criteria. Abstract

Transportasi darat merupakan elemen penting dalam pengembangan sektor perekonomian Indonesia, karena berkaitan erat dengan pendistribusian jasa, barang dan tenaga kerja. Di kota Bukittinggi, transportasi darat juga berperan dominan sebagai sarana pergerakan masyarakat di dalam kota, sehingga perlu dikelola dengan baik. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, masyarakat kota Bukittinggi sekarang sudah mengal moda transportasi online berbasis aplikasi pada perangkat Android. Akibatbya muncul kompetisi antara angkutan kota (angkot) dengan Gojek di kawasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan pemilihan moda transportasi darat di kota Bukittinggi dengan studi kasus rute Jambu Air – Pusat Kota dan Pusat Kota – Pasar Aur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner dengan teknik stated preference. Pengolahan data dan analisis melibatkan program SPSS. Analisis deskriptif terhadap data karakteristik dari 400 responden menunjukkan bahwa pengguna moda transportasi darat dalam kota Bukittinggi didominasi perempuan (69%) berpendapatan rendah yakni di bawah Rp. 1 juta (62%). Pertimbangan utama dalam pemilihan moda adalah waktu tunggu, waktu perjalanan, jarak akses moda, kenyamanan, serta tarif. Pemodelan dengan metoda binomial logit selisih berhasil menjelaskan faktor yang diprediksi sebagai alasan pemilihan moda tersebut. Analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linear berganda telah dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan alasan pemilihan moda dengan perubahan nilai utilitas moda menggunakan 6 (enam) atribut pada level signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan diperoleh nilai utilitas selisih moda Y= 3.362 - 0.244X1 - 0.0004X2 - 0.0006X3 - 0.122X4 - 0.011X5 - 0.065X6 dengan nilai R2 = 0,507 (P value < 0.05 ). Nilai probabilitas pemilihan moda menunjukkan preferensi terhadap Angkot konvensional adalah sebesar 42 % dan Gojek sebesar 58%. Hal ini menunjukkan moda transportasi darat yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Performance evaluation is one of the human resource management activities that is important for achieving the goals of the construction industry company. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of BUMN industry companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. An evaluation of financial performance was carried out on PT WaskitaKarya (Persero) Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, and PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk in the period of 2015-2018. The results showed that the profitability, solvency and liquidity tests stated that the four BUMN were able to produce large profits, with a gross profit margin that was far above the industry average. The gross profit margin value is in the range of 93.522%-101.436%, far above the industry average of 30%. However, the ability of the company to make a large gross profit is burdened by sales costs and a large interest rate, so that the net profit margin decreases, ranging from 2.848%-9.468%. The results of the evaluation of solvency and liquidity show that the four companies are inadequate in using their debts to finance all of their assets, as well as having a low ability to repay their debts. Abstract

Soil is the main support in a construction. Unstable soil conditions, especially in the subgrade can cause damage to the road. Based on the results of a direct survey in the field, it was found that the condition of the Jalan Kampung Keramat in Pangkalpinang City was damaged. This might be caused by the condition of the subgrade on the road which is unstable and the subgrade is categorised as clay soil type. This study aims to improve the subgrade on Jalan Kampung Keramat in Pangkalpinang City by using limestone as a soil stabilization material. This study used an experimental method in the laboratory by making mixture between clay soil and limestone with four different variations in the percentage of limestone, namely 0%, 3%, 5%, 7%. There are four parameters of the mixed characteristics that are tested and analysed, namely: the Atterberg limit, specific gravity, soil gradation and CBR value. The results show that the Atterberg limit values ​​(liquid limit-LL and plasticity index-IP) and specific gravity tend to decrease with increasing percentage of limestone extinguished. However, the plastic limit value (PL) shows the opposite tendency, i.e. it increases with the decreasing percentage of limestone. The specific gravity values ​​obtained based on the percentage of lime outages (0%, 3%, 5%, 7%) are 2.63, 2.61, 2.60, and 2.58, respectively. In addition, the addition of limestone causes changes in soil gradation, namely the addition of retained fraction # No.200 and the reduction of passed fraction # No.200. The Addition of limestone can increase the CBR value of the soil, where the addition of 7% of limestone produces the highest CBR value (21.3%) compared to 5% limestone (15.7%), 3% limestone (13.4%) and 0% limestone (11.2%). Therefore, using limestone can improve quality of subgrade, which can be seen from the value of CBR obtained.
