Abstract

This class action research was done to know the improvement of students competencyusing the media of students worksheet-Assisted model in learning biology for the 11Th gradestudents of science of SMAN 1 PASIR PENYU which was held on April to May 2015.Theaim of this research is to improve the students competency using the media of studentsworksheet-Assisted model on material “ The sense system” for the 11Th grade students ofscience of SMAN 1 PASIR PENYU.The methodology used in this research is descriptive andthe parameter used was students and teachers activities during the process of learning activityand also students’ cognition, affectivity and psychomotor.The result of this research shows thatthe use of the media of student worksheet-Assisted model can improve the students’competency in mastering the concept of the sense system. The mean score of the daily tests inthe 1st,,2nd and 3rd cycles are : 69.18 , 74.75 and 76.1. the percentage of completeness in the1st,2nd and 3rd cycles are : 65,62% , 71,87% and 87,50%. While the mean student worksheetscore in the 1st,2nd and 3rd cycle are 77.96 , 79.21 and 81.96. The percentage of affective scorein the 1st,2nd and 3rd cycles are : 18,75% , 75% and 81.25% and the percentage of psychomotorscore in the 1st,2nd and 3rd cycles are : 50% , 68.75% and 84.37%. while the percentage ofstudent activity in the 1st,2nd and 3rd cycles are : 59.16% , 70.83% and 85.83% from 32students.Keyword: Kompetensi Belajar Biologi, Media Model Berbantuan LKS.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengisian lembar Nordic Body Map yang dilakukan pada saat observasi awal terhadap 10 karyawan redaksi bagian kantor di PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru, maka didapatkan bahwa 7 orang diantaranya mengalami keluhan nyeri pada sistem muskuloskeletal dengan kategori risiko tinggi dan 3 orang diantaranya mengalami keluhan nyeri pada sistem muskuloskeletal dengan kategori risiko rendah dan sedang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan nyeri punggung bawah (NPB) pada karyawan redaksi bagian kantor di PT. Riau Pos Intermedia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para karyawan redaksi bagian kantor di PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan redaksi bagian kantor yang berjumlah sebanyak 68 orang. Dari hasil uji statistik, variabel yang berhubungan dengan keluhan nyeri punggung bawah yaitu waktu kerja dengan nilai Pvalue (0,008) dan dari analisis juga diperoleh nilai POR =4,33, massa kerja dengan nilai Pvalue (0,049) dan nilai POR =3,387, gerakan berulang dengan nilai Pvalue (0,016) dan nilai POR =4,05. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan keluhan nyeri punggung bawah adalah posisi tubuh dengan nilai Pvalue (0,672). Disarankan agar karyawan selalu menerapkan tata cara bekerja dengan prinsip ergonomi untuk menciptakan sistem kerja yang aman, nyaman dan sehat. Daftar Pustaka   :       42 (2008-2016)Kata Kunci         :       Keluhan NPB, PT. Abstract

This study aimed to strengthen positive learning character, to improve comprehensionin sentence construction and to develop their writing skill. The study made use an actionresearch design with descriptive analysis. The instruments used in the study were in the formsof test items, observation sheet and questioner. The application of the learning model wasconducted in two cycles each of which consisted two sessions. The scopes of the measurementwere focused on affective domain, cognitive domain and psyhomotoric domain. Theeffectiveness of the study could be seen from the increasing main score in every post testtowards the result of pretest and changing learning attitude. The success indicator of the studywas stated that 80% of the students could achieve the minimum passing grade; 75. Based onthe data analysis, 21 students achieved high competency and 17 students got average level.From the character side view, it was observed that 30 students (86%) were active, 33 students(87%) was cooperative and 36 students (94%) had great responsibility. From the finding, itcan be concluded that the ability of students under study in writing English was categorizedhigh and the positive character was more than 50 % culturalizedKey Words: recontruction, translation, character, Tantri Kandaka

Abstract

Water is an important thing to raise the people?s health level and clean water is alsoneeded for every living creature. That is why, it is important to know the quality of the wateritself. The purpose of this research is to test the quality of refill drinking water and to find outany filth can be found in that water based on Indonesia?s National Quality Standard (SNI). Themethod used in this research was saturated sample, where all the population of refill waterstation was treated as the samples. There were 21 samples in this research which was useddescriptive statistical analysis to display the result of this research. It is showed in the form oftable. Then, it was compared by the standard of SNI. The parameter of this research wascolifrom bactery. From the 21 samples were tested in the laboratory of National EnvironmentBoard in Pasir Pengaraian, there were only 6 samples which are fulfill the standard of SNI. Toovercome it, the owners can use the Ultra Violet (UV) shining process to eliminate thecolifrom bactery.Keywords : Colifrom,Drinking Water, Quality

Abstract

Dismenorhe is a pain that is felt in the stomach, derived from cramp the uterus and occursduring menstruation.One therapy non pharmacological is intervention therapy classical music(mozart).The purpose of this research is to see perbedaanwaktu the provision of therapy classicalmusic (mozart) on the level of painful menstruation dismenorhe in reamaja daughter. Design thisresearch is his experiments with rancangn static group compariman.To technique the sample doneby is purposive sampling, with total sample is as many as 30 people.Population adolescent girlsthat experienced dismenorhe in sman 1 vii the koto sei.sarik. Pain dismenorhe data collected byusing lemblembar ceklis mankoski. Of the test statistics use anova obtained rata-rata value in thecontrol the rate of the painful menstruation 7.75 .Rata-rata the painful menstruation after donetherapy classical music (mozart) for 10 minutes is 6.55 , for 20 minutes is 6.05 , . for 30 minutesis 4.95 worth pvalue 0.000. Based on the results of above can be concluded that the therapyclassical music (mozart) 30 minutes more effective against the decline in pain menstruation inadolescent girls.Advice research is expected adolescent girls start to do therapy classical music(mozart) to reduce pain dismenorhe without medication pharmacological.Keywords: Classical Music (Mozart), Menstrual Pain (Dismenorhe)

Abstract

Immunization programs in infants expect each baby to get all five basic immunization types.The success of a baby in getting 5 types of basic immunization is measured through a completebasic immunization indicator. Negative impact for children who are not fully immunized is thatthe child may be at risk of contracting or contracting preventable diseases by immunizingtuberculosis, Diphtheria, Polio, and Measles. Full immunization coverage based on healthoffice in Indragiri Hulu district is still found 32.1% immunized but not complete, and 87.1%are never immunized, for various reasons. The purpose of this research is to know therelationship of mother knowledge about basic immunization with completeness of givingimmunization to infant at kampong village of working area of puskesmas kambesko in 2016.The method used is analytical method with Cross Sectional design and sampling technique isTotal Samplin. The result of the research shows that 76 respondents have enough knowledge of42 respondents (55,3%), and from 76 respondent majority give complete immunization as 56person (73,7%). Results by using chi-square obtained p value <0.05 (p = 0.03). Conclusionthere is a relationship of mother knowledge about basic immunization with completeness ofimmunization at baby in village of Kampung Island working area of Puskesmas Kambesko2016.Keywords: Knowledge, basic immunization, completeness of immunization

Abstract

This study discusses the "Coffee Shop as Communication Media and as a Place for Source of Information for Journalists in Padang," This study used a qualitative study with approach of empirical phenomena of the coffee shop for the journalistic profession in Warung Kopi Kubik Coffe, Warung Coffee KPU and Coffee Shops Tan Malaka in the city of Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the motives behind the presence of reporters in a coffee shop, to knowing the function and role of coffe shop for journalists, and know the meaning and role of the coffee shop as a means of journalistic profession. The theories used as a guideline in this study is the Social Construction, Phenomenology, Social Communication Between Personal, Facts, Mass Media, News, Reporters and audiences constructionist views of Paradigm and professionalism of journalists. As for the informants in this study is as much as ten journalists. Data collection techniques in this research is in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation, while the categorization data analysis techniques using data reduction, narrating of data, interpretation of data, drawing conclusions, and verification of data. The results showed that the coffee shop as a social reality with a wide range of facilities provided in a coffee shop interpreted as a means of communication and source of information for the journalistic profession in padang city. The existence of a coffee shop as a public space has now been made the reporters get information and more accurate. The coffee shop as a public space for journalists can serve as a meeting place of the community and the level below the top level. The coffee shop as a public space in the city field is basically an attempt to meet the needs of modern public space. Coffee shop not only as a place to meet the need for consumption of coffee, relax, be entertained and relax, but had become a public space that can open up opportunities for people to discuss social issues freely and openly in coffee shops. Abstract

Kota Solok sebagai sebuah kota yang tengah berkembang dimana terdapat sebuah sungai alam yang melintas ditengahnya yang tidak luput dari banjir di setiap tahunnya. Sungai yang berada di Kota Solok ini adalah sungai Batang Lembang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, luas DAS sungai ini adalah 344.5367 KM². Salah satu permasalahan yang harus ditangani adalah perlindungan tebing sungai Batang Lembang dengan revetment sebagai upaya pengendalian banjir di Kota Solok. Terdapat 3 stasiun hujan yang dipakai dalam perencanaan hidrologi yaitu stasiun Sumani, stasiun Sukarami dan stasiun Danau di Bawah. Perhitungan debit maksimum yang di pakai dalam perencanaan ini adalah dengan metode Rasional, metode Hasper dan Metode HSS Nakayasu. Debit yang dipakai adalah metode HSS Nakayasu Q25 tahun dengan pertimbangan untuk perhitungan flood routing menggunakan parameter waktu yaitu dalam hitungan tiap jam. Lebar rata-rata existing sungai adalah 40 m. Perencanaan lebar sungai pada analisis ini adalah 45 m dan kemiringan lereng revetment adalah 1:1. Struktur revetment dibagi setiap segment sepanjang 20 meter. Perlindungan tebing dibuat dari pasangan batu tebal 45 cm dan tinggi tanggul 2,5 m. Pondasi revetment direncanakan dengan pondasi tiang pancang beton dengan diameter 400 mm dan kedalaman 8 meter. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan analisis revetment perlindungan tebing sungai Batang Lembang aman terhadap kelongsoran tanah dan stabil terhadap berbagai gaya yang bekerja pada bangunan tersebut.Kata kunci: Debit banjir, Perlindungan tebing, Struktur revetment

Abstract

Abstrak :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang persepsi pemeriksa intern terhadap kinerja badan pengawasan daerah (BaWasDa) kota Padang. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa wawancara setengah tersusun (semi structural interview) dan kuisioner untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi, pendapat dan sikap responden. Selain data primer tersebut, juga digunakan data sekunder lainnya sebagai informasi pendukung. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti adalah: (1) Variabel independen yang terdiri dari independensi pemeriksa (X1), pemahaman pemeriksa akan norma pemeriksaan (X2), pendidikan dan pelatihan pemeriksa (X3), kualifikasi dan persyaratan pemeriksa (X4), dan dukungan manajemen (X5). (2) Variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pengawasan intern (Y). Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang dikuantifisir menggunakan statistik regresi linear berganda (multiple linear regression) metode backward, dengan dibantu program statistik SPSS Version 10.0. Pengujiannya meliputi : (1) uji validitas dan reliabilitas, (2) T test, (3) F test (4) r2 atau koefisien determinan. Dari hasil t test, terlihat bahwa dari semua variabel independen (bebas), dua variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan yaitu Norma Pemeriksaan (X2) dan Dukungan Manajemen (X5), sedangkan tiga variabel lainnya tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian F test, secara keseluruhan semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengawasan intern. Dari r2 (R Square), diperoleh nilainya sebesar 0,331, artinya 33,10% kontribusi variabel X2 dan X5 terhadap variabel dependen, sedangkan 66,90 % dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain yang tidak teramati dalam penelitian ini. Dari dua variabel independen yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Y) adalah variabel X2 yang betanya (β) sebesar 0,378, diikuti variabel X5 dengan betanya (β) sebesar 0,342. Abstract

Data from the US National Health Agency (Osteoporosis Foundation) in 1997 estimatedthat about 25 million Americans suffer from osteoporosis, 80% of which is experienced bywomen. Then in the World Conference on Osteoporosis Caring Society in Beijing in 2009,data from 14 Asian countries will show 50% osteoporosis cases by 2050. There are severalrisk factors that cause osteoporosis in women who are divided into two, among otherfactors that can not be controlled by age, sex, genetics, menopause, race, and controlledfactors such as exercise, caffeine and carbon consumption, calcium intake, corticosteroidmedication, smoking, Body Mass Index, and alcohol consumption. Research ObjectivesEarly detection of factors related to bone mineral density status in women of infertile agein Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative analytic research, with cross sectionalresearch design. Samples in this study were women of childbearing age who are in thework area Kecamatan Tampan as many as 399 people. Analysis with Chi-Square test ofthe relationship between calcium intake on bone mineral density status in women ofchildbearing age with Pvalue 0,000 <Alpha 0,05 with big OR is 922.629 (95% CI:125,039-6807,809) meaning less respondent intake calcium risk 922 times suffering fromosteoporosis. the relationship between caffeine consumption and carbonated beverage tobone mineral density status in women of reproductive age with Pvalue 0,000 <Alpha 0,05with OR is 24,330 (95% CI: 10,174-58,182) means respondents who consume caffeine andcarbonated beverages risk 24 times suffering from osteoporosis.Keywords: Early detection, bone mineral density status, women of childbearing age
