Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of discipline, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. The sample used proportionate stratified random sampling technique with 77 employee sampling using krejcie table with error size 5%. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. Results of multiple linear regeresis proves that discipline, compensation and organizational culture is shown to have a partially significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. These results can be interpreted that the existence, discipline, compensation and organizational culture that has been applied to improve employee performance in PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik.

Abstract

The Investors must have a careful analysis,through, and support of accurate data to reduce the risk for investo who investor. Analysis fundamental as a technique used by investors to find information about company’s financial report. Some of important component analysis the company’s fundamental is Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividen Pay Out Ratio (DPR)dan Return On Equity (ROE). Consumer Good industry is the one of growing industry in Indonesia quite well with products witch existence is a primary requirement for fulfilling the requirement. The study aims to analysis the effect of variable Price Earning Ratio(PER), Dividen Pay Out Ratio (DPR), and Return On Equity (ROE) of Stock Price on Consumer Good Industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2010.Analysis method used are research relationship and methods of statistical analysis using multiple linier regression analysis, partial and simultaneous significant testing.A partially variable PER has no significant effect on stock price, a partially DPR has a significant effect on stock price,and a partially variable ROE has a significant effect on stock price of Consumer Good Industry. While simultaneously the three variables have a significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership, education and training and job satisfaction on the performance of permanent employees in hospital grha husada. This study is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 48 permanent employees. technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation, leadership, education and training, and job satisfaction have a positive significant affect partially on the performance of permanent employees in the hospital grha husada.

Abstract

The market is generally divided into two, namely traditional markets and modern markets. Traditional market is a market that has a simple buying and selling activities, there is a bargain with a means of payment in the form of cash. In addition, the market is not only a place for the community in meeting the daily needs, but also the center of the community's economic drive. Traditional market is an important channel in the distribution process of agribusiness products as big as food product of daily necessities. The competition of traditional markets and modern markets is getting tighter. The government is trying to assist the development of traditional markets in order to compete with modern markets by planning the revitalization and fostering of market management so that not only physical improvements are made but also services and market management mangement. Related to this problem is capital strategy applied by traditional market trader Soponyono in face of tight competition with modern market. This research method is descriptive study by using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through (1) indepth interview, in-depth interviews until the data obtained is considered sufficient and (2) observation that is observing the learning process undertaken. The process of data analysis using capital strategy theory. The selection of this theory is based on the object of research that is Soponyono Surabaya Market so that it can know more deeply about the capital process of Soponyono market traders related to the problem of competition with modern market Based on the result of research known that capital strategy of traditional traders in facing modern market through banking funding, Private capital and BKM and BMT. Abstract

Persaingan dunia bisnis dalam era globalisasi saat ini merupakan bentuk persaingan yang semakin kompetitif. Dikatakan semakin kompetitif dikarenakan tidak hanya tingkat keuntungan saja yang dinilai dalam perkembangan perusahaan dalam persaingan dalam era globalisasi saat ini tapi seluruh aspek perusahaan yang dinilai. Untuk menghasilkan tingkat keuntungan yang optimal, perusahaan haruslah bekerja ekstra guna mencapai tujuannya tersebut. Du pont merupakan alat analisa yang bekerja secara menyeluruh guna mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan khususnya terfokus pada perolehan keuntungan yang maksimal. Obyek penelitian ini merupakan salah satu usaha dagang di Kabupaten Sampang yakni UD. Barokah. Tujuan penelitian ini berdasarkan pemaparan diatas yakni untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan analisa du pont. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja yang membaik disetiap tahunnya, dimana terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dari tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2017. Hasil earning power tahun 2015 sebesar 7,16% dan meningkat di tahun 2016 menjadi sebesar 12,45% dan terus meningkat secara signifikan di tahun 2017 menjadi sebesar 16,94%. Hasil ini menggambarkan kondisi perusahaan sangatlah baik dalam hal efektivitas serta efisiensi penggunaan aset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan untuk menghasilkan sebuah keuntungan bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan serta memperkuat posisi tersebut, perusahaan harus menekan biaya agar perolehan laba semakin meningkat di tahun selanjutnya

Abstract

This study aims to test Product quality, product price, Brand Image, And Promotion Against Consumer Buying Decision of Grate Screw CV Seneng Bareng Sejahtera. The object of research is consumer CV Seneng Bareng Sejahtera. Respondents were 100 people selected based on incidental sampling method. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21 program. The result of research indicate that product quality and price variant have significant effect to purchasing decision. Brand image and promotion have no significant effect on purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of employment reporting in the office BPJS Employment Ketenagakerjaan Gresik. Using 6 informants from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employee and 4 informants from the participant to know comparison of effectiveness and efficiency of reporting in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Gresik. The analysis was done by using constant comparative analysis technique. The results show that Online reporting application meets the indicators of effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the difference entrepreneur intention college student management 2012-2013 and college student management 2013-2014 and identify the influence need for achievement, norma subjective, self-efficacy, and innovation variable, that was entrepreneur intention. This research used 167 respondents as samples. Primer data were used in this research. This research tested four independent variables, need for achievement, norma subjective, self-efficacy, and innovation variable, that was entrepreneur intention. This research is also to find out the effect of the difference entrepreneur intention college student management 2012-2013 and college student management 2013-2014 and the influence need for achievement, norma subjective, self-efficacy, and innovation variable, that was entrepreneur intentionby using mann-whitney u test and two-way linear regression method. The result of the research showed that no difference entrepreneur intention college student management 2012-2013 and college student management 2013-2014 and need for achievement, norma subjective, self-efficacy significantly affect entrepreneur intention, but innovation no significantly affect entrepreneur intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe value of the company is the company's performance which is reflected in the stock price determined by the supply and demand in the capital market which reflects the public's assessment of the company's performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and stock trading volume on the value of the company both partially and simultaneously in mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2013 . The data used in this study are the financial statements of each company published on the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study were 40 mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling method so that the samples obtained were 18 mining companies. The variables used in this study are ROE, DER, CR, stock trading volume and PBV. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using partial t-test, simultaneous F test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study prove that partial Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) significantly affect the value of Frim while Current Ratio (CR) and stock trading volume do not significantly influence the value of the Company. and also simultaneously Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and stock trading volume significantly influence the value of the Company in mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2013

Abstract

If customer complaints positively responded to and will be served can bring benefits to the company. In excellent service is the handling of customer complaints is paramount. This study aims to determine the handling of customer complaints on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.This research is a survey with path analysis approach. The study was conducted in PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. with a population of corporate agency business customers of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the province of East Java as many as 125 companies. Samples were taken with the technique of proportional random sample of respondents earned by 95 companies. Data taken with the questionnaire, further analysis of the data using path analysis.The results showed t count for variable handling of complaints by 2,295> t table (1.987) means that there is an influence significantly the handling of complaints terhadapa customer satisfaction. Then t count for the handling of complaints by 3.490, t count of 3,010 for customer satisfaction both> t table (1.987), mean variables complaint handling and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Whereas the effect on customer loyalty penangann complaint through customer satisfaction by 0.093, meaning that any increase in the handling of customer complaints through customer satisfaction by 1 point it will increase customer loyalty by 0.093 points.Based on the results of the study are expected PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk to improve its services by creating the same type of products but the specs match the needs of its customer segmentation and customer complaints to improve services in order to improve customer satisfaction so far maintained loyalty. For customers expected to use Gresik cement products as per the specifications and designation and submit complaints directly to the officer of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk appropriate existing mechanisms.
