Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that influence the purchase decision based on Android Smartphone Students study at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik . This study used a sample of 80 respondents , the type of data used primer.Experiance also test two independent variables , namely fuel and Lifestyle Features that affect the purchase decision . The purpose of this study presented was to determine the effect of lifestyle features and the purchase intention android based smartphone by using linear regression analysis bergand . The results showed that the fuel features significantly influence the purchase decision android based smartphone

Abstract

Good brand equity can be made one of consideration of consumer in purchasing a product. In taking care of its the product Semen Gresik always takes care of and maintains planted brand equity either in its the consumer marrow, so that acceptable Semen Gresik carefully by public. This research aim to know brand equity influence, quality of product, and the price of to consumer loyality Semen Gresik. This research type is associative. this Penelitinan done in town Gresik to cover District Manyar, District Kebomas, and District Gresik. Sample is taken with technique non probability sampling is obtained responder to amount to 100. Data collecting applies questionaire, here in after data with doubled linear regression test.Result of research shows value tcount for brand equity variable ( X1) 3,228, value tcount for variable quality of product ( X2) 2,638, value tcount for price variable ( X3) 3,175, third the number if it is compared to ttabel ( 1,984) hence tcount >ttabel. Based on t test result means there is positive influence of brand equity, quality of product, and the price of to consumer loyality. Test F shows Fcount 17, 897 > Ftabel 2,70 at df=96. Means there is influence in simultan which significant brand equity, quality of product, and the price of to consumer loyality. Based on result of research is expected [by] PT Cement of Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. permanent of maintain product brand equity Semen Gresik through the media, increases quality of product and determine selling price doesn't too height and doesn't boost up price that consumer loyality still awake.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work environment, workload and work discipline on employee performance. The number of samples is 95 employees of cement packing PT. Swabina Gatra Gresik. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study concluded that the simultaneous test results of work environment, as well as work discipline have a significant effect on performance. The result of partial testing of work environment has significant effect on performance, work load has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has an effect on to performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure of assets, capital structure, firm size against firm value with earnings growth and strategy risk as intervening variables, the results of this research show that the asset structure has no significant effect on earnings growth, asset structure has a significant effect on risk strategy , asset structure has a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure has a significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant effect on earnings growth, capital structure has no significant effect on strategy risk, capital structure has a significant effect on firm value, firm size has a significant effect on earnings growth, company size does not have a significant effect on strategy risk, firm size has a significant effect on firm value, earnings growth does not have a significant effect on strategy risk, earnings growth sounds uh significant to firm value, strategy risk does not have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat setelah diimplementasikan dari sistem E-Procurement yang merupakan bagian dari SAP dalam proses Supply Chain Management (procurement) pada perusahaan PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Setelah melakukan migrasi sistem Enterprise Resource Plan tahun 2016 dan mengaplikasikan sistem E-Procurement pada tahun 2017, dapat dilihat manfaat dari kinerja karyawan, efisiensi kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel intervening, dimana sistem E-Procurement merupakan variabel tersebut. Dari akhir penelitian dapat dilihat terdapat peningkatan dari efisiensi kerja, namun tidak demikian dengan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous price, trust, and service quality on customer loyalty car rental services. PT.Mandiri Cipta Sejahtera branch of Gresik, sampling was done by using Accidental Sampling Teqnique that is by distributing 100 questionnaires. The analytical tool is to use multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Windows V.15. Hypothesis testing using t test and f test with a significance level of 5%. The calculation results show that the three variables included in the analysis together have a significant influence on customer loyalty at PT.Mandiri Cipta Sejahtera branch of Gresik. This conclusion is based on calculations that show an F count of 12 151 for three F tables of 2,699 from these variables. It turns out that trust has a significant influence with a t value of 3.191 with a significance level of 2.5%. Based on the results of customer loyalty analysis at PT.Mandiri Cipta Sejahtera, the Gresik branch is very dominant in customer trust.

Abstract

This research performed in order to test the influence of variabel, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TAT), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) toward Return on Equity (ROE). Methodology research as the sample used proposive sampling with criteria as (1) Manufacturing companies that listing at JSX who provide financial report year ending 31st December during the observation period 2008 – 2010, well available at JASICA index. (2) Companies must be the listined at the beginning of the period of observation and not on the delisting until the end of the observation period. (3) The financial report include the value of financial ratios to be studied include ROE, CR, DER, TAT, and NPM. (4) At the beginning of the observation period until the end. Total of 23 samples obtained from 131 firms during the observation period of three years in the manufacturing sector. Sample amount as much 69 during the observation period of three years. Data analysis with multi linier regression of ordinary least square and hypotheses test used partial t - test, simultan F – test at level of significance 5%. Empirical evidence show as CR, DER, and TAT to have not significant influence toward ROE of manufacturing companies listing in JSX over period 2008 – 2010 at level of significance >5%. While the rest NPM to have significant influence toward ROE of manufacturing companies listined in JSX over period 2008 – 2010 at level of significance 5%. While, four independent variabel (CR, DER, TAT and NPM) to have significant influence toward ROE at level of significance 5% as 0,000%. Predictable of the four variables toward ROE is 56,9% as indicated by adjusted R square that is 56,9% while the rest 43,1% is affected by other factors is not included into the study model.

Abstract

This research to determine how much influence the performance, features, reliability, and durability to the satisfaction and loyalty. The population in this research is that all customers who buy Toyota Agya at PT. Arina Parama Jaya (Arina Motor) and used Toyota Agya cars for at least one month. The number of samples is 50 samples were selected by using the method of Non-Probability Sampling, namely purposive sampling, and incidental sampling. The data in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using logistic regression were processed with SPSS data processing applications 16. Testing was done by using path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test is known that the performance effect on satisfaction of a count of 13,565 > t table 2.0106, features affect the satisfaction of a count equal to 4.151 > 2.0106, reliability affects the satisfaction of a count equal to 4.5535 > 2.0106, resistance affects the satisfaction of a count equal to 2.403 > 2.0106, effect on customer loyalty satisfaction of the results count equal to 4.116 > 2.0106.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Service Quality, Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction on Logistics Customer Loyalty at PT. Tiki Track Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) in the City of Gresik. Then a literature review and the preparation of hypotheses were carried out, data were also obtained from questionnaires on 96 Gresik people who had used PT. Tiki Nugraha Ekakurir Line (JNE) using nonprobability sampling technique. Testing is done using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that service quality significantly affects customer loyalty, brand image significantly influences customer loyalty and customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty.
