Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for companies, because the selection of suppliers is very influential on the quality of a product. One way to choose the right supplier for the company can be done using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the Analytical Hierrarchy Process method is a decision-making method developed to give priority to several alternatives when several criteria must be considered. Some things to consider in choosing suppliers such as: shipping, quality, service, past performance, payment. This research was conducted at one of Muhammadiyah's charitable businesses, namely at the Muhammadiyah Hospital or Clinic. This study aims to find out the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. With the use of samples from this study is the decision making in the purchase of drugs and medical devices Clinic or Muhammadiyah Hospital. The results of the data analysis concluded that the indicators of quality, acceleration of service, credibility of suppliers are bets in determining the best suppliers for the procurement of drugs and medical devices clinics or hospitals Muhammadiyah. Whereas from the overall simulation results Supplier Q is considered as the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital, because overall of all criteria Supplier Q has the highest value compared to other suppliers.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the university with the balanced scorecard. This study was included in the category of qualitative research.The results showed, based on measurements of four perspectives; growth and learning, internal business processes, customers, and finance, the university has done a good performance so apparent value increased in a positive ROI.

The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the significance of the influence of Internal Locus of Control on Role Conflict with the ethics of Islamic work as intervening variable relationship. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative research method. In this study using 3 (three) variables of internal locus of control as free variables, Islamic work ethics as intervening and role conflict variables as dependent variables. Where respondents in this study as many as 92 female respondents berhijab.This study uses statistical analysis regression path analysis method using SPSS 16 for windows and sobel test. To see the effect of mediation or intervening. Based on the results of the analysis show that the four hypotheses submitted accepted the truth, but the relationship between ethical work of Islam and positive role conflict in this study

The aims of this study to investigate the effect of partially and simultaneously between work stress (physical symptoms, psychological symptoms and behavioral symptoms) to their job performance on the part of Human Resources at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. This research was done to the employees of PT. Petrokimia Gresik 89 employees that is as much a part of human resources as a sample. The sampling technique is Cluster Sampling. Data collection tool used in this study is a questionnaire. The data have been collected and processed using SPSS computing, prior to analysis by multiple linear regression techniques to test the classic assumption. Regression analysis showed that work stress (physical symptoms, psychological symptoms and behavioral symptoms) to their job performance at the Human Resources Management in PT. Petrokimia Gresik obtained by the equation: Y = 38.160 + 0.473 X1 + 0.231 X2 + 0.311 X3. The results showed that the three factors simultaneously affect the work performance of employees in the Human Resources Management in PT. Petrokimia Gresik is shown with a value of F test (4.365)> F Table (2.7). While partially obtained t value for X1 (physical symptoms) is 2.219; t value for X2 (psychological symptoms) was 2.109, and t value for X3 (behavior symptoms) are 2.134 bigger than t table (1.6628 ). From the evidence we can conclude that these three variables has an influence on employees' performance on the part of Human Resources at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The amount of Adjusted R Square 10.3% was obtained, it is shown that work stress has a weak influence on employees' performance on the part of Human Resources at PT. Petrokimia Gresik.

Dividend distribution becomes a complicated problem due to differences in interests between management and shareholders. Dividends are part of the profits obtained by the company during its business which are distributed to shareholders. The dividend payout ratio determines the amount of profit divided into cash dividends and retained earnings. If the retained earnings of the company are large, the profit to be paid as a dividend will be smaller. Important aspect of dividend policy is determining the appropriate profit allocation between payment of earnings as retained earnings and earnings as dividends. Analysis of the data used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not directly influence Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Return on Assets (ROA) is not able to mediate between Debt to Equity (DER) with Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and job placement on the morale of permanent employee of Semen Gresik Cooperative. The sample uses the proportionate stratified random sampling method which is a sampling technique when an organization has employees from the background of stratified positions totaling 106 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis proves that the work motivation, work environment and job placement have a significant effect on the morale of permanent employee of Semen Gresik Cooperative.

This research check to regarding influence store image to store loyalty by store satisfaction in consumen shop activity in shop SHAFA moslem Gresik. Responder the checked is consumer visited and consumer buying in shop SHAFA.Intention of this research is to know influence store image to store loyalty by store satisfaction in consumen shop activity in shop SHAFA moslem Gresik. Hypothesis which is researcher formulate in this research is store image to store loyalty and store satisfaction by parsial.Analytical tool that is used to use path analysis with the help spss/.windows.v.15. The calculation result shows that three variables included in the analysis have influence significant to store loyalty by store satisfaction in consumen acitivity.This conculsion is based on the results calculation which shows the results calculated t perhitungan > t table. Results analysis path Y2 = 0,043 + 0,215X1 and Y1 = 0,111 + 0,872 X1 + 0,119 Y2 + 0,678 X1Y2. This shows that store image work partially have influence to store loyalty by store satisfaction.

This research is purposed to measure the partial and simultan of atmosphere influence in platform, facilities and all kinds of products to hedonic shopping motif of Gresik Mall visitors. This research takes 80 respondents from Gresik Mall visitors to research sample. Analysis results show that atmosphere in platform, facilities and all kinds of products influence in partial and simultan to hedonic shopping motif.

This study examines the standard setting of processing time in increasing effectiveness and efficiency. The standard time is the time needed to complete a certain task at a speed that continues without causing bad results. The purpose of this study is to set a standard production process time to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of production. This research is a study that combines field research and literature. Methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques, while data analysis techniques using time study analysis. The results showed that the standard time of 860 minutes that had been determined by the company was a deviation of the time study of + 8% so that the realization of the next production process, the company could save on the use of production process time of 66.76 minutes.
