Abstract

In the world of work each organization or company to be a place where employees are working of course expected to provide good career for the life of the employee. Career planning and career development is also of course be a point which is of considerable concern and very important in a company or organization, both for the company and the employees themselves. Sources of data in the research were employees and HRD Manager at PT CAT by using random sampling techniques. The conclusion of the research is in the PT CAT are partial positive influence on career planning to employee performance and positive influence between motivation on employee performance as well as significant positive influence between career planning and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh Koperasi Karyawan “Sinar Mentari” Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik dapat dilihat dari hasil usaha yang bersifat financial. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi atas kinerja yang telah dicapai untuk pengambilan keputusan. Laporan keuangan merupakan alat yang sangat penting untuk memperoleh informasi sehubungan dengan posisi keuangan dan hasil usaha yang telah dicapai oleh koperasi. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek yang harus segera dipenuhi atau kemampuan koperasi untuk memenuhi kewajiban keuangan pada saat ditagih menggunakan analisis rasio likuiditas. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan dalam memenuhi kewajiban keuangannya apabila koperasi dilikuidasi, baik kewajiban keuangan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang menggunakan analisis rasio solvabilitas. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan untuk menghasilkan laba selama periode tertentu menggunakan analisis rasio rentabilitas. Koperasi Karyawan “SINAR MENTARI” Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik mampu untuk memenuhi kewajiban keuangan jangka pendek yang harus segera dipenuhi atau saat ditagih serta cukup mampu untuk menjalankan aktivitas operasinya pada Tahun Buku 2009 – 2012. Koperasi Karyawan “SINAR MENTARI” Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik sangat mampu untuk memenuhi kewajiban keuangannya apabila koperasi dilikuidasi, baik kewajiban keuangan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang, tetapi kurang mampu untuk mengelola Asset dan hutang pada Tahun Buku 2009 – 2012. Koperasi Karyawan “SINAR MENTARI” Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik sangat mampu untuk menghasilkan laba selama periode Tahun Buku 2009 – 2012 dan sudah berkinerja istimewa karena kemampuanya untuk menghasilkan keuntungan dengan menggunakan modalnya sendiri sudah tinggi.

Abstract

The role of banks in addition to acting as a collector and channeling of funds is also very important in supporting the welfare sector of Small and Medium Enterprises. The level of BPR Sharia competition can be known by looking at the market share of Territory. According to the Banking Act No.10 of 1998, the type of banking industry that runs its business based on sharia principles, which has characteristics closer to the community due to small market share and easy funds. This study aims to classify the research object used is BPR Sharia in East Java. The number of BPR Sharia used in this study amounted to 28 BPR Sharia existing in 18 districts that publish the financial statements regularly in 2017. Through variables CAR, KAP, NPF, BOPO, and FDR. From the above developments data can be grouped in matrix with the provisions in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No.SE.13/1/PBI/2011. cluster 1 is group of BPRS A with fluctuation condition and cluster 2 is group of BPR Sharia B with very good condition. Both clusters have alternative strategies for each BPR Sharia group in increasing lending. Thus in this research will be formulated operational strategy for both groups using SWOT analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, promotion, physical evidence, and service quality on interest in visiting Dynasty Water World Gresik. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents. The independent variables in this study are price, promotion, physical evidence, and service quality, while the dependent variable is the interest in visiting Dynasty Water World Gresik. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program. The results showed that the promotion variables, physical evidence, and service quality had a partial effect on the interest in visiting, while the price variable was stated not to have a significant effect on the interest of visiting visiting Dynasty Water World Gresik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati) berpengaruh secara simultan, parsial, serta kualitas pelayanan manakah yang berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap kepuasan anggota KPRI Mina Mulya Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. prosedur pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16.0 yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut : Y = 0,086 + 0,166X1 + 0,263X2 + 0,266X3 + 0,148X4 + 0,151X5 + e. Pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara simultan dilakukan dengan uji F yang menghasilkan Fhitung sebesar 100,034 > 2,3767 Ftabel dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara parsial dilakukan dengan uji T yang menghasilkan Thitung bukti fisik sebesar 2,254, kehandalan sebesar 4,325, daya tanggap sebesar 2,918, jaminan sebesar 2,172, dan empati sebesar 2,168 > 2,0025. Kemudian dilihat dari nilai Standardized Coefficients (Beta) dari masing-masing variabel kualitas pelayanan, yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan anggota KPRI Mina Mulya Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah kehandalan dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,290.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of returns on shares of consumer goods sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011 - 2014. The population in this study were 38 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014, and based on purposive sampling method. The results showed that variable return on assets had a significant effect on returns, while the debt to equity ratio and current ratio had no significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously the variables of debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and current ratio have no significant effect on stock returns on the consumer goods sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2014.

Abstract

Business growth now depends not only on product quality, but also look in terms of quality of service, through the CRM companies can determine the extent of use of CRM in the business world. The purpose of this study to find out is to find out whether the CRM and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty either simultaneously or partially. Some of the variable as an indicator of CRM and customer satisfaction in this study include management, relationships, affect customer loyalty in Gresik Violetta. The analysis tools is to use multiple linear regression with SPSS trial hypothesis using t test and f test, both at a significant level of 5%. Calculation results show that both variables are included in the analysis together have a significant effect on customer loyalty in Gresik Violetta. This conclusion is based on results that show the value of F count for more than 46.006 3.09 F tables of two variables, it appeared that CRM has a significant influence calculated t value of 4.57 with a significance level of 0.00%. Based on the results of the analysis of customer loyalty in a very dominant Violetta Gresik of CRM, CRM of these two variables should be further enhanced so that consumers understand more CRM and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research to analyze the influence of product innovation, performance marketing and market orientation towards competitive advantage bakery in Gresik Town. This study uses the analysis of multiple linear regression, with incidental sampling technique. In this study using quantitative methods with 50 samples of existing bakery in Gresik Town. Processing of the data from this study using SPSS version 15. The results of the study showed that the t test, t count > t table is 2,096 > 2,0219, then the Product Innovation positive effect on competitive advantage t count < t table is 1,293 < 2,0219, This shows that marketing performance is not a positive influence on competitive advantage. t count > t table is 5,900 > 2,0219, the market orientation has positive influence on competitive advantage. The results of the study showed that the test F, 82,665 F count > F table 2.81 and significance F value smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05 ), then product innovation, performance marketing and market orientation simultaneously affect the competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality control of Phonska NPK fertilizer using Statistical Processing Control method. Statistical Processing Control to analyze and identify quality deviations in Phonska NPK products. There were five people in this study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Statistical Processing Control. PT. Petrokimia Gresik has Phonska NPK fertilizer products whose production has deviations but can be overcome using the SPC method (Statistical Processing Control).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the Influence of Price Perception, Brand Trust, Service Quality and Location on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of Natasha Skin Clinic Center. The population used in this study were Natasha Skin Clinic Center consumers with a total sample of 100 respondents using Non-Probability Sampling technique with a Quota Sampling approach, which is a technique to determine a sample of a population that has certain characteristics to the desired amount (quota) based on the results of the study found the regression equation as follows Y = 3,692 + 0,193X1 + 0,231X2 + 0,208X3 + 0,215X4 + e. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The variable that has the greatest influence is the brand trust variable with a regression coefficient of 0.231, while the variable that has the smallest influence is the perception of price with a coefficient of 0.193. Hypothesis testing uses t test which shows that the four independent variables, namely price perception (X1), brand trust (X2), service quality (X3) and location (X4) which are examined, have proven to significantly influence the dependent variable, namely purchasing decision (Y). Then through the F test it can be seen that the price perception variable (X1), brand trust (X2), service quality (X3) and location (X4) together influence the purchasing decision (Y).
