Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine some of the main reasons for successor from family businesses who do not want to continue their family business. This study uses qualitative methods using the approach of in-depth interviews with respondents. The research respondents were fresh graduates who did not want to continue the family business that had been initiated by a large family of respondents. The findings in this study prove that respondents prefer to avoid conflicts with relatives or the absence of succession in family business. Career opportunities from other companies are another factor in making decisions to leave the family business.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of human resources, the main source of human companies need to be done well, directed, and planned, so that companies can compete fairly with other companies, given the future competition between companies will be more stringent. Human resources are able to compete with competitors or with business partners the only company that has the quality of human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of work safety, health and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sample in this study was 57 PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. Samples taken using saturated sampling are sampling techniques based on the total population. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Work Safety had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Health Work has no effect which has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) Discipline of significant positive effects on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence factors of income’s craftmen songkok in District Gresik. This research used 48 respondents as samples. Primer data were used in this research. This research tested four independent variables, namely asset, productivity, work experience and kreativity which effected dependent variable, income. This research is also to find out the effect of asset, productivity, work experience and kreativity toward income by using two-way linear regression method. The result of the research showed that asset and work experience significantly affect income, while productivity and kreativity not significantly affect income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous analysis of the effect of work stress, organizational culture, work motivation, on employee performance CV. Anugerah Perkasa. Sampling was carried out by Saturated Sampling technique by distributing questionnaires as many as 40 respondents. The analytical tool used is to use multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS / Windows. V.20. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test, with a significant level of 5%. The calculation results show that the three variables included in the analysis together have a significant influence on the performance of CV. Anugerah Perkasa. This conclusion is based on the results of calculations that show a calculated F value of 8,322 more than F table 2,839. The three variables, it turns out the results obtained t count (2.388)> t table (2.0281) at a significant level of 2.5%. means work stress affects employee performance at CV. Anugerah Perkasa. And Organizational Culture results tcount (2.704)> t table (2.0211) at a significant level of 2.5%. Then it can be interpreted that organizational culture influences employee performance at CV. Anugerah Perkasa. Then Work Motivation results tcount (3,327)> t table (2,0211) at a significant level of 2.5%. Then it can be interpreted that work motivation partially affects the performance of employees at CV. Anugerah Perkasa. So the entire independent variable (work stress, organizational culture, and work motivation) is very influential on the dependent variable (employee performance)

Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the influence of faculty performance on student learning motivation of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. By using a sample of 83 respondents. Testing is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression showed that the performance of lecturers includes pedagogical, professional competence, personal competence and social competence significantly associated with students' learning motivation.

Abstract

With the knowledge of quality brand with a refrigerator and then the man will get to choose where the refrigerator was in accordance with her wishes. Fridge was a household electrical appliance that uses refrigeration (cooling process) to help food preservation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of partial and simultaneous Brand image, Consumer Product Knowledge and Perception to purchase intention in the District of Sharp refrigerator Menganti Gresik. Some of the variables as indicators of Brand image, Consumer Product Knowledge and Perception among other brands, the price benefits, quality, efficient, model, pengoprasian, sales price affect the Purchase Intention in Menganti Gresik district. The analysis tools was to use multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS/Windows.V.15. hypothesis testing used t test and F test, both at a significant level of 5%. Calculation results showed that the three variables were included in the analysis together had a significant effect on Purchase Intention in Menganti Gresik district. This conclusion was based on results that showed the value of F perhitunggan count of 5.787 over 2.699 F table of the three variables, it appeared Consumer Perception had a significant influence calculated t value of 2.489 with a significance level of 0.025%. Based on the results of the analysis was the Purchase Intention in the district of Gresik Menganti very dominant towards Consumer Perception, Consumer Perception of the three variables should be further enhanced so that consumers understand more Brand image, Consumer Product Knowledge and Perception of Purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of age, sex and religiousity on leadership style. Dependen variabel in this research is leadership style and independen variabel in this research are sex, age and religiousity. The samplein this study are worker who have subordinate to do dialy job. The method use is the multiple linier analysis regresion. The result of thi study indicate that age, sex and religousity have direct influence on leadership style. Age has dominan influence on leadership style, and than religiousty has secound dominan influence on leadership style. Sex has little influence on leadership style. From this analysis can be know that whatever gander of leader as long as more spiritual experince, more mature person is shown by life experince they owen, they will more wise in applying leadersip style. Leader will support their subordinate for improve their self potential.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 100 futsal Hidayat Futsal Square customers. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that the results of partial testing of Product Quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Price Perception has a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aim to analyze and find empirical evidences of Trust, Safety, Perception of Risk, and Service Quality Towards Buying Decision in Instagram. This research used accidental sampling methode to collect the samples. There are 50 students of Muhammadiyah University of Gresik became the participants. The independents variables consist of trust, safety, perception of risk, and service quality. The dependent variable is Buying Decision in Instagram. The multiple regression used to analyze the data of this research. The result showed that trust, perception of risk, and service quality have significant efeect towards buying decision in instagram, but safety has no significant effect towards service quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of current assets, leverage, total asset turnover on profitability in Retail Trade Sub-Sector Companies in 2011-2015 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a quantitative study, a population of 11 issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 consecutive years and earn profits from 2011-2015. The sample criteria used panel data with a total of 55 observations. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variable of current assets, leverage, total asset turnover, dependent variable profitability. The results showed that current assets affect profitability, leverage affects profitability, while total asset turnover has no effect on profitability.
