Abstract

This study determine whether there is influence of education level to the decision to become a customer in PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia,Tbk., Auxiliary Branch Sibuhuan and how big the influence are. The research is quantitative explainatory, data collected using a questionnaire with sample 32 people. From the research results show the influence of education level to the decision to become a customer in PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., Sibuhuan Sub-branch is very positively influential. Great influence of education level to the decision to become a customer in PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., Sibuhuan Sub-branch is using the product momant calculation, it turns out the correlation number between variable X and variable Y is not negative sign, meaning that between the two variables there is positive correlation (correlation that goes unidirectional). By considering the amount of rxy (ie = 0.155), whose magnitude ranges from 0.00-0.19 means between variables X and Y are very weak or very low correlation. Interpretation by using Table Value "r": degrees of freedom (df) is df = N - 2 = 32 - 2 = 30. After obtained df then checked table value of correlation coefficient table at significance level 5% and 1%. With df of 30 at significance level 5% obtained rtabel = 0,361 and at 1% significance level obtained rtabel = 0,463. Based on this it is clear that rxy rtabel both at the level of significance of 5% and 1% (0.155 0.361 or 0.463 0.155). Thus Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected. So the level of education to the decision to become a customer in PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., Sibuhuan auxiliary branch has a moderate influence.

Abstract

One of the problems being going developing countries is unemployment. Unemployment is a quite complicated problem and requires seriousness in solving it. If economic growth increases it will cause unemployment to decline. The result of research shows that partially variable of inflation does not have significant effect to unemployment.It is based by  tcount (-0.147921 ttable( 2.01537. While the economic growth variable has no effect on unemployment. The t test shows the obtained tcount(-0.369640)ttable (2.01537). Simultaneously, the variables of inflation, economic growth and dummy variables have an effect on unemployment cause Fcount(7.101933) Ftable(2.82). The determination coefficient test is 0.509637,  It indicates that the independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable of 50.9 percent, while the 49.1 percent is influenced by other variables outside of this research. Abstract

Abstrak,Salah satu jenis bisnis yang memiliki potensi zakat terbesar di Aceh adalah kedai kopi. Namun minat pengusaha untuk membayar zakat di baitul maal masih kurang. Mereka lebih suka membayar zakat secara langsung. Meskipun dengan memanfaatkan layanan Baitul Maal, zakat akan didistribusikan secara adil dan merata dan dapat mengurangi kemiskinan di Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendapatan terhadap minat pengusaha warung kopi untuk membayar zakat di Baitul Maal, Kota Langsa; (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan terhadap minat pengusaha coffee shop untuk membayar zakat di Baitul Maal, Kota Langsa; (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan terhadap minat pengusaha warung kopi untuk membayar zakat di Baitul Maal, Kota Langsa Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua subjek penelitian, yaitu pengusaha warung kopi modern di Kota Langsa, yang berjumlah 45 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji prasyarat analisis yang dilakukan meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Pendapatan tidak mempengaruhi minat pengusaha warung kopi untuk membayar zakat di Baitul Maal, Kota Langsa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,756 0,05 (2) Layanan mempengaruhi minat pengusaha warung kopi yang membayar zakat di Baitul Maal, Kota Langsa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 0,05 (3) Kepercayaan tidak mempengaruhi minat pengusaha warung kopi untuk membayar zakat di Baitul Maal, Kota Langsa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,304 0,05 0,05Kata Kunci : Penghasilan, Layanan, Kepercayaan, Minat Membayar Zakat, Baitul Mal Abstract,One type of business that has the greatest potential for zakat in Aceh is a coffee shop. But the interest of entrepreneurs to pay zakat in baitul maal is still lacking. They prefer to pay their zakat directly. Even though by utilizing Baitul Maal services, zakat will be distributed fairly and evenly and can reduce poverty in Langsa City. This study aims to find out (1) to determine the effect of income level on the interest of coffee shop entrepreneurs to pay zakat in Baitul Maal, Langsa City; (2) to find out the effect of service on the interest of coffee shop entrepreneurs to pay zakat in Baitul Maal, Langsa City; (3) to determine the effect of the level of trust in the interest of coffee shop entrepreneurs to pay zakat in Baitul Maal, Langsa City This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all subjects of study, namely modern coffee shop entrepreneurs in Langsa City, amounting to 45 people. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis prerequisite tests carried out included the normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. Abstract

Image or reputation of a feeling or a belief held by a person against an organization. In other words, a company's reputation is the evaluation (respect, appreciation and assessment) on the image of the organization of society. Corporate identity are symbols (such as logos and color schemes) used by organizations to identify with the community. Corporate image is the overall impression (feelings and beliefs) to an entity (organization, country or a particular brand) that exist in the public mind. Corporate social responsibility activities can form the image of the company if based upon a sincere motive for the consumer, but this becomes ineffective when the sincere motives become ambiguous and can actually worsen the company's image. One of the factors that influence whether or not a genuine assessment of corporate social responsibility actions are the benefits and the cause of corporate social responsibility activities are carried out. Therefore, activity is selected in the implementation of corporate social responsibility activities should be more responsive and appropriate to the conditions of the people and the environment in which the company or organization is operating.

Abstract

Inflation is a condition where the level of price increases in general and continuously. To control inflation , the government through various policies.This study found that the pattern of the data plot is relatively constant and the deviation data is not constant.Mean models created namely; Inflation = 5.758472 + et. From the examination of the lag 1 residual plot can be seen that the p-value is equal to 0.0000, with an error rate of 5%, where research is a significant heteroscedasticity. After examination of up to lag 12 it produces a fairly small probability value of less than 5 %. Small probability value to a fairly long lag is indicative GARCH model is more suitable than the ARCH. Based on GARCH overfitting process it can be concluded orders p and q are used is p = 1 and q = 1. So that the mean and variance models are models created; Inflation = 5.386303 + et. Sehingga σ2t = 1.209697 + 0.810531e2t-1 – 0.322105 σ2t-2. Based on the results forecast for the next 5 years , it was found that the inflation rate will continue to fluctuate, The highest value reached 9.27% and the lowest value of 0.66 %

Abstract

Abstrak,Transaksi jual beli online semakin berkembang, tidak terkecuali di kalangan mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan dan harga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian secara online studi kasus mahasiswa belanja online pada FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian secara online studi kasus mahasiswa belanja online pada FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Tetapi tidak terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian secara online studi kasus mahasiswa belanja online pada FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Terdapat pengaruh kemudahan dan harga secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pakaian secara online studi kasus mahasiswa belanja online pada FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Pembelian, Kemudahan, Harga Abstract,Online buying and selling transactions are growing, not least among students. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of ease and price partially and simultaneously on the purchase decision of clothing products online case study online shopping students at FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. This type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. Research samples were 40 respondents. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is an effect of ease on purchasing decisions of clothing products online case studies of online shopping students at FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. But there is no price effect on the purchase decision of clothing products online in case studies of online shopping students at FEBI IAIN Padangsidimpuan. There is a simultaneous effect of ease and price on purchasing decisions of clothing products online in case studies of online shopping students at FEBI IAIN PadangsidimpuanKeywords: Purchase Decision, Ease, Price

Abstract

Coffee sales of King CV. Mahkota Jaya Abadi Padangsidimpuan often goes up and down abnormally so it experiences problems, so the purpose of this study is to find out the estimated sales of coffee king on CV. Mahkota Jaya Abadi Padangsidimpuan for the January 2017 period to December 2017. The method used is the time series method consisting of linear trend methods, parabolic trend methods, exponential trend methods, quadratic trend methods and semi-average methods. A better method is used to determine the estimated sales of king coffee on CV. Mahkota Jaya Abadi Padangsidimpuan is a Parabolic Trend method with the equation: Y = 2,528,625 + 34,6x + 15,42x2, this equation has the smallest MSE of 161,632,1896. From the equation, it can be seen that the estimated values for the period January 2017 to December 2017 are: January 2017 amounting to 5,584 boxes, February 2017 amounting to 6,517 boxes, March 2017 amounting to 7,573 boxes, April 2017 amounting to 8,753 boxes, May 2017 amounting to 10,056 boxes, June 2017 11,482 box, July 2107 amounted to 13,031 boxes, August 2017 amounted to 14,704 boxes, September 2017 amounted to 15,497 boxes, October 2017 amounted to 18,420 boxes, November 2017 amounted to 20,463 boxes and December 2017 amounted to 22,630 boxes.Keywords: Planning and Sales Estimates

Abstract

Abstrak,Rendahnya kinerja sebagian pegawai ditandai dengan penyelesaian pekerjaan yang tidak tepat waktu dan sering terjadi kesalahan pegawai dalam menjalankan tugasnya, baik di kantor maupun di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan etika kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPBD Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan data skunder. Sampel penelitian adalah pegawai BPBD Padangsidimpuan yang berjumlah 54 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung untuk disiplin kerja sebesar 3,515 sedangkan t tabel diperoleh 2,01 ini berarti thitung ttabel (3,515   2,01) maka disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Etika kerja mempunyai nilai  thitung sebesar 1,087 dan ttabel adalah 2,01 ini berarti thitung ttabel (1,087 2,01) maka etika kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Disiplin kerja dan etika kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung adalah 7,387 dan F tabel sebesar 2,730  sehingga Fhitung Ftabel (7,387 3,18). Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Etika, Kinerja, Pegawai   Abstract,The low performance of some employees is marked by the completion of work that is not on time and employees often make mistakes in carrying out their duties, both in the office and in the field. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work ethics partially and simultaneously on the performance of Padangsidimpuan BPBD employees. This research is quantitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. The study sample was employees of BPBD Padangsidimpuan, amounting to 54 people. The results obtained by the value of tcount for work discipline is 3.515 while t table is obtained 2.01, this means thitung t table (3.515 2.01) then the work discipline affects the performance of employees at BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Work ethics has a tcount of 1.087 and t table is 2.01, this means tcount ttable (1.087 2.01) then work ethics does not affect the performance of employees at BNPB Padangsidimpuan. Work discipline and work ethics have a simultaneous influence on the performance variables of BNPB Padangsidimpuan employees. This is indicated by the value of Fcount is 7.387 and F table is 2.730 so that Fcount Ftable (7.387 3.18). Keywords: Discipline, Ethic, Performance, Employee

Abstract

The implementation of sharia banking was already done in some decades ago. It was applied in financial for both productive and consumptive activities. Even the majority of using financial was still for consumptive activites but with the good applied in the future, it will become better. There was a relationship between shariah banking and soceity welfare in a country. It had proved in some country, especially in the country of muslim majority like Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan and the other. Shariah banking gave a positive impact for the development of economics. There was a forecast said that muslim population will be increase in the future so it will bring an opportunity as well as challenge for shariah banking for improving the products and services also the marketing in order to develop the applied of shariah banking in all aspects of human life. It was in line with the principles of Islam which was support all activities for improving soceity welfare.
