Education is considered as a mean to improve the quality of human resources itself. A good education are expected to provide the high quality human resources. But in reality today, education is also considered to be closely related to unemployment, especially unemployment of well educated labor. Seen from the number of people working with university education just as much as 8.8 million people. Based on these data clearly illustrate the ironic, where the higher a person's education, the higher probability of him being unemployment. Given the magnitude of the benefits that can be gained through entrepreneurship, especially to improve the quality of life and quality of individual, then entrepreneurship needs to be maintained as an alternative career choice of a Moslem. Why always depend on others while we have been provided by Allah SWT variety of potential which can be used for standalone or even job opportunities for others. Our task is how to recognize potential that exists and use it in startup business.

Abstrak,Gaji dan tunjangan sangat berpengaruh dalam menentukan pencapain kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Natama Syariah Padangsidimpuan. Kinerja karyawan pada hotel ini masih belum terlaksana dengan baik, karena beberapa karyawan tidak melaksanakan tugasnya masing-masing dengan maksimal sedangkan gaji diberikan tepat pada waktunya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan pada Hotel Natama Syariah Padangsidimpuan, dengan pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh sebanyak 27 responden. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,709, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase pengaruh variabel gaji dan tunjangan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 70,9%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini. Secara simultan menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara gaji dan tunjangan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Natama Syariah Padangsidimpuan, dengan nilai Fhitung 29,212 dan Ftabel 2,54. Maka terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara gaji dan tunjangan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Natama Syariah Padangsidimpuan. Secara parsial gaji tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Natama Syariah Padangsidimpuan dengan nilai thitung ttabel yaitu 1,354 1,710. Secara parsial tunjangan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Natama Syariah Padangsidimpuan dengan nilai thitung ttabel yaitu: 1,836 1,710. Kata Kunci : Gaji, Tunjangan, Kinerja Abstract,Salaries and benefits are very influential in determining the achievement of employee performance at the Natama Syariah Hotel Padangsidimpuan. The employee's performance at this hotel is still not well implemented, because some employees do not carry out their respective duties to the maximum while the salary is given on time. This study is a quantitative study, the population used in this study were all employees at the Natama Syariah Hotel Padangsidimpuan, with sampling of 27 respondents saturated sampling. The results of the research carried out obtained the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.709, this indicates that the percentage effect of variable salaries and benefits on employee performance is 70.9%. While the remaining 29.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. Simultaneously states that there is an influence between salary and benefits together on employee performance at the Natama Syariah Hotel Padangsidimpuan, with F value of 29.212 and Ftable 2.54. Then there is a positive influence between salary and benefits on employee performance at the Natama Syariah Hotel Padangsidimpuan. Partially salaries do not have an effect on the performance of employees of the Natama Syariah Hotel Padangsidimpuan with a tcount ttable which is 1.354 1.710. Partially the benefits have an influence on the performance of employees of the Natama Syariah Hotel Padangsidimpuan with a tcount ttable which is 1.836 1.710. Sharia economy has an economic system characteristics that it is own economic system, can be said to have differences with other economic systems. Abstrak,Produsen pengolahan salak dalam hal ini UD. Salacca perlu meneliti persepsi konsumen dalam hal kepuasan pembelian produk olahan salak dan hal- hal yang memengaruhinya untuk mengatasi persaingan perusahaan. Hal- hal yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen yang diteliti adalah kualitas produk, harga, dan faktor sosial. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen UD. Salacca terhadap faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk olahan salak, untuk mengetahui tahapan konsumen beralih memilih produk olahan salak dibandingkan dengan salak segar dan untuk mengetahui cara konsumen mendapatkan informasi produk olahan salak. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan mewawancarai konsumen langsung. Persepsi konsumen UD. Salacca terhadap produk olahan salak ternyata positif. Artinya, konsumen tetap membeli salak segar meskipun membeli produk olahan salak karena faktor yang memengaruhi konsumen memilih produk olahan salak bukan karena harga dan kualitasnya melainkan karena kondisi konsumen tersebut.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Faktor Sosial, Keputusan Pembelian Abstract,Zalacca processing producers in this case UD. Salacca need to examine consumer perceptions in terms of the purchase decision of salak processed products, the things that influence them to win the competition. The things that influence consumer purchasing decisions examined in this study are product quality, price, and social factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of UD. Salacca consumers on the factors that influence the decision to purchase processed zalacca products, to find out the stages of consumers switching to choose processed products compared to fresh salak, to find out how consumers get information on processed zalacca products. UD. Salacca's consumer perception of salak processed products is positive. Consumers continue to buy fresh salak even though they buy processed zalacca products they also buy fresh zalacca. The thing that influence consumers to decide buying both not only because of price and quality but also the condition of the consumer. Government Expenditure and poor has a correlation with economic growth. High government expenditure and low poor will increase economic growth. The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of government expenditure and poor to economic growth of North Sumatera. The research was quantitative analytic with secondary data with the time series obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) of North Sumatera. The result of the research showed that there was the positif influence of government expenditure variable to the variable economic growth. The result of the research also showed that there was the negative influence but not significant of poor variable to the variable economic growth.

PT. Kimia Farma is the first pharmaceutical industry company in Indonesia which was established by the Dutch East Indies Government in 1817. Where the purpose of this company is to generate profit for survival and collect enough funds for implementing business activities. To achieve this profit, of course, it must improve product quality and increase sales volume. Sales volume of PT. Kimia Farma Indonesia experienced fluctuations in 2009-2016. The formulation of the problem from this study is whether there is an influence of distribution costs and promotion costs on sales volume at PT. Kimia Farma Indonesia Tbk in 2009-2016. Then the goal is to find out the effect of distribution costs and promotion costs on sales volume at PT. Kimia Farma Indonesia Tbk in 2009-2016.The discussion in this study relates to financial accounting especially in the focus of cost accounting and financial management. Where will be discussed about distribution costs and promotion costs and their effects on sales volume. This research is quantitative with a type of comparative causal research. The research sample is population research, sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Source of data from the financial statements of PT. Kimia Farma Indonesia Tbk which is published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the website www.idx.com. Data is processed using the SPSS Version 22 program by carrying out descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heterocedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and determinant coefficient test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the study are partial (T test) stating that the tcount t table (2.788 2.045) and significance 0.05 (0.04 0.05), the distribution cost variable affects the sales volume in 2009-2016. While the variable cost of promotion is very influential on sales volume with a tcount ttable (18,540 2,045) with a significance of 0.05 (0,000 0,05). Simultaneously (F test) states that distribution costs and promotion costs together (simultaneous) affect the sales volume with a value of F_count F table (196.662 3.328) with a significance of 0,000 with a significance level of 5%.

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze empirically the effect of assets on the transactions of parties who have a relationship simultaneously and partially. And knowing the effect of inventory management can moderate the relationship between Acid test ratio (ATR) and Return on total Asset (ROA) with the related parties. The population in this study is taken from manufacturing companies (industrial and chemical sector) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2015 as many as 130 companies. The method used is a purposive sample method where the company that kreteria is 46 companies. The results of simultaneous research ATR (X1) and ROA (X2) have no significant effect to the Transaction of Parties with Related Parties (Y) Manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2015. Then partially ATR (X1) Transactions of related parties (Y), and ROA (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on the transactions of related parties (Y). And Variable inventory management (ITO and TATO) are not moderating variables that affect (strengthen or weaken) the relationship between ATR and ROA on the transactions of related parties.

Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan analisis data dengan metode structural equation modeling yang selanjutnya di gunakan sebagai metode analisis data untuk mengukur alih fungsi lahan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kecematan Kualuh Hilir Kabupaten Labuhan batu Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah metode kuantitatif yang di dukung dengan SEM. Data di kumpulkan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada para masyarakat di Desa Sungai Sentang Kecamatan Kualauh Hilir Kabupaten Labuhan batu Utara, untuk menganalisis data tersebut di gunakan metode SEM dengan bantuan software AMOS 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, usia panen, kesuburan tanah dan akses infrastruktur berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kesejahteran masyarakat, kemudian akses infrastruktur berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap alih fungsi lahan, kemudian usia panen dan kesuburan tanah mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap alih fungsi lahan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, kemudian alih fungsi lahan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat karena nilai P dari 0.05. Kata Kunci : usia panen, kesuburan tanah, akses infrastruktur, alih fungsi lahan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Abstract,This study aims to explain the analysis of data using the structural equation modeling method which is then used as a data analysis method to measure land use change and the welfare of the people of Kecuhan Kualuh Hilir, Labuhanbatu Utara Regency. The method used in collecting data is a quantitative method that is supported by SEM. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the community in Sungai Sentang Village, Kualauh Hilir Subdistrict, Labuhanbatu Utara District, to analyze the data using the SEM method with the help of AMOS 22 software. towards the welfare of the community, then access to infrastructure has no significant effect on land use change, then harvest age and soil fertility have a significant influence on land conversion and community welfare, then land conversion has a significant influence on people's welfare because the P value is 0.05. Abstrak,Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan pada CV. Omco Jaya Padangsidimpuan yang merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dan rendahnya disiplin kerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh hubungan kemanusiaan, tela dan pimpinan dan balas jasa/gaji. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh hubungan kemanusiaan, teladan pimpinan dan balas jasa/gaji terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada CV. Omco Jaya Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian in merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 responden. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan random sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,615 atau 61,5% menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kemanusiaan, teladan pimpinan dan balas jasa mempengaruhi disiplin kerja karyawan sebesar 61,5%, dan sisahnya 38,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam variabel X. Hubungan kemanusiaan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja yang dibuktikan oleh rhitungrtabel (2,2162,036), teladan pimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja dengan rhitungrtabel (2,5482,036), balas jasa/gaji berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja dengan rhitungrtabel (2,1482,036). Berdasarkan hasil Uji simultan (uji F) diperoleh nilai FhitungFtabel (19,617 2,26) dengan df 32, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan kemanusiaan, teladan pimpinan dan balas jasa/gaji berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Karyawan, Organisasi Abstract,This research is motivated by the low level of employee discipline on the CV. Omco Jaya Padangsidimpuan which is one of the keys to the success of an organization or company and the low work discipline of employees can be influenced by humanitarian relations, tela and leadership and reward / salary. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence humanitarian relations, leadership models and remuneration / salaries for employee work discipline on CV. Omco Jaya Padangsidimpuan. This research is quantitative research. The samples used in this study were 36 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The results obtained by R Square of 0.615 or 61.5% showed that humanitarian relations, leadership models and remuneration affect employee work discipline by 61.5%, and the remaining 38.5% influenced by other factors not included in variable X. Human relations effect on work discipline as evidenced by ritung rtable (2,216 2,036), exemplary leadership influences work discipline with r count rtable (2,548 2,036), remuneration / salary affect work discipline with r count r table (2,148 2,036). Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test) obtained the value of Fcount Ftable (19,617 2.26) with df 32, it can be concluded that humanitarian relations, leadership models and remuneration / salary influence simultaneously on employee work discipline.
