Strategy is a way to achieve an objective in our business. Business objective are generally for gain profit and to get capital. It is necessary to have competitive strategy in our business so we have competitive advantage compare to another corporation. There are three competitive strategy that is suggested by Porter. They are cost leadership, differentiation, and focus. On another hand, Mintzberg suggest two competitive strategy - differentiation and not differentiated. Islam also teach us about competitive strategy in doing our business. Three point that we have to concern when we discuss about business competition in Islamic point of view: every actors that involve in certain business, how to compete, and products that are competed by industry.

Technological development give positive impact to banking advances. ATM gives convenience for customers, but in fact there are many students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN Padangsiidmpuan not using ATM. The research usedÂ theory of Acceptable Model Technology (TAM). TAM is based on theory of reasoned action (TRA) which said that a person will receive a computer if the computer provides benefits to the user.Based on the results reseach obtained by regression equation PATM = 9,916 + 0,229Pe + 0,279Tr + 0,033Pr. The value of R square is 0,262 means 26,2% perceived ease of use, trust an perceived risk variables can explain that ATM utlization for students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN Padangsiidmpuan. For the hypothesis, partially (t test) show that perceived ease of use has tcount t table and significance Î± (2,4999 1,661 and 0,014 0,1) means perceived ease of use has significant effectÂ to ATM utilization. Trust has t count ttable (2,655 1,661) significance level Î± (0,009 0,1) means trust have significant effectÂ to ATM utilization. Perceived risk has t countt table and significant level Î± (0,525 1,661 and 0,601 0,1) meansÂ perceived risk has not significant effectÂ to ATM utilization. While simultaneously (F test) show that perceived ease of use, trust and perceived risk have Fcount F table (12,217 2,14) and significance level isÂ 0,000 Î± (0,1) means perceived ease of use, Trust and perceived risk simultaneously have significant effect toÂ ATM utilization.

Abstrak,Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Padangsidimpuan masih sangat rendah, gejala yang kurang baik. Seperti, penyelesaian tugas yang tidak sesuai dengan target dan tidak tepat waktu, kualitas kerja yang kurang maksimal, menghambat kerja , serta rendahnya tanggungjawab dalam penyelesaian tugas. Maka salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai salah satunya adalah teknologi informasi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi bukan lagi merupakan kemewahan tapi keharusan. Sebab itu, perlu dilihat apakah ada pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya angket, analisisnya dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (Ha diterima) dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung t table = 2,194 2,098 kemudian dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,376 yang artinya sebesar 37,6% menunjukkan bahwa variable system informasi manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Padangsidimpuan. Sedangkan sisanya 62,4% dipengaruhi oleh paktor lain.Â Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Kinerja, PegawaiÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Abstrak,The performance of employees at the Ministry of Religion Office in Padangsidimpuan City is still very low, the symptoms are not good. Such as, the completion of tasks that are not in accordance with the target and not on time, the quality of work that is less than optimal, inhibits work, and low responsibility in the completion of tasks. So one of the factors that influence employee performance is information technology, the use of information technology is no longer a luxury but a necessity. Therefore, it needs to be seen whether there is an influence of the management information system on the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religion Office in Padangsidimpuan City. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â This research is a quantitative research, data collection techniques questionnaire, the analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results of the analysis indicate that there are significant differences (Ha accepted) as evidenced by the value of t count t table = 2.194 2.098 then from the calculation of the coefficient of determination of 0.376 which means 37.6% indicated that the management information system variable affected the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religion Office in Padangsidimpuan City. The relationship between producers and consumers is mutually beneficial where the quality of products becomes an attraction in making consumer buying decisions. Good product quality can help consumers make consumer buying decisions, so that consumers can be attracted to a product that is produced by a company will encourage consumers to purchase products with the quality and quantity offered by the research problem formulation is whether product quality has an effect on the decision of consumers to buy, to determine the effect of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Pertani (Persero) Marketing Unit of Padangsidimpuan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, using the SPSS Version 22.0 program. obtained the results of regression measurements with the equation KM = 12,363 + 0,519KP and R square data is 0,491 this means that the product quality variable is able to explain the consumer decision variables bought at PT. Pertani (Persero) Padangsidimpuan Marketing Unit is 49.1%, while the remaining 50.9% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Hypothesis testing shows that there is a significant effect of product quality variables on consumer purchasing decisions, where t table (1,674) ≤ thitung (7,151).

One way that can be done to build the local economy is through increased UMKM. Existence of UMKM simply can not be in doubt, because it has proven able to survive as an economic driver in the event of a crisis. On the other hand, has many limitations and require care and support to enable the business directional link. Problems faced UMKM in all areas is almost the same, that is; limited working capital, the quality of human resources is low, productivity and product quality is low, and the lack of mastery of science and technology.To resolve these issues, the need for a balance between the financial sector which is sufficient progress with the real sector (UMKM). in several ways, namely;First, the need for a partnership program for businesses that have not bankable,The second, in terms of management, UMKM desperately need a companion who acts as advisors to enhance capacity building.Third, the popularity of Islamic financial institutions need to be improved.

Abstrak,Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kualitas pelayanan RSUD Gunung Tua yang menyebabkan terdapat keluhan masyarakat sehingga kepuasan tidak terpenuhi. Fenomena masalah tersebut terdapat pada berita “Harian Analisa” menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan RSUD kurang baik termasuk diantaranya ketersediaan obat bagi pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Gunung Tua Kecamatan Portibi Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan kuesioner (angket) dengan jumlah sampel 100 pasien. Alat analisis menggunakan alat bantu komputer dengan menggunkan program SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution) versi 23. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan metode uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi R2, dan uji parsial (uji t). Hasil penelitan diperoleh R square sebesar 0,196 atau 19,6% yang berarti variabel kepuasan pasien dapat dijeaskan oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan sebesar 19,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 80,4% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian dari uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap yang dibuktikan dengan thitung ttabel (4,881 1,660). Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pasien, Rumah Sakit Abstract,The background of the problem in this study was the lack of quality of services at Gunung Tua Hospital which caused community complaints that satisfaction was not fulfilled. The phenomenon of the problem found in the news "Harian Analisa" shows that the quality of services provided by hospitals is not good, including the availability of medicines for patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at Gunung Tua Hospital, Portibi District, North Padang Lawas Regency. This research is quantitative research. The data sources used are primary data with observation data collection techniques and questionnaires (questionnaires) with a sample size of 100 patients. The analytical tool uses computer aids by using the SPSS program (Statistical Product And Service Solution) version 23. Data analysis techniques are used with the normality test method, linearity test, simple linear regression test, determination coefficient test R2, and partial test (t test) . The research results obtained R square of 0.196 or 19.6%, which means that the variable patient satisfaction can be explained by the variable quality of service by 19.6% while the remaining 80.4% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. The results of the research from the partial test (t test) showed that the quality of service had an effect on the satisfaction of inpatients as evidenced by tcount t table (4.881 1.660). Subsidy become a popular topic in our country. According to Indonesian government, subsidy was imposed by government all this time. That was not quite appropriate because it can also impose APBN. At the end, it can obstruct development in economic sector. The government needs to take a policy to reduce or remove subsidy slowly. The impact of reducing and removing subsidy of BBM and TDL will be rise the price of BBM followed by the rise of basic needs. That will be imposing people. Especially when the purchasing power of people is low. Meanwhile, in Islamic view the legal base of subsidy is mubah both for energy and non energy subsidy. Government have responsible to welfare people. But, government have a duty to give the subsidy of BBM and TDL or give them freely. That is why, it is important to understand subsidy in Islam view.

Abstrak,Pembiayaan untuk pengusaha mikro di PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan adalah pembiayaan dengan akad murabahah. Nasabah pembiayaan murabahah merupakan pengusaha mikro yang sewaktu-waktu tidak dapat melunasi kewajiban dengan alasan tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui cara penyelamatan dan penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah dengan analisa jaminan di PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di lapangan, menunjukkan bahwa proses penyelamatan dan penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah dengan analisis jaminan pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan diselesaikan dengan 2 (dua) tahapan. Pertama, apabila nasabah sudah masuk pada kategori kolektibilitas empat dan lima, maka PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan akan memberikan surat pemberitahuan I, II dan III. Kedua, apabila tidak ada konfirmasi setelah surat pemberitahuan III, maka nasabah akan berurusan langsung dengan Account Maintenance. Walaupun sudah dinilai bermasalah, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan tidak langsung melelang jaminan begitu saja. PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Padangsidimpuan masih memberikan kelonggaran waktu kepada nasabah untuk menjual sendiri jaminannya sebelum dilelang oleh bank.Â Kata kunci: Penyelamatan, Penyelesaian, Pembiayaan Bermasalah, MurabahahÂ Abstract,Financing for micro entrepreneurs in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch is financing with a murabahah contract. Murabahah financing customers are micro entrepreneurs who cannot pay their obligations at any time. The purpose of this research is to find out how to save and settle problem financing with guarantee analysis at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study obtained data using secondary data by reviewing books that became reference sources and primary data from the informants of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch in accordance with the title of the researcher. The data collection techniques in this study through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted in the field, shows that the process of rescue and completion of financing problems with the analysis of guarantees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch completed with 2 (two) stages. First, if the customer has entered the four. Second, if there is no confirmation after notification letter III, the customer will deal directly with Account Maintenance. Â and five collectibility categories, then the PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch will provide notification letters I, II and III. Although it has been considered problematic, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch did not immediately auction guarantees. PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch of Padangsidimpuan still gives customers time to sell their own guarantees before being auctioned by the bank.Â Keywords: Rescue, Settlement, Problem Financing, Murabahah

Goals to be achieved in the activities of Islamic Money Market article in the success of the MEA where the money market is a target for the smooth running of the business and to grow the business in a free market program MEA. In this paper the author focuses on money market instruments as money market shari'a is an Islamic banking facilities and financial institutions. With literature study authors apply the main source of this article, regarding various provisions of studies that have been done before, and is supported by a study published by various institutions in the form of journals and other scientific studies. The results of this paper are financial markets can be concluded that the business made easy by the financial markets that led to trade foreign exchange and capital flow running smoothly between countries or companies. Without the financial markets, the borrower money (creditors) will have difficulty in finding debtors who are willing to lend to him.

The background of this study is a phenomenon that occurs in students of the Islamic Economics Department of the Padangsidimpuan State Islamic Institute who have an interest in becoming an entrepreneur / entrepreneur. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of capital and skills on students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs. This study aims to determine the effect of capital and skills on students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs. The usefulness of this research is to increase knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, as an input to becoming more advanced and motivated entrepreneurs to increase students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs. This study discusses the theories relating to entrepreneurship science, namely the theoretical approach regarding students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs who are influenced by capital and skill factors. This research was conducted in February 2017 in the Department of Islamic Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic State Institute of Padangsidimpuan. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were students of the Islamic Economics Department from 2013 to 2015. The samples in this study were 88 respondents. Data sources were obtained from primary data with data collection techniques, namely distributing questionnaires to students of the Department of Islamic Economics from 2013 to 2015 at random. Test instruments using validity and reliability tests. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test and heterocedasticity test. Testing the hypothesis used is a statistical test simultaneously (F test) and a statistical test partially (t test) with a significant level of α = 10%. The test results with multiple linear regression analysis obtained ME equation = 9,249 + 0,253M + 0,444S. Simultaneous test results obtained Fcount = 29,887 Ftable = 2,366 with a significant level of 0,000 0,1 this can be concluded that capital and skills have a significant effect on students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs. Partial test results obtained tcount Ttable = 3.483 1.663 which indicates that there is an influence of capital towards students 'interest in becoming entrepreneurs and there is influence of skills on students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs with partial test results obtained tcount ttable = 4.541 1.663.
