Pneumonia is "the leading killer of children worldwide" and is often neglected so that pneumonia is called the forgotten killer of children. Among the five deaths in children under five, one of them was caused by pneumonia. Pneumonia risk factors can come from environmental factors such as exposure to cigarette smoke and the host in the form of poor nutritional status. Knowing the relationship between exposure to cigarette smoke and the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers and knowing the relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of pneumonia in. This research is a research using the method of literature review. Data obtained from secondary data using documentation techniques. Data documentation is based on journals related to research variables. There is a relationship between nutritional status in children under five with the incidence of pneumonia in children under five. Abstract

ABSTRACT The umbilical cord is an essential life-sustaining support that represents a strong connection to the fetomaternal interface, functioning to support fetal development and fetal neuro-motor development. When the baby is born, the umbilical cord is cut, and there is a residual stump that must dry and fall off by day 5 to 15 after birth. In the active management of the third stage of labor, the World Health Organization (1998) recommends clamping the umbilical cord early for 1 minute. While The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends delaying the clamping of the umbilical cord early / immediately after the baby is born, so when is the best time to clamp the umbilical cord after the baby is born is still controversial. This study aims to determine the effect of delayed umbilical cord clamping on newborns. Either positive or negative impact. Methods: Literature search involving the Science Direct database and published articles published between 2016-2021 with the key words effect the timing of umbilical cord Clamping; Results: 7 articles discussed the effect of the timing of umbilical cord clamping in infants. The results in the analysis revealed the impact of delaying umbilical cord clamping, both positive and negative impacts. Conclusion: Delayed cord clamping of more than 5 minutes has been shown to have lower residual placental blood volume. This is associated with higher ferritin levels and hemoglobin levels. Researchers chose to use a cord clamping time of more than 5 minutes (more than 60%) because delayed cord clamping in newborns is a vulnerable part of the population. It is important to continue to investigate further to identify the impact of delayed clamping on infants.

Abstract

Background : One of the problems often faced by young women is menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). The rate of dysmenorrhea in the world is very large, on average more than 50% of women in every country experience dysmenorrhea. In Indonesia, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is found as much 64.25%, most commonly found in adolescents. Altough generally harmless, it can interfere with daily activities. In addition to using pharmacology, dysmenorrhea can be overcome with non-pharmacological techniques, namely by doing dysmenorrhea exercises. Objective : To determine the effect of dysmenorrhea exercise on pain scale during dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls in Kenayan Hamlet, Wedomartani, Ngemplak, Sleman DIY. Methods : The research design used a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test design without control. The subjects of the study were the young women of the village of Kenayan who experienced dysmenorrhea as many as 38 respondents. Pain scale is measured by NRS. Statistical test using T-Tes Pired Test. Results : The pain scale before the dysmenorrhea exercise is done 5,00 ±1727 (1-9) and after the dysmenorrhea exercise is done it is 2,00±1,109 (0-4). Based on the Paired T-Test, it is known that the p-value = 0,000. Conclusion : There is an effect of dysmenorrhea exercise on the scale of dysmenorrhea in young women in the village of Kenayan. Abstract

In cardiac patients with prolonged hypertension, it can increase the occurrence of diastolic dysfunction or systolic dysfunction which ultimately causes heart failure. LVH is an increase in left ventricular mass caused by thickening of the left ventricular wall, an increase in left ventricular volume or both. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of diastolic dysfunction in LVH patients using echocardiography at Hasna Medika Hospital Cirebon. The author used a descriptive method on 60 LVH patients as research subjects with the majority of women as many as 40 (67%). The time of the study was carried out in May-June 2021. Based on the results of the study, it was found that concentric LVH was the most common with 56 people (93%), remodeling concentric LVH with 2 people (3%), and eccentric with 2 people (3 %). In subjects with decreased diastolic dysfunction can be seen from the E/A. Of the 60 subjects in this study, 39 people had decreased LV function. There were 39 people with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, 2 people with grade 2 diastolic dysfunction, and no grade 3 diastolic dysfunction found. The conclusion was that concentric LVH was found in 93% of the total sample, remodeling concentric in 3%, and eccentric in 3%
