Abstract

Diabetes mellitus in pregnancy will cause a bad influence on the mother, among others, withhidramnion pregnancy, toxemia gravidarum, infection, and ketoacidosis. The effect on thechildren, is a congenital disorder, respiratory failure syndrome, fetal death in utero, hyperbilirubinemia, macrosomia, hypoglycemia, and hypocalcemia. On labor may occur atonicuterus, uterine inseria, shoulder dystocia, stillbirth, termination of labor with action. This studyaims to identify factors that influence maternal whether the occurrence of gestational diabetesmellitus. This study was an observational analytic study with case control method, the entire population ispregnant women who visited the hospital Goeteng Tarunadibrata Purbalingga in 2015. Thesample in this study were all pregnant women aged over 24 weeks of pregnancy were divided intogroups of cases are mothers pregnant gestational diabetes and control groups, namely pregnantwomen who did not have gestational diabetes. The sample size in this study was calculated usingthe formula rule of thumb and diadaptkan each group of 50 samples. Data were analyzed usingChi-square test. The results showed factors parity over a significantly (p <0.005) risk 3,622 times the incidence ofgestational diabetes mellitus, factor the number of pregnancies was significantly (p <0.005) at riskof 4.827 times the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus, obesity factor did not have asignificant influence (p> 0.005) on the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus, factors ofrecurrent infections was significantly (p <0.005) risk 3,273 times the incidence of gestationaldiabetes mellitus, factor family history of diabetes was significantly (p <0.005) risk 2,935 timesthe incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus Keywords: Factors pregnant women, gestational diabetes

Abstract

The main causes of neonatal mortality or neonatal in the world 23% are born with neonatal asphyxia andtrauma.Faktor which is known to be the cause of neonatal asphyxia in newborns, including the factor of themother, the umbilical cord and the baby. According to a survey conducted by researchers at the HospitalGoetheng Tarunadibrata Purbalingga in 2014 there were 477 cases of neonatal asphyxia from 5680 deliveries(8.4%), then in 2015 increased to 848 from 5862 deliveries (14.5%). The purpose of this study to determine the factors maternal age and gestational age with maternal neonatalasphyxia in hospitals Goetheng Tarunadibrata Purbalingga Year 2015. This research is an analytic correlationwith sampling control.Teknik case approach in this study using a quota sampling, sample of this research is allnew babies born in hospitals Goetheng Tarunadibrata in 2015 by 100 respondents. Measuring instruments usedmaster table and type of data is secondary data. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate with chi-square. The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal age, gestational age with neonatal asphyxia indicated with p value of each ie (0.024) (0.032) Keywords: Factors maternal, neonatal asphyxia

The physiological changes that occur in neonates heaviest is the transmission of the placentainto the fetal circulation or respiration independently. Factors affecting the normaltransmission of this or that increases asphyxia (state hypoxemia, hypercapnia, and acidosis)fetus will affect the adjustment of the fetus to life extrauterine Interference in breathing canoccur there is a new baby is born, one of which is caused by a factor mother of them arerelated with blood pressure is hypotension or preeclampsia (Masyita Dea, 2014) Based onthe pre-survey conducted on February 1 until March 4, 2016 in General Hospital Cilacapshows there are 221 maternal, from record data medic there were nearly 9.95% of maternaldisease associated with blood pressure that is consecutive gestational hypertension 6 cases, severe preeclampsia 12 cases, 4 cases mild pre-eclampsia, and even two cases of HELLPsyndrome to be at risk of neonatal respiratory disorders (RM Hospital Cilacap, 2016) Objective of the research are : 1) Determine the incidence of maternal blood pressure inCilacap General Hospital in 2016. 2) Determine the incidence of respiratory Newborn inHospital Cilacap 2016. 3) Knowing Relations maternal blood pressure Systole withrespiratory Newborn in Hospital Cilacap year 2016. 4) Knowing Relations diastolic bloodpressure with respiratory maternal Newborn in Cilacap General Hospital in 2016. Abstract

ow Case Detection Rate (CDR) could be interpreted that there are many cases of pulmonary tuberculosis that has not been detected and given the treatment, so it can be a source ofinfection for people in the neighborhood, so it needs an increase in efforts to find active case(MOH, 2011) , Delays in treatment lead to the transmission, as well as the impact the increasedrisk of disease transmission. So search delays pulmonary TB treatment resulted in increasednumbers of cases of pulmonary TB. Objectives of this study was to analyze the delay of treatment seeking behaviorof Pulmonaru TB patients in Banyumas Regency. The study design using analytic descriptivestudy. Samples in this study were patients who had intensive phase of TB treatment (first 2 months)in Primary Helath care center of Banyumas regency. The sample size of this study were 102respondents, purposive sampling technique was used in this study. In which the variables includes:age, sex, occupation, family income, education, marital status, knowledge, perception and delayseeking treatment of TB patients. Analysis of this study was use simple logistic regression andlinear regression. The result of this study shows that the majority of pulmonary TB patients were not delayin seeking of treatment. It was about 56 respondents (54.9%). There is influence between age, occupation, family income, education level, knowledge, perception and the delay treatmentseeking behavior of pulmonary TB patients in Banyumas Regency.
