Human Immunideficiency Virus (HIV) can be transmitted through a variety ofways, one is through transmission from the mother to her unborn child / mother to childtransmission (MTCT). According to the risk factors, the spread of AIDS in Indonesia January-June 2012 was dominated by heterosexuals 82.6%, 6.6% of injecting drug users, MSM asmuch as 3.6%, and 4.2% mother to child. The purpose of this research is to examine how theimplementation of the program for prevention of HIV / AIDS from mother to baby orPrevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) in the city of Bengkulu. This researchuses the description exploratory study with a qualitative approach, conducted at the VCTclinic Hospital Dr. M.Yunus Bengkulu. Subject or primary informants in this research arepregnant women with HIV acquired the snowball technique and secondary informant astriangulation is the executive officer in the VCT clinic. The analysis showed the limitednumber of human resources for PMTCT program in RS M Yunus so it still takes energycounselors and activity funds for promotive not been allocated, in addition to the activitiesthey lead to VCT yet to PMTCT and socialization PMTCT is still within the scope of anindividual when pregnant women PLWHA consul in VCT and not run when the ANC inother health care (17 T is not already running). Based on this is expected to improve thequality of human resources and also implementing PMTCT programs for relevant agencies tosupport policies and is committed to the program and the budget allocation socializationPMTCT program to health centers in the province of Bengkulu.

Diet is an overview of the kind, number, and composition of food eaten every dayby the people that are characteristic of a particular group of people, the importance of the typeand content of food in order to avoid an increase in cholesterol, especially in patients withstroke. This research aimed to investigate the relationship between diet and cholesterol levelsin patients with stroke in hospitals Argamakmur. This research was a descriptive analyticcross sectional design. From the results of Chi-square (X2) X2 obtained count (6.9633)> X2tables (3,841), means there was relationship between diet with cholesterol levels in strokepatients in Arga Makmur Hospital of North Bengkulu. The result of this research wasexpected to respondents in Arga Makmur Hospital always follow a diet that was given inorder to speed up the healing process.

Pneumonia is one of the causes of infant mortality. The percentage of pneumonia inIndonesia in 2009 increased (49.23%) and in 2010, falling to (39.38%) of the number ofinfants in Indonesia. In as many as 16.401 cases of Bengkulu province. The high incidence ofpneumonia were found in 214 cases Curup health center. The purpose of this study determinethe relationship of the factors associated with the incidence of pneumonia in infants CurupWork Area Health Center in 2013. This study used a case-control method with a number of38 samples were taken in total control sampling and 38 samples were taken by simple randomsampling. The place and time of the study, in Curup Health Center in January 2014. Retrievalof data using a data collection sheet was analyzed using Chi-square. Univariate analysisshowed almost all of the infants (89.5%) did not LBW, most of the infants (65.8%) hadcomplete immunization status and most of the infants (68.4%) were exclusively breastfed. Inbivariate analysis showed that risk factors have a relationship with the pneumonia is exclusivebreastfeeding (OR = 3.714), immunization status (OR = 3.375) and the risk factors associatedwith pneumonia is not LBW(OR = 0.521).

Based on the incidence of bronchitis in hospital Dr.M. Yunus Bengkulu inJanuary-July of 2013 found the incidence of as many as 1,050 cases of bronchitis . Bronchitiscauses and risk factors are smoking , exposure to pollution , infection , heredity , and socialstatus . The results of this survey to be one of the reasons to investigate the associationbetween smoking and exposure to pollution with bronchitis incidence in Polyclinic HospitalLung Dr.M. Yunus Bengkulu 2014 . The study design used was cross sectional . Thispopulation was all patients who came to the Polyclinic Hospital Lung Dr.M. Yunus Bengkulu. The number of samples in this study were 153 patients who were taken with accidentalsampling technique . To examine the relationship between the dependent and independentvariables used chi-square test , with univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed thatmost of the respondents ( 65.4 % ) who had a habit of smoking and almost sebagiaan ofrespondents ( 29.4 % ) exposed to pollution . Chi-square test analysis on the relationship ofsmoking to the incidence of bronchitis obtained p value = 0.000 means that there is asignificant relationship between the relationship of smoking with the incidence of bronchitis inthe clinic Dr.M Yunus Bengkulu Lung Hospital and the relationship with the incidence ofbronchitis pollution exposure obtained p value = 0.161 means that there is no significantrelationship between exposure to pollution relationship with the incidence of bronchitis in theclinic Lung Hospital Dr.M Yunus Bengkulu. It is expected that the hospital can do counselingand put up posters about the effects of smoking and exposure to pollution with the incidenceof bronchitis in order to decrease the incidence of bronchitis .

The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between physical activityand the incidence of central obesity and heart disease clinic patients in Hospital Dr. M. YunusBengkulu 2014. This research is a cross-sectional method and sampling conducted byaccidental sampling technique. Independent variables (physical activity) and the dependentvariable (central obesity). Total population of 5,021 people with a total study sample was 96people. Results showed that there is a relationship between physical activity and the incidenceof central obesity (p = 0.000). It is expected that the clinic nurse to be able to improve thequality of health services, especially in patients who are at risk of central obesity andpreventive improvement can be done by preventing the increase in central obesity bychanging one's lifestyle by increasing activity on a regular basis.

One of the effects is not maintaining hygiene during menstruation is able to hitkankes Rahim neck (cervical). Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO),cervical cancer is the second most cancer in women aged 15-45 years after breast cancer. Noless than 500,000 new cases with 280,000 patient deaths occur each year worldwide.Indonesia was ranked first by the victims died at least 555 women per day and 200,000women annually. This study aims to determine the correlation between knowledge andattitude towards personal hygiene during menstruation action at SMAN 2 Bengkulu City. Thisresearch is descriptive analytic. The number of respondents 84 people with a samplingtechnique that stratified random sampling. Presentation of data is done by using a frequencydistribution table. The collection of data taken using a questionnaire. The data were analyzedusing univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square.The results showed that therespondents are classified as good knowledge of (54.8%), attitude unfavorabel or does notsupport (53.6%), and the biggest acts (52.4%) is good. From the bivariate analysis were foundno correlation between knowledge against acts of personal hygiene during menstruation (p =0.794), and no relation attitude towards personal hygiene actions during menstruation (p =0.975).Required role of schools, educators, parents to be more proactive in enhancingknowledge and useful information about the process of menstruation and how to maintainhygiene during menstruation.

KB formulated as an effort to increase awareness and public participation under theage limit of marriage, birth control, fostering family resilience, improving the welfare of thefamily to realize a small family happy and prosperous (BKKBN, 2011). The purpose of this studyto determine the relationship of Knowledge, Number of Children (Parity) and Age WithInjectable Contraceptive Use In Puskesmas Megang District of North Lubuklinggau IILubuklinggau 2014. This study used a survey method with cross sectional Analytical. With atotal population of 325 people. Sampling by means of random sampling. The respondents are allover acceptors in Puskesmas Megang District of North Lubuklinggau II Lubuklinggau 2014totaling 65 people. From the research of 65 respondents obtained knowledge with the use ofinjectable contraceptives, respondents Knowledge obtained the highest results wereknowledgeable enough respondents was 25 (38.5%) of respondents. From the research of 65respondents Number of respondents children obtained the highest results that respondents withthe number of children a little ≤ 2 there were 33 (50.8%) of respondents who use injectablecontraceptives. From the research of 65 respondents to the Age of respondents obtained thehighest results were age with low risk (age 20-35 years) amounted to 49 (75.4%) of respondentswho use injectable contraceptives. From the results of bivariate analysis showed no significantrelationship between knowledge and injectable contraceptives p value = 0.131, the results of thebivariate also showed no significant relationship between the number of children with CICs pvalue = 0.329 and the results of the bivariate also showed a significant relationship between ageCICs with p value = 0,040. Results of this research are expected to be a driving force for healthworkers, especially Puskesmas Megang District of North Lubuklinggau II Lubuklinggau toprovide education on contraception mamfaat to adjust the spacing births.

Based on data of BPS Yogyakarta in 2013, there were 63.291 teenagers between10-19 years old, 30.862 boys and 32.429 girls. In 2012, Yogyakarta had 2.52% of earlymarriages which occurred on the teenagers below 15 years old, 2.05% on age 16, and 14.30%between 17-18 years old. Pregnancy of young age correlated with maternal mortality. One ofthe main factors causing early marriage is attitude toward early marriage itself. This studyaims are to know attitude toward early marriage.This research is descriptive quantitative. Thepopulation on this research was the teenagers between 16 – 19 years old who were present,willingly, and randomly selected to be respondents. There were 100 teenagers. The instrumentfor the data collection was a questionnaire. In data analysis process, T-score was used tomeasure attitude. Attitude toward early marriage are half positive. Most respondents havepositive attitude toward meaning, causes, and impact of early marriage. Most respondentshave negative attitude toward overcoming early marriage.

The main indicatorof health in a country is mortality of mother rate. About 20-30%of pregnancy have the risk for baby and mother. It shows less degradation, so the service ofchild and mother health have to be improved. Antenatal care (ANC) have to be improvedbecause it represent the midwife first step to detect early complication. The standard of ANCconsist of 6 standard in applying of 14T’s operational. The one of factors is influencingpregnant mother to do ANC are responsiveness, reability, asurance, emphaty and tangible.The purpose of this research to know the relation of midwife services quality with ANC’s visitregularity of TM III pregnant mother on Puskesmas Penurunan work area in Bengkulu city at2013. This research type is descriptive-analitic with cross sectional approached. The samplewhich used in this research are all TM III pregnant mother at January-April, there are 44people. This research is execute on 2013th 30 May-30 June, use quesioner as primary data.This research result there are most responder said the services quality are less and mostrespondent didn’t do ANC visit regulary and there is indicate relation have meaning bitweeenthe midwife service’s quality with the regularity of ANC’ s visit of TM III pregnant mother(p=0,008) on Puskesmas Penurunan work area on Bengkulu city at 2013. The expected of thisresearch could be used as input to the health’s officer which related to regularity ANC’s visitof TM III pregnant mothers and the midwife quality’s service on Puskesmas Penurunan workarea on Bengkulu city at 2013.

Prevalence of hypertension in adult males was highest in PuskesmasBasuki Rahmat (16.2%) as many as 648 cases of hypertension patients which hasincreased compared to 2012 by 12% in cases of hypertension totaled 482 patients((Dinkes Kota, 2013). This study aims to determine the relationship of body massindex (BMI) and waist circumference (WC) with systolic blood pressure (BP) in adultmales in Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Bengkulu City in 2015. The study design wasdescriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Study location was in PuskesmasBasuki Rahmat City of Bengkulu. Samples were selected using purposive samplingtotalling 68 people. Criterias sample were being adult males who occupied inPuskesmas Basuki Rahmat City of Bengkulu, aged ≥ 18 years, agreed to beinterviewed,and able to communicate actively. Data were obtained include BMI, WCand systolic BP adult males and processed using computer software with pearsoncorrelation analysis.The results showed that there was relationship between BMI andsystolic BP (p = 0.0005; r = 0.395); between WC and systolic BP (p = 0.004 and r =0.347) in adult males. This study concluded that there was relationship between BMIand WC with systolic BP in adult males in Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat Bengkulu Cityin 2015.
