Abstract

The study aims to :1) describe of the history, and 2)describe of meaning of the relief stone in Muak Village subDistrict of Kerinci. The data sources are the primary andsecondary data. The data collected through the initial review, thestudy of literature, observation, interviews, documentation. Stonerelief is come from Neolithic age, purposing as a place of worshipand as a mement. the mean of the crowned man as the leader ortribal chief. Horses meaningful as mounts, vehicle, strength,freedom, and intelligence. Elephants meaningful as vehicles,towing goods, to be war, and as a symbol of strength andprotector. Abstract

Man likes a cat because a its looking beautiful, friendly, spoiled and friendly. However, some the people are not like it. The writer very love the animal therefore the purpose of work are to realize moment of a cat as the source of fun through step in your five steps of them; preparation, elaboration, synthesis, the realization the concept, and finishing the end terminated by held exhibition. Finally writer generate 7 work tapestri with a tittle, including: swathe color, a jungle cat, gaze plaintive, that look that the up anger, angry, character, a mixture. Recommended to collage students and citizens to be more developed technique and object tapestri work in the future.Keywords: Cat, Tapestri, and soumak geordes technique

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the strategy of implementing artlearning in West Pendopo 1 Public Middle School. This research is qualitative in the form of qualitative with the presentation of descriptive data, in this study, researchers were present at the study site to obtain data through observation and interviews regarding the learning process of Fine Arts directly from the research site at West Pendopo 1 Public High School. The data obtained came from teachers who taught cultural arts and the principal of the West Pendopo 1 Junior High School in Muara Lintang Village, West Pendopo, East Java Lawang. Based on the focus of the problem under study is the implementation of art learning. Then the verbal data is taken from the sources through interview techniques and visual documentation in the form of photos from the implementation of art learning. Data analysis techniques are by reducing, carrying out data displays, and drawing conclusions. The findings of the study show that 1) The taxonomy of the learning method variable in the field of teaching strategy has gone well enough where the teacher prepares the lesson plan first and implements learning in accordance with the lesson plan made. 2) The implementation of strategies for delivering art teaching in SMP N 1 West Pendopo still uses simple media due to limited facilities. 3) Implementation of management of fine arts learning at West Pendopo 1 Junior High School at the beginning of learning teachers carry out activities that can increase student motivation and to measure learning progress teacher students give tests at the end of learning material. Then from that it can be concluded that the implementation of art learning in the form of the West Pendopo 1 Junior High School, it had run quite wellKeywords: Learning taxonomy of variables, Organizing learning, Presenting learning, managing learning, Organizing learning.

Abstract

Abstract Components in the implementation of learning art constrained by the "many" are: (a) Using the learning resources that have been, (b) Using instructional media / lab equipment that has been determined, (c) Present the subject matter systematically. (3) assessment of learning achievements of art students in the category of "moderate" with an average score of 2.80. Component activities art assessment of learning achievement of students who get the constraint that "many" are: (a) Assess the learning outcomes appropriate based on predetermined criteria, (b) Check the answer / provide achievement test scores based on the indicators / criteria of performance been determined, (c) to analyze the results. (4) the follow-up assessment of learning achievement of students in the category of "moderate" with an average score of 3.00. All components also are in the medium category. Abstract

This final work aims to visualize the symbols of Minangkabau in painting, with the aim of learning to get to know more about Minangkabau culture that should be deserved to be preserved. The embodiment of the painting displays characters or objects that represent the theme or in accordance with the concept of the author's work. Methods and steps in the process of cultivation work begins with preparation, elaboration, synthesis, concept realization until presented to the public through the exhibition. This final work gives sensitivity to the community of art lovers to Minangkabau culture in the form of values contained depth which is depicted through 10 (ten) titles of painting.Kata Kunci: Simbol-Simbol Minangkabau, Seni Lukis

Abstract

can not improve student learning outcomes to the fullest. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes using media power point with conventional media? This research includes the experimental research, the study population are students of SMAN 1 Tarab River Plains. The sample in this study was a class IX student of the school year 2013/2014 consisting of 2 classes, the experimental class and the control class. Class IX science class experiment 2 while the control class IX IPA 1 the number of students consisting of 40 people. Processing data using SPSS version 16. Analysis using t-tests on the experimental class and the control class. With an average test result of learning, tests of normality, homogeneity and hypotheses. The results of the study addressed that there are differences in learning outcomes of students in learning activities of media power point with conventional media in SMAN 1 TarabRiver Plains.Kata Kunci : hasil belajar, materi seni rupa, media power point

Abstract

The main purpose of this research was to test whether there was any influence from the use of Explicit Instruction learning model to the students' learning outcomes in Art learning in SMP N 4 Padang. The research method used was quantitative research type quasi experiment. The population in the study is all students of SMP N 4 Padang. While the sample was a class VIII students who are following the material of learning art. In sampling, the technique used was purpose random sampling. While for data analysis technique, this research use hypothesis test by using t test with level of significant 0.05. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the results of student learning in SMP N 4 Padang in the experimental class in the learning applying the Explicit Instruction model, it gets higher learning outcomes when compared to the control class in the learning has not applied the Explicit instruction model.Keywords : Model Explicit Instruction, and Student Learning Results

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the influence of the use of cooperative learning model type tipe STAD toward motivation and outcomes studied fine arts students Junior High School 30 of Padang. The research method used was the research experiments with quantitative approach. The population of this research is all students Junior High School 30 of Padang with samples is Class VII. 4 and VII. 8 in the sampling method is purposive random sampling. This research data analysis using SPSS program v. 16.0 through t-test, with data collection methods, namely tests and questionnaires. Based on testing hypotheses 1 and 2, show the results that the existence of significant influence in the use of cooperative learning model type tipe STAD towards motivation and student learning outcome.Kata kunci: kooperatif, STAD, motivasi, hasil belajar

Abstract

The aim of this research is to: 1) describe the basic concepts of Studio Songket ErikaRianti revitalization motifs, 2) describe the revitalization process of Studio Songket ErikaRianti weaving techniques, 3) describe the Studio Songket ErikaRianti dyeing process, 4) classify the Studio Songket ErikaRianti songket products of revitalization. This research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data source of this research is, the primary data in the form of testimony from Studio Songket ErikaRianti and secondary data in the form of writing and literature reference library. Data were collected by means of observation, interviews, documentation and reference collection. Research findings that there are several stages in the process of revitalization of the ancient Minangkabau songket in the form of Studio Songket ErikaRianti revitalization motifs, techniques of weaving, dyeing process and product of revitalization.Kata kunci: process, revitalization, songket, antique, Minangkabau

Abstract

Mask has its own charm, has a variety of unique types and shapes, each mask also has a variety of characteristics that reflect the nature of humans. The purpose of lifting about masks is through artwork, artists can convey messages and goals to be conveyed, because artwork is the language of an artist. Likewise with the author, through the final task entitled, "Topeng As Inspiration In Graphic Art Work With Relief Print Techniques" has the following objectives: Visualize the mask in various forms and different motions into the work of graphic art with relief print techniques. From the various search results, the authors create works with the title: searching, camouflage, selfish vs. true self, change, many roles, opposite, balloon, released, united, and opened.Keywords: Mask, Graphic Art, Print Relief.
