Abstract

Abstract This thesis aims to telling the story of the fighters who have fallen and aimed to revitalize the service to the present heroes who have forgotten history. in this case I think that the portrait depicts minangkabau hero, the next generation will remember kenbali about heroes struggle, because the current generation will not forget the history of both struggle and heroes. the struggle of the heroes who have risked their body and soul, from generation generation ker then finally on the date August 17, 1945 Ir.sukarno and Mohammad proclaimed the independence of Indonesia. Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Nareh, Pariaman. Aim to get information form motifs and embroidery techniques pasumandan shirt. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Collecting data in this study are primary data is embroidered shirt pasumandan and the craftsmen and secondary data from books and the internet. Research Conclusion: a source of ideas in a dress embroidered pasumandan of flora and geometric shapes. The names of the motifs form Shirt pasumandan bungo roses, jasmine Bungo, Bungo corals, leaf siriah, sidingin leaves, leaves, dankaluak pack, in Sabik, monks and wide swath. Techniques used in embroidery clothes pasumandan them with mechanical engineering manual (skewers straight and zigzag), manually or with a hand such as embroidered in gold thread with stab eel, embroidered sequins (puncture baste, OFF trail and both) and embroidery (straight, zigzag). Pasumandan clothes are clothes worn every woman who became the wife of the oneman.Keyword: form motifs, embroidery techniques, pasumandan shirt.

Abstract

This research is to describe the tecknik, motif and the right places of motifSulaman Bayangan Kagasa. As for the use of this research to describe the quantity and the quality of research which involved the teoritis and practice.This research use descriptive qualitative method. The instrument used isdescriptive qualitative analysis. The subject of this research in Sulaman Bayangan Kagasa.Based of the result of this research it can concludes that: (a) The tecknik of Sulaman Bayangan Kagasa is decorative tecknik. (b) The motif of Sulaman Bayangan Kagasa is flora and fauna natural decorative and geometris. (c) The right places of Sulaman Bayangan Kagasa ara triangle pattern, regtangle pattern, perimeter pattern. For the next researcher he can develop the descriptive qualitative method in research to know the perception of Sulaman Bayangan Kagasa crafters.Kata kunci: Studi, sulaman bayangan kagasa.

Abstract

This final work examines the effects of authoritarian parenting patterns that parents apply to children who are brought to the motorcycle and then visualized in contemporary realist painting.The purpose of the creation of this final paper to visualize motorcycles as a metaphor of authoritarian parenting for the environment as well as in this work will be specifically for the authors of the author himself will be used as a visual language about the author's response to an authoritarian parenting style treated.The method of creating works of art, using five stages of preparation  stage, elaboration stage, synthesis stage, stage of concept, realization and completion stage and the last to hold the final work exhibition. In the creation of works, the author uses acrylic paint on canvas with brush stroke technique and uses colors that match the actual object color.Ten masterpieces made representing the theme in the toll tells the story of the expression of a child raised by parents by using authoritarian parenting that affects the child's behavior, mental stress, even some children who suffer from bipolar.Keywords: authoritarian parenting, painting, contemporary realist.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to improve student creativity in SMP N 11 Padang. This research is a class action research using pretests and observation research design. The data usage techniques used are tests and observations. The results of paired simple test conducted in the research class shows the results of the Tcount Sig value is 0,000. Medium value of GIS used is α = 0.005. According to the test value T then the value of Sig Tcount 0.000 smaller than the table sig Tcount value of 0.005.Then H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the use of projecy based learning models to enhance children's creativity in art work in SMP N 11 Padang.Keywords: project based learning, creative work

Abstract

Among the many leaders of West Sumatra artists who have recorded and on the pillowcase in the creative development of the arts in society today, there are still artists who have recorded figures of its existence. If the research is not done now, the artist traces the West Sumatra would be lost without any data at all. One of them is Nurdin B.S. The purpose of this study was (1) to explain the existence of Nurdin B.S. in art work, (2) to explain the existence of continuity and discontinuity Nurdin B.S. works in painting. Data sources of this study are oral sources as the primary source of direct spoken by informants and written sources as secondary sources. Data were collected using the methods of observation, interviews, documentation and browse the internet. The results showed that Nurdin B.S. has existence in the work of art that is influenced by factors: social institutions; artists factors, and society as a supporting factor. Later it was revealed that Nurdin B.S. experiencing discontinuity and continuity of work due to the condition of the people who do not support and sustain the demands of the economic factor in his artistic life.

Abstract

The purpose of the creation of this final work is to visualize the expression of the mother through the expression of expressionist painting. Mother figure of a remarkable woman for 9 months 10 days, struggling to risk his life for the salvation of the baby. The method of creation of artwork using five stages of preparation stage, elaboration stage, synthesis stage, stage of concept realization and completion stage and the last exhibition Painting .. Ten masterpiece was visualized The mother's struggle for her child was not fully reciprocated. Evidently there are some children who are not filial to parents, especially mothers. In running a life it is not appropriate for a child to sue, scold and say harshly to his mother. Abstract

Older generation Minangkabau remember the various pamenan (game)I've ever played. There are some traditional games such Minangkabau; SipakRago, Ulu Ambek, Alang-alang (Darek and Pasisia), Randai (Silek), Buru Babi, and there are many traditional games scattered in West Sumatra. Game scattered in various places in Minangkabau. Perhaps hundreds, have the same role of play but different naming, play from one place to another.Traditional games were loaded philosophy of life, a variety of messagesand teachings of manners, morals and behavior. Through this game one can realize that he was not living alone in the community, and if there is a problem should be discussed in advance. By the very nature of traditional games played in groups, it can form the characters themselves are spirited leadership, togetherness, and high social spirit.Creation aims to visualize how Sipak Rago today are marginalized bymodernisation, in addition to the creation aims back to remember about the meaning contained in Sipak Rago very useful for anyone.Furthermore, techniques or methods used in making this thesis isserigraphy technique, which is a technique that is produced from silk stretch open to the plane of the mold is then filtered by using Squez made of rubber material as a tool for transferring ink from the screen to the print range. In the activity and the process of making the work is done, gave birth to the work of different, but each piece has a relationship with one another which are held together because they have a theme, an idea, a similar concep.After conducting a series of lengthy process of creating it creates tengraphic art with serigraphy techniques on paper are: 1) Urang-urang Sawah, 2) Rago Usang, 3) Ditepi Kehancuran, 4) Tergantingan, 5) Trophy, 6) Dirantai, 7) The End, 8) Basamo, 9) Perjuangan, 10) Digemari. Through the works of graphic art themed Sipak Rago, is expected to art students after seeing the work of authors can be uplifting in the work of art, can be used as a reference to create graphic art work better in the future.Kata Kunci: Tergantikan, Basamo, Dirantai

Abstract

Problems were found in the Embroidery Business Hj. Rosma wasHj. Rosma as teachers form motifs, processing techniques and color combinations on this effort has died, along with many students Hj. Rosma who has resigned. This led the authors perceived its own concerns with the preservation of shape motifs, processing techniques and color combinations on Embroidery Business Hj. Rosma.Method this study was to describe the shape of the motive,construction techniques, and the combination of colors of embroidery on embroidery Enterprises Hj. Rosma. The research method used descriptive qualitative method. The type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Data analysis is done by qualitative descriptive analysis, in which the author describes the data and researchresults in narrative form that is both creative and deep and showed the characteristics of a natural.The results of that study, the form contained in the embroidery motif embroidery business Hj. Rosma was Naturalist motifs form the plant and animal motifs such as leaves motif chain, Bungo Gadang, Tampuak Bungo, Kaluak Paku, Melati, Mawar, Anggrek, Kuda Laut, Ikan Mas and Kupukupu. Geometric motifs such as the motif rectangles, and circles. Embroidery techniques used there are two techniques: embroidery techniques suji cair and Kerancang (include: Kerancang Pusat, Kerancang Rel, Kerancang Kacau and Kerancang Kacang) color combinations of colorcombinations Analogus, Monocromatic and Complementer. Expected results of this embroidery craft products can be preserved and enhanced ability to compete and market share by providing training and knowledge about the understanding and way of making sketches of motifs, techniquesand color combinations.

Abstract

Ronggiang art is one of the traditional arts in the form of unrequited dance performances accompanied by music, ronggiang usually performed at wedding, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and other holidays. The purpose of making this work is to visualize the ronggiang art in realist painting in order to promote to the public that this art exists and should be preserved. The object of this work is related to musical instruments, dancers, and music players in ronggiang art. This final work consists of ten works with the titles: core I, core II, mairiang, gadih basanai, talatak, sarantak saayun, basingkadu, pandendang I, pandendang II and having fun together.Keywords: ronggiang, Painting, Realist.
