Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence changes in pickup coil and engine speed on fuel consumption in a 150 cc engine. The method used in this study is the experimental method or direct experimental method by varying the pickup coil position and engine speed. There are several conclusions from this research, namely: 1) The higher the engine speed for each time advancing the pickup coil position forward 1mm, forward 2 mm , and going forward 3 mm more wasteful of fuel consumption. 2) Compared to the position of standard pick up coil with 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm pick up coil, the fuel consumption is more wasteful. 3) Comparison between the 2mm and 1mm pickup coil times is more wasteful of fuel consumption than the standard pickup coil positions. 4) Compared between the 1 mm backward pickup coil with the standard condition, the fuel consumption is more efficient when the pickup coil retreated by 1 mm. 5) At the time of retreating the pick up coil the higher the motor rotation, the more efficient fuel consumption.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is an intense social protection program on providing cash assistance to households that meet the criteria of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). The goal of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in the short term is to reduce the burden of KSM (Very Poor Families) while in the long term it is expected to break the poverty chain between generations, so that the next generation can get out of poverty and be more prosperous. Based on the results of this study proposed a decision support system with the METHOD ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) which is one of the multi-criterion decision making methods based on the concept of outranking by using a paired comparison of alternatives based on each appropriate criteria. From the ELECTRE method, there is an alternative result that is less favourable, namely A1 with the result of 0, A2 with the result of 0, A3 with the result of 2, A2 with the result of 1 and A5 with the result of 4. Thus the A5 becomes the alternative with the highest value.

Abstract

Di Indonesia subsidi dibidang pangan menjadi instrumen kebijakan distributif pemerintah dalam membangun sektor pertanian. Implementasi kebijakan bersubsidi diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan komitmen pemerintah dalam mewujudkan swasembada pangan strategis semacam padi, gula, jagung dan lain-lain. Selama ini penentuan penerima bahan pangan bersubsidi untuk keluarga miskin masih belum selektif. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat menentukan siapa saja yang berhak menerima bahan pangan bersubsidi untuk keluarga miskin yang layak menerima bahan pangan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan salah satu produk perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan secara khusus untuk membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE) merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria berdasarkan pada konsep Outranking dengan menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan dari alternatif-alternatif berdasarkan setiap kriteria yang sesuai. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kondisi rumah, status rumah, penghasilan, pekerjaan, dan jumlah tanggungan. Sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP dan untuk databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisa Metode Electre dengan lima alternatif diperoleh alternatif ke-2 (A2) menjadi alternatif terpilih.

Abstract

Health development is directed at increasing awareness, willingness and ability to live for everyone so that the highest public health status can be realized. In the current era of regional autonomy where health development is the responsibility of the regional government, the regions must be able to regulate themselves, one of which is in fulfilling their drug needs. To fulfill the need for medicine, good processing and planning are needed. One of the facilities or facilities needed for optimal health services to the community is the need for support in the form of drug availability for basic health services to suit their needs. Backpropagation is a multilayer Artificial Neural Network training because the backpropagation method has three layers in the training process, namely the input layer, hidden layer and output layer, where backpropagation is the development of a single layer network (Single Screen Network) which has two layers, namely the input layer and output layer. The drug data used were 2010 to 2019. With a maximum epoch of 0-10000, learning rate 0.1 and target errors ranging from 0.01 to 0.003 to produce convergent results. The results of the prediction of the number of drugs after carrying out the training process and testing have increased and decreased.

Abstract

To get the KSN competition (National Science competition) grouping application contained in the data archive, the Education Office needs to have a competition grouping data system that has a structured and clear procedure that is in accordance with the vision, mission and strategy. Because in the KSN data competition that was taking place, data was only inputted manually. So here I want to make a Grouping Application to see the grouping data of the KSN competition based on the competition branch, school and district origin, it is necessary to do the application for the design of the KSN competition grouping data system. Tests carried out using the clustering method with the K-Means algorithm, it can be seen that the KSN competition group, the competition branch, from the school and the sub-district which only has the highest group and appears most frequently in the KSN competition grouping.

Abstract

Roads are facilities and infrastructure that are very important for our daily lives, because roads are a link between one place and another. It is the duty of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office to be able to manage data from all damaged roads. However, in handling road repairs, the relevant agencies are often not on target because of errors in determining the priority order of road repairs. Therefore, in this study a decision support system was built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is expected to assist the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service in determining priorities for which roads to repair based on criteria, namely road conditions, road length, and road width. , road surface type and average daily traffic (lhr). From the calculation results obtained the highest ranking value, namely Jalan Sp. Paya Salib - Paya Salib Kec. Serapit (A6) with a value of 0.384, so that the road deserves to be a priority to get treatment in road repair first.

Abstract

With the existence of policies provided by the government, especially in the field of Empowerment and Social Security in terms of providing basic food assistance programs for the underprivileged, it is necessary to determine who is eligible to receive this assistance. This assistance is given to underprivileged people to help meet their needs to improve their welfare. To help determine the selection of basic food assistance programs that receive the assistance, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed. The method used in this research is the Simple Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. This method is a method that is often used to select several problems in the form of ranking. This method was chosen because the computation system is simple and easy to understand. From the results of the calculations that have been done, the ranking results with the highest value are Zuraida (A5) with a value of 0.8 and a percentage of the final value of 16.41% which is very suitable to receive non-cash assistance.

Abstract

Deputy for Logistics and Equipment is a unit that handles requests for logistical assistance as well as equipment in areas that need assistance related to the disaster. Providing Logistical Assistance so far there are still some obstacles including the assessment of the assessment of the eligibility assessment team of the recipient area which is subjective, namely the assessment based on the factor of proximity to the assessment team or from the leader. So those areas that really deserve logistical assistance become unable to get help. The solution to the problem is to use a Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm that is applied to a decision support system. The results of the study in the form of a decision support system and the results of the system showed the receiving area of aid is Aceh which was selected with a value of 81.17.

Abstract

School is a place for teaching and learning activities that are being carried out by each teacher to students, including theoretical and practical reviews. In the learning process the teacher is recommended to provide good quality teaching and learning activities, and to further refine these activities, a new media is needed in the learning process. Because based on the results of interviews with several teachers, it can be concluded that in the learning process students are less motivated, especially in the extra hours or evening hours and the lack of interaction makes students respond less and less. For this reason, in an effort to realize the quality of learning, new learning media are created that educate students such as educational games, where students can experience learning while playing. This can be used as a modern example, especially in the learning process of SMP Negeri 2 Purbalingga students. In accordance with the description above, this research takes the title "IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RPG MAKER VX ACE APPLICATION AS A THREE DIVERSE LANGUAGE EDUCATIONAL GAME MODELS IN SMP NEGERI 2 PURBALINGGA". The purpose of this study was to develop educational game learning media with 3 different languages to help teachers deliver material in the classroom and increase the motivation of students. So that later it can trigger interactions between teachers and students. With the hope that students will be able to understand the material presented by the teacher through the educational game, because based on the assessment of the student questionnaire, the educational game application results in an average index of 88.26% and a teacher representative questionnaire of 94.99%. So it can be concluded that this application is feasible to use and shows that this educational game learning media is very useful for use by students of SMP Negeri 2 Purbalingga.

Abstract

Previous private cloud storage service systems were only limited to testing services from a simple design that could be run locally. Development from private to hybrid and linked to internet publishing to be used for public services. The purpose of this research is to develop servers and storage service systems based on online (cloud storage) and users who are private data and public data can take advantage of cloud storage services that can be accessed anywhere connected to the internet. The research method in this study used the Evaluative Research and Development (R&D) method. This research will be published by an accredited National Journal.
