Abstract

Developed countries in general are the countries that have many entrepreneurs because they can create jobs, reduce unemployment and contribute to state revenue. Technological development has a correlation with lifestyle and behavior. The internet is not only used to access information, but is also used for business facilities and buying and selling transactions. Currently conventional marketing is less than optimal. Therefore, entrepreneurs are directed to utilize information technology or commonly called commercial electronics as a medium of promotion and sale. This has become a huge opportunity for students or alumni of computer science such as STMIK Kaputama students and alumni. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in many regions are successful in terms of production, but they have problems in terms of marketing and sales. This has the potential to be developed by young, new and creative entrepreneurs by involving students and alumni to synergize with SMEs and entrepreneurs to deal with online marketing and sales issues, so that market and sales are increasing. The solution provided is making entrepreneurship training by providing various life skills and adding insight into entrepreneurship, e-commerce training, graphic design training, mentoring and supervision. Thus, students and alumni are generally interested in entrepreneurship, and are more easily trained to become entrepreneurs because in lectures they already have basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and computer science and help the government to create jobs and reduce unemployment.Keywords: Increasing entrepreneurship, increasing sales of SMEs, online entrepreneurship, e-commerce

Abstract

One of the routine activities undertaken to as an evaluation tool to assess how much ability and understanding and skills that have been obtained by the students is to conduct exams. In Conventional , exam requires paper stationery items and devices. In addition , the conventional exam vulnerable to fraud and requires teachers to correct students' answers .For reasons of efficiency , it can be built by using the online exam application Local Area Network ( LAN ) . The application consists of two , namely the application server ( for administrators and teachers ) and the client   (for students ) . Under this system , admin ( head or deputy principals ) determine the schedule of exams and teachers to enter the exam through an application server . Then , the students answer exam questions through the client application . Problem is sent from the application server to the client , the first randomized sequence, so that each student will get about random sequence .Then , the students answer exam questions through the client application . Abstract

In the data processing system service motorcycle at PT. Alpha Scorpii Brahrang they often appear several errors in the processing of data reporting service for not using a computerized system. This can result in data processing becomes less effective. From the analysis that has been done at PT. Alpha Scorpii, then designed a system application that uses a programming language VB.Net 2010, which can store data and be able to overcome the delay in presentation time data reporting service fee.With a system of new applications and system design writer for this can help speed up the officers in the reporting process cost service, where data received will be more efficient and the data will be properly maintained and to facilitate managers in viewing report service costs and promote PT , Alpha Scorpii Brahrang.

Abstract

Disease is a condition where there is an abnormal body condition, which causes the loss of normal healthy conditions. Data mining is a process of finding information by identifying patterns in data sets. The process of finding information can be done by grouping the data using the Clustering method with the K-Means algorithm. The K-Means method is a method in group analysis where the data is grouped based on k groups (k = 1,2,3..k). The purpose of this study was to facilitate the classification of which types of diseases were most common to patients at Puskesmas Sambirejo Langkat Regency based on age, village and disease name in patient data for 2017-2019. From the results of program analysis that has been tested using matlab and the variables have been determined, it can be seen that, for cluster 1 the results of grouping the patient's disease type are 366 data, namely between the ages of 24-40 years, in the village of Sambirejo, with the name bronchitis. For cluster 2, the results of grouping the patient's disease type were 376 data, namely between the ages of 24-40 years, in the peace village, with the name hyperuricemia disease. For cluster 3, the results of grouping the type of patient's disease are 258 data, namely between the ages of 24-40 years, in a prosperous village, with the name hyperuricemia disease.

Abstract

Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa memperoleh nilai IPK tinggi, diantaranyamahasiswa harus belajar secara maksimal di bangku kuliah dan sesuai dengan program studi yangdipilih. Salah satu faktor agar mahasiswa dapat belajar secara maksimal adalah bahwa jurusan/programstudi yang dipilih di perguruan tinggi harus diminati dan sesuai dengan bidang keahlian serta memilikikorelasi dengan latar belakang pendidikan mahasiswa. Menurut Educational Psychologist dari IntegrityDevelopment Flexibility (IDF),sebanyak 87 persen mahasiswa di Indonesia salah jurusan yang dapatmemicu pada pengangguran, tidak mampu mengikuti perkuliahan dan dampak paling buruk adalahDO(drop out). Untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan, perlu dirancang sebuah sistemsecara online, sehingga semua orang dapat mengakses sebagai pendukung dalam memilihjurusan.Variable yang digunakan adalah jurusan di sekolah menengah, Program studi di PerguruanTinggi dan IPK. Sebagai tahap awal untuk basis pengetahuan data diinput dari 24 perguruan tinggiswasta dan negeri yang tersebar di provinsi yakni Sumatera Utara, terdiri dari 27 JurusanSMA/sederajat dan 65 program studi di Perguruan tinggi.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah dihasilkannyasebuah pengetahuan baru untuk membantu memilih program studi di perguruan tinggi berdasarkansupport dan confidence sesuai jurusan, mahasiswa dapat mengetahui korelasi jurusan di SMA terhadapjurusan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Roads are facilities and infrastructure that are very important for our daily lives, because roads are a link between one place and another. It is the duty of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office to be able to manage data from all damaged roads. However, in handling road repairs, the relevant agencies are often not on target because of errors in determining the priority order of road repairs. Therefore, in this study a decision support system was built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is expected to assist the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service in determining priorities for which roads to repair based on criteria, namely road conditions, road length, and road width. , road surface type and average daily traffic (lhr). From the calculation results obtained the highest ranking value, namely Jalan Sp. Paya Salib - Paya Salib Kec. Serapit (A6) with a value of 0.384, so that the road deserves to be a priority to get treatment in road repair first.

Abstract

Technological advances that are always developing have a correlation with human patterns and behavior in general. Internet use is not only used to access information or news, but is also used for business facilities and buying and selling transactions. Conventional marketing or promotion is no longer optimal at this time, so that business people must also be directed to utilize information technology or commonly called commercial electronics as a medium for the promotion and sale of production goods. This opportunity becomes a huge opportunity for students or alumni in information technology or computer science such as STMIK Kaputama students or alumni. SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in various regions have been successful in terms of production, but have problems in terms of marketing and sales. This has the potential to be developed by young entrepreneurs, new and creative by utilizing students and alumni so that they synergize between SMEs and entrepreneurs to handle online marketing and sales, so that market reach and sales are broad and increasing. The solution provided is to involve several stakeholders and several activities namely entrepreneurship training that is in touch with how the existing human resources are improved by providing various life skills and increasing entrepreneurial insight. E-commerce making training, making graphic design training, providing coffee bean processing equipment to instant coffee powder, guidance and supervision. With this dedication activity, it produces every year new, young and creative entrepreneurs based on science and technology that synergize with SMEs and coffee farmers, so that SMEs are greatly helped to market their products with the hope that their entrepreneurs and SMEs will increase their welfare.

Abstract

Excellent class students are students who consist of selected people who have more outstanding abilities when compared to ordinary class students. SMK N 1 Binjai is one of the schools that has implemented a superior class selection where every year the school selects new students to enter the superior class. The selection process is still using a manual system. Selection in this way will take a long time so it is not effective and efficient. This system is designed using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method where each criterion is given a weight and then calculated using the SMART formula. This multi-criteria decision-making technique is based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important the criterion is with other criteria. The results of the research are in the form of a recommendation system output for students who will enter the superior class. The benefit of this research is that it provides media for decision-making information for the school to decide which students are eligible to enter the superior class.

Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh jenis coronavirus yang baru ditemukan. Badan WHO (World HealthOrganization) melaporkan virus ini pertama kali muncul pada tanggal 31 Desember 2019 dan negara yang pertama kali terkonfirmasi adalah negara China tepatnya dikotaWuhan. Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang terkonfirmasi setelah presiden Jokowi bersama Menteri Kesehatan Terawan Agus Putranto pada hari senin, tanggal 02 maret 2020. Kebanyakan orang yang terpapar covid-19 merasakan gejala seperti: demam, infeksi pada saluran pernafasan, kehilangan indra penciuman, batuk pilek, sakit kepala, sakit tenggorokan, kehilangan indra perasa, dan mual.. Penelitian terdahulu adalah ilmu untuk mencari perbandingan dan hasil untuk menemukan inspirasi baru untuk penelitia.Metodologi penelitian adalah proses atau cara ilmiah untuk mendapatkan data yang akan digunakan untuk keperluan penelitian. Metodologi juga merupakan analisis teoretis mengenai suatu cara atau metode,penelitianmerupakan suatu penyelidikan yang sistematis untuk meningkatkan sejumlah pengetahuan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan CF, maka nilai yang di dapat pada penyakit Covid-19 dari hasil perhitungan di atas dapat diketahui tingkat keyakinan dari hasil diagnosa terhadap penyakit Covid-19 yakni 0,97 x 100%yaitu 97% dengan hasil yang di peroleh maka sistem mengetintifikasi bahwa pasien tersebut adalah Negatif Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan perancangan yang telah dicapai maka dapat diterapkan diterapkan aplikasi sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit Covid-19, dimana dalam aplikasi ini pengguna dapat masuk dan untuk mengetahui jenis gejala penyakit Covid-19 yang dimiliki oleh pengguna serta bisa mengetahui solusi penanganan yang tepat untuk membantu menangani penyakit Covid-19
