Abstract

 This study aimed to examine the effect of Brand Identity on Brand Awareness among ASNs in Blitar Regency. The population used was 105 populations with 86 samples that fit the criteria, namely ASN and users of wardah cosmetics. Primary data is taken using a questionnaire distribution with a Likert scale of 1-5. The approach used is an associative quantitative approach. The tests carried out are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, simple regression tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study indicate that Brand Identity has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness of Wardah cosmetic products by 38.4%. Keywords: Cosmetic Industry, Islamic Branding, Brand Identity, Brand Awareness

Abstract

Economic development is now increasingly rapid along with the times, there are many records that say that the Islamic economy existed long before the conventional economy emerged. Based on the content in the verses of the Qur'an, especially about the stories of the Prophets and Apostles, it can be seen that economic practices have existed since the time of the Prophet Adam. While Islamic economic thought itself began since the revelation of the Qur'an and the lifetime of the Prophet at the end of the 6th century AD to the beginning of the 7th century AD. Starting with the life of Prophet Adam as the first creature created by Allah SWT, it has been explained in the Qur'an about his early life while in heaven which was then revealed to earth and how Prophet Adam lived a life on earth that was much different from in heaven, thus it can be concluded that It can be seen that the values of economics have actually existed since the first creature was created, namely the prophet Adam.Keywords: Islamic economics, before prophecy, the time of the Prophet

Abstract

This research is field research that aim to review of Sharia Economic Law on the agreement of Wage transaction “Pacak Hewan”. The existence of cattery and petshop that provide the services of competent cat breeding. However, the practices were contrary to the prophetic tradition of Rasulullah SAW that forbade lending male cats to breed the female cats and get the wage from the breeding result, Wage transaction of cat breeding can be categorized as a transaction that contain elements of gharar because the amount of the object is not known with certainty. Therefore, additional research into this transaction is required. The research method used is the qualitative method and the type of research is the field research. The technique of data collection is by means of the method of interview, observation, and documentation, while the technique of data analysis used the qualitative analysis; data presentation and conclusion taking. The result of this research is that the Practice of Catering Transaction Agreement that occurred in Comba Cattery Cinde Palembang has not fulfilled the pillars and conditions if using a rental contract based on the hadits narrated by Abu Daud, Imam Tirmidzi and opinions from the Hanafiyah and Syafi'iah Madzhabs because what is desired from the lease it is an animal sperm. However, the solution given by Imam Syafi'i can also be used as a consideration for cattery managers to continue to carry out breeding by hiring bulls if it becomes tradition but the payment of wages by tenants is based on an expression of gratitude, not in return for rent.Keywords: Wage Transaction, Agreement, Sharia  Economic Law.

Abstract

Bank BTN Syariah is a strategic business unit of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Persero which focuses on improving business processes and the quality of the financing portfolio with sharia principles. However, there is a decline in the distribution of MultiManfaat (multi-merits) financing at BTN Syariah in the past year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, to find out the adjustments in the marketing of financing products, an evaluation of the marketing strategy is needed. The formulation of alternative marketing strategies through analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) can be used as a formulation tool in formulating corporate strategies, starting by identifying internal and external environmental factors. Furthermore, the IFAS and EFAS matrices were compiled which became the basis for the preparation of the SWOT matrix and IE matrix so that the distribution of MultiManfaat IB financing products can immediately meet the target, and become a successful consumer financing product demanded by BTN Syariah customers. The results of the present study state that the condition of BTN Syariah KC Bekasi is in the Grow and Build positions. Keyword: Evaluation, IFAS & EFAS, Marketing Strategy

Abstract

 AbstractBMT Nusantara Blega Bangkalan Branch is one of the Islamic financial institutions that runs its business with a profit-sharing system without usury. One of the products is mudharabah mutlaqah financing. The fact shows that public interest in mudharabah mutlaqah financing is still very minimal. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. The research results are known. First, Mudharabah mutlaqah BMT Nusantara Financing for the Blega Bangkalan Branch did not run smoothly, this was caused by a lack of understanding of entrepreneurs in Blega village regarding the BMT mechanism and its products, to overcome this problem BMT UGT Nusantara implemented a solution in the form of understanding for entrepreneurs who did not understand the mudharabah financing mechanism mutlaqah, this aims to eliminate the negative stigma of entrepreneurs in Blega village related to this financing. Abstract

The growht of the business world is currently increasing marked by increasingly fierce competition. Fashion distribution is a clothing produvt that is produced by a particular clothing store and has characteristics that distinguish it from other types of clothing products from a fashion store. Distro clothing products that have designs that prioritize the distinctive appearance of urban youth by raising concepts such as music or sports and etc. However, it is didderent from tha Syaichona distro which carries the theme of Islamic clothing, because it is in a Islamic boarding school. This has resulted in the difficulty for Syaichona’s distro to develop its business, in the end the business it runs is unable to compete with other distro out there. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy used by the syaichona distro in dealing with sales volume. In this study using qualitative research using the case study method, the use of qualitative approach in this study is to match the research reality. The data sources obtained include primary data sources in this study using persons/ namely obtained through interviews with respondents, namely the head of Syaichona sistro, syaichona distro employess, and consymers. As well as secondary data such as other related reseatch. In dealing with tis problem, Syaichona;s distro carries out a strategy starting form being skilled in creating interesting ideas, further increasing its performance towards accuracy in selecting higher quality products, the level of the latest fashion tren, and taking steps to do good marketing such as utilizing the media social services such as innstagram, facebook, an d shoperr to market and update more to provide effective information to customers when new items arrive, and always have a discount. Keyword: strategy, distro syaichona, sales volume

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the terms "perfect" and "imperfect" competition in the market structure from an Islamic economic perspective. This study employed a qualitative approach to library research as its methodology. The results of the literature review indicate that the structure of perfect competition has a close relationship with the Islamic market concept. This proximity is reflected in the price, which is determined according to the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad by supply and demand. In addition, it is believed that perfect market competition is a market structure that can benefit both consumers and producers. Moreover, elements of imperfect competition that can oppress consumers, such as monopolies, oligopolies, and monopolistic practices, must be avoided. In Islamic economics, however, there is no concept of competition because it is synonymous with war, fighting, and dumping, so the term "competition" in the concept of market structure is inappropriate. For this reason, a new concept is required, namely the ta'awun market, in which the market in Islamic economics should be a place and a means of mutual assistance.Keywords: Market structure, Islamic perspective, perfect competition, imperfect competition

Abstract

The application of Profit Equalization as an effort to mitigate the risk of returns on Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banking is still being a question for practitioners and academics, some groups support and some groups criticize, so this research aims to examine the application of the Profit Equalization Reserve (PER) as an effort to mitigate the risk of returns in Islamic banking perspective of third main principle,  namely الْمَشَقَّةُ تَجْلِبُ التَّيْسِيْرِ, Method in this study is a qualitative method with secondary data processing taken from literatures which related to PER management. This research shows that the risk of returns is masyaqqoh al 'azimmah, which is a serious difficulty and can affect the continuity of the Islamic banks activities. So, rukhshoh is needed which in this problem is the application of income smoothing without mitigation or with mitigation (PER), PER in this case is Takhfif Taqdim which is, risk mitigation efforts before they arise. The result of this research is that PER application is permissible and legitimate as long as it does not violate the Shari'a and Islamic economic principles, meaning that all of reports and information must be conveyed clearly to customers so as to avoid gharar elements.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is the first application of blockchain technology, but the potential of this technology is not limited to the monetary system and its widespread adoption is still a worldwide topic causing many countries to hide this cryptocurrency. Here the author tries to assess crypto assets based on studies of fikih and fatwa abroad. In this study the authors used sociological legal research, this research method serves to see the law in a real sense and examine how the law works in society. To analyze existing theories, this study uses a conceptual approach to analyze existing theories so that solutions to legal problems can be found. The results in this study are that there are two thoughts, the first school of thought argues that cryptocurrencies can be used for payments, remittances, and storing assets as long as users know in detail the types of cryptocurrencies, the second opinion is prohibited in the eyes of Sharia because of excessive risks for individuals, countries and no clear laws. conclusions in this study. In the view of fikih scholars who allow it to refer to the understanding that fluctuations in crypto are not classified as gharar, especially for people who have cryptocurrency knowledge. from the results of the fatwa analysis of the permissibility of cryptocurrency, namely in Malaysia, LBM PWNU Yogyakarta Indonesia and in China in accordance with the fatwa and legal provisions, while those that prohibit it are in Middle Eastern countries and LBM PWNU East Java Indonesia.Keywords: Cryptocurrency, Fikih and Fatwa Studies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of sharia marketing mix at Lumintu Mukena Grosir Tulungagung in increasing sales. The research approach used is qualitative with deep interviews and case study research types. Data is sourced from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study show that the application of sharia marketing mix at Lumintu Mukena Grosir Tulungagung consists of 4p, namely (1) Product, where the product is made from harmless materials, prioritizes quality, includes special characteristics on the product, namely with manual embroidery and there is no element of fraud because the product sent is in accordance with the image listed on the sales media. (2) Price, where the price of the product adjusts to the quality of the product sold or ordered by the customer such as in terms of the type of fabric, size, model, motif, to color. (3) Place or distribution, where the distribution is carried out using a trusted shipping service and in keeping the goods in good condition, packaging is considered in such a way. (4) Promotion, in promoting its products is carried out through social networks such as, Whatsaap, Facebook, and Shopee, where this promotion adjusts to the conditions of the product.
