Abstract

Pemanfaatan situs web sebagai sarana pemasaran pariwisata telah diadopsi oleh berbagai Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) di seluruh dunia, namun situs web yang telah diimplementasi harus dievaluasi untuk melihat apakah situs web tersebut efektif untuk menunjang kegiatan promosi pariwisata. Penelitian sebelumnya telah mengembangkan model evaluasi ICTRT (information, communication, transaction, relationship, technical merit) untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas situs web DMO. Namun model evaluasi ICTRT dikembangkan hanya untuk mengevaluasi situs web konvensional yang biasa dilihat pada perangkat komputer desktop, sehingga kurang tepat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi situs web khusus tampilan seluler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model ICTRT yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi situs web DMO yang didesain untuk tampilan perangkat seluler, yang diberi nama model ICTRT for mobile. Model ICTRT for mobile selanjutnya digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas situs web DMO negara Indonesia pada tampilan perangkat seluler. Hasil yang peroleh bahwa situs web DMO negara Indonesia pada tampilan perangkat seluler masih menunjukkan efektivitas yang kurang memuaskan khususnya pada dimensi transaction dan relationship

Abstract

The study aims at creating an expert system application in identifying a pregnancy case. The data was analyzed by using Demster-Shafer based on resvonsive web. This data was obtained through : 1) Library Research; 2) Field Research; 3) Interview. This data is designed using the UML (Unifed Modeling Language). The result of the study indicated that the system can work well in accordance with the purpose. The expert system in identifying pregnancies case through web applications can give diagnosis, so it can help the pregnant women in doing diagnosis for a pregnancy problem.

Abstract

Strategy governance systems integration and information technology in a college is very important to improve competitiveness in the progress of science and technology today. Management of information technology should be planned and put in the form of information technology planning blueprint so that universities can prevent or minimize unwanted things. Enterprise architecture is a tool that is used for defining the enterprise organization in the form of information technology blueprint, the Zachman enterprise architecture framework approach is a systematic and comprehensive manner pendefinisikan aspects should be explored and identified, which are grouped based on the perspective and focus of the study. The aspects mentioned can be mapped into contextual architecture, conceptual, data, applications, and technologies. The design of this blueprint provides guidance in the use of systems and information technology for the college. Blueprint produced is used as a reference set policy college strategic plans, policies in determining the rules, policy governance system integration strategy and information technology, and investment policies in the application of information technology. This policy aims to increase the business value and create competitive advantage universities

Abstract

Efforts to improve the professional capabilities in learning activities in college demands the ability to take advantage of technological developments to offer the learning system using electronic media and multimedia-based learning. Multimedia learning can be applied to create an animation that explains the theories and can be applied to all the lecture material. This research will design multimedia-based learning media based learningMenggunakan two methods approaches Instructional Model Development and Model of open learning and distance education. This study focused on the design of multimedia instructional media that contains illustrations using MYOB software and not on the content of accounting and analysis of the users, Multimedia created with Macromedia Flash. Results of research such as the implementation of multimedia learning media containing the cases of accounting and this is the case then will be settled using MYOB accounting, settlement instructions and using MYOB accounting as a means of settlement of the case made in the multimedia models.

Abstract

Security issue always to be challenge for the development of information technology. As the security aspects of information systems, both of electronic and document data in hypertext data communications, must be able to meet safety standards. The implementation of security systems calssified as two methods, Symmetric and Asymmetric. Implementation of these methods certainly have their advantages and disadvantages of each, so it is necessary to apply a method to merge some types of the methods. This project was analyzed using a hybrid approach of cryptographic methods that are implemented on the security of electronic documents and Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS). In the implementation of electronic document used of biometric signatures and DSA (Digital Signature Algorithm) and implementation on HTTPS used a combination of asymmetric cryptography and symmetric cryptography. The analysis of this research translated into the implementation of hybrid method on electronic documents and Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure. From the analysis shows that the hybrid method is able to combine the advantages of symmetric and asymmetric methods, although of course the constraints in implementation complexity of the system will be even greater.

Abstract

Timetables problems arise because of some work done simultaneously, while its resources are limited, a scheduling problem can occur in scheduling sporting events, programs converensi, scheduling in educational institutions, the scheduling of railways, as well as the scheduling of the colleges that have complexity a very big problem that arises because the number of students, faculty and lecture meetings that should be done at the same time very much but constrained in the limited space and time. This resulted in a clash in the classroom, faculty, and students. Completion of this problem requires techniques and computational methods for optimum results. This study proposes a method for the genetic algorithm timetable system at the university. a case study conducted at the faculty of computer science, University of Al Asyariah Mandar. System testing has been done by combining hard and soft constraint constraint resulted in scheduling courses are created automatically and solutions that do not conflict with the schedule of preparation time schedule relatively faster. Scheduling information system can developet with web-based applications and other optimization methods.

Abstract

Kulu village head's office is a government agency which serves airport administration and inventory for the village people associated with the elements of geographical, social, economic, political, and cultural as well as interconnected with other areas.Technological developments in Village Head Office Kulu been computerized but has not had an application program that can assist employees in carrying out and run the job.Development and technological progress is urgently needed now in Kulu Village Head Office to support and improve the quality in providing services to the public.Steps being taken in this research is data collection is done based on field studies, namely through observational studies, a review is carried directly to the administrative section and the inventory in the village hall kulu. Development of systems using object-oriented analysis with the waterfall method, followed by the design which includes process design, database design, and user interface.Implementation of the design is the result of encoding by using a programming language that has been set.The result is Application Administration and Inventory Population System at Village Head Office Kulu Using Borland Delphi 7.0.This application was developed using information technology-based computer applications with MySQL database

Abstract

Evaluation of e-learning is important to know the level of success of e-learning website. The results of the evaluation can be further improved on. The purpose of this research is to design information systems evaluation of e-learning by using Servqual dimensions and Fuzzy Kano Model. The method used in this research is to identify the criteria that affect the quality of service based on the dimensions of Servqual by using Fuzzy Kano, by providing functional and dysfunctional questions to respondents. Fuzzy method is used to reduce the subjectivity of respondents, which then classified each attribute in Kano categories namely: category must-be, one-dimensional, attractive, and indifferent. Results of the study was the evaluation of information systems that generate e-learning and student satisfaction category of needs mapping attributes in e-learning. A case study conducted on the website kulon.undana.ac.id showed that students were quite satisfied with the service on the dimensions Assurance (0.54), Empathy (0.53), Responsiveness (0.53), and Website Content (0.56 ) with the mapping category is Attractive. Students are not happy with the services that exist in the dimension Reliability (0.48) and the position of the category is Indifferent.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengusulan dan Penetapan Hutan Konservasi di Indonesia dilakukan melalui serangkaian proses yang disebut pengukuhan kawasan hutan. Kawasan Konservasi sendiri mencakup Kawasan Pelestarian Alam (Taman Nasional, Taman Wisata Alam, Taman Hutan Raya), Kawasan Suaka Alam (Cagar Alam, Suaka Margasatwa) dan Taman Buru. Dalam proses pengukuhan hutan konservasi, penetapan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan berbagai pertimbangan dan peran serta dari pemerintah daerah maupun stakeholders yang terkait. Agar para pengambil keputusan dapat melakukan banyak komputasi dengan cepat dan biaya rendah maka sangat diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang terkomputerisasi. Dalam membangun sistem pendukung keputusan, maka digunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Prosess (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas kriteria dengan membuat matriks perbandingan berpasangan, membuat matriks nilai kriteria hingga akhirnya diperoleh nilai total yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk merangking kriteria hutan konservasi. Implementasi sistem yang akan dibangun berbasis web. Hasil akhir berdasarkan simulasi melalui metode AHP diperoleh informasi bahwa dari ketiga kandidat hutan, maka kandidat hutan A adalah yang layak . Hal ini dikarenakan memiliki nilai yang paling tinggi dari ketiga kandidat hutan yang diberikan, yaitu 0,3585. Keywords: AHP, Kriteri Hutan Konservasi, Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kantor kehutanan polewali dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sistem yang ada pada kantor tersebut kemudian melakukan analisa kemudahan dalam menggunakannya serta membangun sebuah sistem yang baru, yang mampu memudahkan para pencari informasi tertentu memperoleh informasi yang akurat. Kemudian antara sistem yang lama dan sistem yang baru dianalisis sehingga dapat diketahui system yang lebih mudah digunakan dalam pencarian informasi berkaitan dengan informasi yang ada pada kantor kehutanan polewali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka, penulis merancang sebuah system yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah dalam pencarian informasi mengenai data kehutanan yang ada di Polewali.
