Abstract

Jurnal ini mengkaji kewenangan kurator dalam menyita dan menjual saham debitor yang telah jatuh pailit, yang dimana kurator memiliki hambatan untuk melakukan order jual terhadap rekening efek debitor pailit. Kepailitan sendiri adalah sebagai sita umum dari semua kekayaan debitor yang pengurusannya dilakukan oleh kurator di bawah pengawasan hakim pengawas. Dalam hal ini, belum tersedianya sistem untuk sita umum efek dan cara kurator untuk melakukan order jual. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurator adalah pihak yang paling berwenang dalam melakukan pengurusan dan pemberesan harta pailit sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 16 ayat (1) jo. Pasal 69 Ayat (1) UU K-PKPU. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme yang digunakan oleh kurator dalam melakukan order jual adalah dengan cara yang mengacu pada Pasal 45 UU Pasar Modal dengan cara membuka membuka rekening debitor dan kemudian menjualnya, atau dengan cara lain seperti melakukan pemblokiran rekening efek dan kemudian dibukakannya rekening penampung untuk kurator.

Abstract

Marriage is a marriage bond (contract) carried out in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and teachings. Meanwhile, marriage is a marriage ceremony that is identified with the consent and kabul process. Literally, marriage is a sacred bond and is carried out by a combination of religious and state regulations. In order for the marriage bond to have legal certainty administratively, the marriage has been regulated in law. With the enactment of these rules, marriages that are not in accordance with the law cause their own problems in society. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Bank Services, Gifts and Savings Culture to the interest of saving depositors Savings Account Students (simple) in PD. BPR Sarimadu Headquarters Bangkinang. The sample in this research is partial nasaba using savings product of student saving which amounted to 98 respondents from 6134 PD customer saving customer population. BPR Sarimadu Headquarters Bangkinang. The sampling technique uses the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression test. From result of this research indicate that variable of Bank Service, Gifts, and Culture Barhemat have significant influence simultaneously to interest of saving Student Savings Savings Account of PD. BPR Sarimadu Headquarters Bangkinang. The partial test result from the variable of Bank Service (X1) and Culture Frugal Variable (X3) has significant effect, while the Reward Variable (X2) has no significant effect to the interest of saving customers' savings deposits in PD. BPR Sarimadu Headquarters Bangkinang. Saving Variation of interest variables of 61.20% determined the Culture of Conserving, Service Bank, and Gifts, while the remaining 38.8% again determined by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the public's trust in law enforcement in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative legal research. Society tends to distrust law enforcement in Indonesia due to the performance of law enforcement officers. Some cases that are striking and attract public attention include the case of Grandma Minah, the BLBI case, the Century Bank case, the Lizard vs Crocodile case, the Akil Mochtar case, the criminalization case of Abraham Samad, and the Setya Novanto case. In fact, the paradigm that is built up in society says that the law is sharp downward and blunt upward. To restore public confidence in law enforcement in Indonesia, one of the strategic steps that must be taken by the government is to clean up law enforcement institutions from corrupt individuals in carrying out their duties and abusing their authority.

Abstract

Immunization comes from the words immune, immune and resistant. Children are immunized, meaning they are given immunity against certain diseases. Children are immune or resistant to one disease but not necessarily immune to other diseases. So, immunization is an effort to actively generate / increase a person's immunity against a disease, so that if one day they are exposed to the disease, they will not get sick or only experience mild illness. The achievement of basic immunization in the working area of PuskesmasKolok is currently still low (67.3%) compared to other Puskesmas in Sawahlunto City. This study aims to determine the factors related to the completeness of basic immunization for children under five in the Work Area of PuskesmasKolok Kota Sawahlunto in 2017. This type of research is descriptive analytic. This research was conducted in the working area of PuskesmasKolok, Sawahlunto City on 11 to 15 December 2017. The population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers aged 12-23 months. A total of 61 respondents. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire. Then the data is processed using computerization, then analyzed by univariate and bivariate after that it is interpreted. The results of the study more than half (76%) of respondents have poor knowledge, more than half (72.2%) of respondents have a job, more than some (84.4%) of respondents have no family support, there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge With the completeness of basic immunization for children under five, there is a significant relationship between the work status of the mother and the completeness of basic immunization for children under five, and there is a significant relationship between family support and completeness of basic immunization for children under five in the Work Area of PuskesmasKolok Kota Sawahlunto in 2017. It is hoped that the officers will increase regular outreach on every community activity such as posyandu about the impact of not immunizing babies. Abstract

The function of criminal law can be divided into 2 (two) functions, namely: a) General: Criminal Law is part of the overall legal field, then the function of criminal law is also the same as the legal function in general is to regulate community life or organize in society ; and b) What is special: is to protect the legal interests of acts that want to rape them with sanctions in the form of criminal acts that are sharper when compared to sanctions contained in other branches of law. Intentional criminal law imposes suffering in maintaining recognized norms in law, this is why criminal law must be considered as ultimum remedium or the last drug, if sanctions or efforts in other legal branches do not work the new criminal law will take effect. In criminal sanctions there is something tragic (sad sorrow) so that the criminal law is said to be slicing its own flesh or as an edged sword.

Abstract

Many ways are done by humanity to manifest gratitude to Allah SWT with the coming of the holy month of Ramadan, as well as the compilation of the end of the holy month of Ramadan which is celebrated on the 1st day of the year. Riau Province as a center of Malay language and culture (UU. Hamidy, 1988: 51) has many traditions. In order to welcome the holy month of Ramadan and also end a very lucky month there. Ramadhan and Eid al-Fitr, for example in the Kampar Kanan area (Kuok, Tiro Air Tiris, Rumbio, Bangkinang, etc.) in welcoming the holy month of Ramadhan there are visitors to the bath "Balimau", and the compilation of the holy month has also ended there is also a community tradition now announce the Feast, the six-day circumcision fast, and so on. Kampar Kanan people in Kampar Regency hold fasting for one month and after Ramadan fasting they end their victory on the Shawwal every year. The second day on 2 Shawwal, the people in Kampar RIGHT were fasting for 6 days. On the 7th day (8th Eid) they celebrated with great fanfare. So on the 8th Eid day of Eid al-Fitr in this area it was very lively, it usually happens because they combine Eid al-Fitr with the sixth fasting day. In addition, people in Bengkalis Regency, Siak Regency, Meranti Islands Regency and Pekanbaru City also held various activities, one of which was a "lompu colok" competition. This "Batobo Gulai" cuisine welcomes and celebrates the holy month of Ramadan to Eid with various traditions. One of the traditions is takbir house-to-house in the evening of Eid.

Abstract

As mathematic teacher, we should be able to create an interesting and active learning, beside that she should be able to create a good competition in the class. It has positive effect to gain optimum study result. Teacher should use variation method and learning strategy in learning so that teaching and learning become easy and fun for the student. The student will be more active and have motivation to study. The implementation of REACT strategy for student of XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Painan is suitable to improve students activity in learning. The research is classroom action research which consist of two cycles, each cycles involve four stages : (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting. The sample of the research are 34 student. The data is collected by using observation paper. The analysis of data is done by using descriptive qualitative. The result of the students activity in asking question in cycle I is 43% and in cycle II is 54%. It means that the activity in asking question achieve avarage level. The activity in giving sugestion or giving opinion also get on avarage level in cycle 1 is 28% and in cycle II is 43%. The activity in group discussing get high level.It happened in cycle I anda cycle II .They have same percentage. It is 67% .

Abstract

Today there are more and more challenges of civic education in education, from elementary to tertiary education. This happens because education is increasingly developing in accordance with the development of pressology. Of course, this matter no longer recognizes national boundaries based on time and space. Technology today can help people meet from any country. For this reason, this article wants to see how the development of civic education in the revolutionary era 4.0 and the future challenges related to civic education in the revolutionary era 4.0. The research method used in this article is a quantitative educational method, supported by comparative materials from books and journal articles. The results show, First, the development of citizenship education in the revolutionary era 4.0 follows the times and technology, so that more flexible rules are needed and in accordance with the needs of citizens of the Republic of Indonesia. Second, the future challenge related to civic education in the revolutionary era 4.0 is to introduce what are the rights and obligations of citizens, so that citizenship education is mandatory to be taught at any level of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

In order for legal entities to interact in legal relationships such as making agreements, conducting certain business activities requires capital. The initial capital of the legal entity came from the founder's wealth which was separated. The initial capital becomes the wealth of the legal entity, regardless of the founder's wealth. This article looks at how the separation of limited company wealth from the wealth of shareholders, board of commissioners and board of directors. The research methodology used is the normative juridical research method. Company Organs are the General Meeting of Shareholders, Directors and Board of Commissioners (Article 1 number 2 of the Company Law). The Board of Directors is the Company's Organ which has the authority and is fully responsible for the management of the Company for the interests of the Company, in accordance with the aims and objectives of the Company and represents the Company, both inside and outside the court in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association (Article 1 number 5 of the Company Law). Whereas the Commissioners are the Company's Organs whose duty is to supervise general and / or specifically in accordance with the articles of association and provide advice to the Directors (Article 1 number 6 of Company Law). In PT, the shareholders delegate their authority to the directors to run and develop the company in accordance with the objectives and business fields of the company. In connection with this task, directors are authorized to represent the Company, enter into agreements and contracts, and so on. If there is a very large loss (above 50%) then the board of directors must report it to the shareholders and third parties, and then close it together.
