Abstract

The establishment of the constitution guarantor institute is aimed at making the constitutional rights of every citizen or state institution not easily harmed by power through legislation, so that in the amendment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia the Constitutional Court is present as an institution serving as the guarantor of the constitution. the number of legal norms that exist in a country and many institutions that are authorized to form them can be ascertained that the contradictions from the existing norms will require a dispute breaker institution, the character of the Constitutional Court's decision is final and binding to differentiate with other judicial institutions, as well as the decision of the Court bind the whole party without exception, not only the parties disputed but also public member, it is only the issue that arises into a problem after the Constitutional Court decides a case of reviewing laws that are considered contrary to the constitution, it should be the legislative body in this case such as the People's Representative Council and the President or other relevant state institutions obey the decision and implement it. However, because the Constitutional Court does not have an executive tool for the decision, it is still a great homework by this country, the ethics of state that should be prioritized by the parties in complying with the Court's ruling. This is study that will be the author’s explain in this paper.

Abstract

Administration etymologically comes from English, namely administration or to administear, which means to manage or to direct. Administration in the strict sense is administrative activities such as writing, writing, correspondence. administration is a collaborative activity of two or more people in achieving an activity of cooperation of two or more people in achieving a predetermined goal. Administration cannot be separated from daily life because humans are social creatures who cannot work alone and need others to achieve their goals. For this to achieve a predetermined goal, it requires the ability and motivation to encourage people and themselves to carry out and move a government organization.

Abstract

According to Article 7 of the Criminal Procedure Code, investigators have the authority to handle reports of suspected criminal events. Investigators are also obliged to carry out examinations at the scene of the crime. As in the Police report Number: LP / 61 / K / IX / 2017 / Sek-str, dated 18 September 2017, there has been a criminal offense against a person's soul or a murder in Kampung Pasar Ajalai Sungai Sirah, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The problem that occurs is that investigators have obstacles in determining the scene of the crime of murder. This research is a descriptive analytical study. The approach used in this study is a normative juridical approach supported by an empirical juridical approach. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. All data and materials obtained from the research results were analyzed qualitatively, and presented in a qualitative descriptive form. Based on the discussion and analysis, it can be seen that: First, the efforts of investigators of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pesisir Selatan Police to determine the scene of the murder crime case are to process the scene of the crime and listen to the statements of witnesses who saw, heard and knew about the crime, and the investigator brought expert witnesses to reinforce the elements of the crime the suspect has committed. Second, the obstacle for investigators of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pesisir Selatan Police in determining the scene of the murder case is that the suspect is not cooperative, the witnesses do not want to be questioned, the witnesses arrive late when asked for information, bring in expert witnesses, it takes a long time to bring in. Evidence is difficult to find and it is difficult to determine the scene of a criminal case, because the scene of the case varies.

Abstract

Dental health education is used as a measuring tool to generate knowledge and awareness that can influence a person's attitudes and habits towards oral and dental hygiene. Low oral health knowledge can be affected to children's attitudes and actions. The study aims to determine the effect of guidance on the technique of brushing teeth on the oral hygiene status of mentally retarded children, the output of this study is expected to be useful as a reference in improving the ability of brushing techniques and oral and dental hygiene. The research design was quasy experimental design with a pre test and post test with control group approach. The study was conducted at SLB Wiyata Dharma 4 Godean Sleman in October 2019. Data analysis using t-test statistical tests. The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge, abilities and status of dental and oral hygiene of mentally retarded children. Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.00 The conclusion of the study was that there was a significant influence between the guidance of brushing teeth on the oral and dental hygiene status of mentally retarded children. It is recommended that mentally retarded children increase awareness and apply brushing knowledge in maintaining oral and dental hygiene.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence brand awareness, perceived, and brand association has on Samsung Smartphone repurchase decisions in the city of Padang. The population in this study is unknown in number, with a sample of people who have had a Samsung Smartphone, the sample was taken using, accidental sampling. Instrument testing is done by validity test and reliability test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Brand awareness has a significant influence on the decision to repurchase Samsung Smartphone in Padang city with sig = 0.032, Perceived quality has a significant influence on the decision to repurchase Samsung Smartphone in Padang with sig = 0.001, Brand association has an significant to the decision to repurchase Samsung Smartphone in the city of Padang with sig = 0,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability (ROA,ROE), leverage (DER), and FIRM SIZE) and then effect on firm value (PBV) of the company’s value on the LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all company LQ45 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange amounted to 45 companies in the period 2015-2018. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sampel obtained was 26 companies belonging to the LQ45 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Source of data in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Based on the results of the analysis that the profitability has two proxy namely ROA has a significant effect in firm value and the profitability ROE has significant effect in firm value, leverage is has proxy DER a significant effect in firm value, and firm size is positive but not significant on firm value.

Abstract

In the case of extortion ever happened in the city of Batam. The extortion is in the process of Accepting New Students at SMPN 10 Batam City. The indications of PPDB fraud have actually become suspicion in the community, but in law enforcement in the case of extortion is quite complicated because it is designed systematically in such a way that it will be difficult later in the proof process. Obtained evidence in the form of Money, Proof of Acceptance of New Students, and SK. This investigation is in accordance with KUHAP Article 1 Paragraph (19), the investigation which took place at SMPN 10 Batam City was said to be caught red-handed, the suspect was found at that time. The obstacles of the police in this illegal levy are: Lack of information from the public about the crime of illegal levies and is covered up in carrying out illegal levies at schools, thus hampering the police. Efforts that can be made by the police are to appeal to each agency regarding legal sanctions when committing illegal levies and carrying out patterns of prosecution or punishment against illegal levies based on the legal provisions in the prevailing laws and regulations.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country based on Pancasila, wherein the first principle states, "The One Godhead." So therefore all laws made by the state or government in the broadest sense, may not conflict with God's law, even more than that, every legal order that is made must be based on and intended to realize God's law. Freedom of speech, expression and freedom of the press are human rights, in a democratic country that is now Indonesia's choice, this right must be guaranteed. Besides the guarantee contained in the 1945 Constitution, the government also regulates it in the Criminal Code article 156, 156a and article 157. Indeed, in the Criminal Code there is no special chapter that regulates religious offense offenses or better known as religious offenses. However, the existence of these articles has proven that the government has regulated this religious offense. As well as Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.

Abstract

Lamun Ombak restaurant is a business that has a big name in the city of Padan today, in the city of Padang also many emerging big names that also have similar businesses, such as restaurants Lubuk Idai, restaurant Pauh, Simple restaurant that continues to expand market in various areas in Padang City. To address the increasingly competitive competition, Lamun Ombak restaurants must still maintain excellent service and customer satisfaction to maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the Influence Analysis of Service Performance and Consumer Satisfaction Against Repurchase Trend (Case Study at Lamun Ombak Restaurant Padang). The independent variables are Service Performance (x1) and Consumer Satisfaction (x2). The dependent variable is the Buying Trend (Y). The sample in this research is 100 consumers who come to visit. Data were collected using documentation and interviews. Hypothesis testing using analysis, regression, t test, F test and determination. The results showed partially and simultaneously service performance and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on the trend of repurchase in the Lamun Ombak restaurant with a significance value of 0.000. While viewed from the coefficient of determination obtained R square value of 0.443 has the meaning that the ability of independent variables to explain the amount of variation in the dependent variable is 44.3% the rest explained other variables that are not included in the equation.

Abstract

Consumers often become parties who are positioned as the less powerful, where legal protection for them is so weak and not guaranteed as expected. Indonesia is a developing country that continues to carry out development in all fields, both in the material and spiritual fields, where the development is aimed at realizing the goal of building a just and prosperous society, one of the developments in the material field is to include facilities and infrastructure such as luxury housing developments, medium, even to housing for people (subsidized). Housing or settlements can create a conducive business climate to be able to open a comfortable settlement. The business offer of a house by the developer is sometimes so diverse that the understanding it conveys is not appropriate or not understood (missunderstanding information), meanwhile the prospective buyer sometimes has agreed to even sign his agreement on the binding purchase agreement (PPJB) with the developer so that it has sometimes even arrived at contract stage at a banking institution. This fact further strengthens the high need for housing, even though the realization of the desire to own a residence does not mean that it will always run smoothly.
