Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation variables on employee performance and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at CV Fenaru Jaya. . The method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression path analysis. From the results of the study, it is known that financial and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Pandemi of Covid19 changed human activities. The change can be analyzed in campus life, from offline study to online study. The campus is used to be a central of activities and financial support for people around turned become the low mobility area. Covid-19 get the big impact to the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) located around campus.  This resecarh aims to analyzed the impact of covid-19 to the operational management of SME located araund UNP (Padang State University) and used qualititive method by in depth inetrview. The result of the research, only 30% of SME’s operated during pandemi . the significant impact is the reducing of operational schedule and caused the reducing of human resource/labour/staff. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on work productivity of the Padang Job Training Center (BLK) employees. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so that from the population there are 59 respondents, the data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of work discipline and communication on work productivity of the Padang Job Training Center (BLK) employees obtained Y = 6.747 + 0.931 X1 + 0.178 X2 + e. The results of the t-test that were carried out showed that the variables of work discipline and communication had a significant effect on the work productivity of the Padang Job Training Center (BLK) employees. The results of the F test proved that the variables of work discipline and communication had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the work productivity of the Padang Job Training Center (BLK) employees. This can be proven by the value of Fcount > Ftable or 534,421 > 3.16 and a significant level of 0.000 Alpha (α) 0.05 while the coefficient of determination is 94.8%. (BLK) Padang, while the remaining 5.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

A positive attitude is an attitude of enthusiasm towards the use of the language (the language used by the group / speech community where he is). Conversely, if these characteristics have disappeared or weakened from a person or from a group of members of the speech community, it means that a negative attitude towards a language has hit that person or group of people. Law Number 24 of 2009 Article 25 states that Indonesian is a national identity, national pride, a means of unifying various ethnic groups, as well as a means of communication between regions and regional cultures. Therefore, as a user of Indonesian, you should have a sense of pride in using Indonesian. However, in the scope of higher education, a positive attitude towards language is not fully owned by most students. Awareness of loyalty, pride in owning, and maintaining the Indonesian language seems to be lacking. This is because students tend to be more confident when using a foreign language compared to their own language. In the context of learning Indonesian, this task is only borne by Indonesian language teachers and lecturers. This paradigm should be changed because getting used to using Indonesian properly and correctly will reap maximum results in increasing student academic achievement. Understanding Indonesian in accordance with good and correct Indonesian language rules is needed for students to have a positive attitude in using Indonesian. A positive attitude in Indonesian can be shown in the form of language loyalty, language pride, and awareness of language norms.

Abstract

The acceptance of the corporation as a subject of criminal law who is considered to be able to commit a criminal act and can be criminally responsible for it will of course lead to other consequences in its application. Various consequences or problems that can arise are reflected in the question of getting a death penalty or imprisonment as regulated in article 10 of the Criminal Code which is applied to a corporation. Or can the “corporate death penalty” and “corporate imprisonment” as stated by Brickey be regarded as a death penalty or imprisonment for a corporation? When compared with the provisions in Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, precisely in article 2 paragraph (2) and article 18 paragraph (1) point c and point d According to this law, in the author's opinion, basically the "corporate death penalty" as stated by Brickey is the same as the provisions of "all or part of the company closure" and "corporate imprisonment" which is basically the same as the provision of "all or part revocation of certain rights or elimination of all or part of certain profits” as regulated in Article 18 paragraph (1) point c and point d of this Law. In addition, if you look at the provisions in Article 2 paragraph (2) which states that: "In the case of a criminal act of corruption as referred to in paragraph (1) carried out under certain circumstances, the death penalty can be imposed". And when viewed from the explanation it is stipulated that: "what is meant by "certain circumstances" is if the crime is committed against funds for overcoming dangerous conditions, national natural disasters, overcoming the consequences of widespread social unrest, overcoming economic crises, and occurring repetition of corruption.Keywords: System, Criminal Sanctions, Criminal Actors, Corporations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine human rights over water after the abolition of Law Number 7 of 2004 concerning Water Resources by the Constitutional Court. The research method used is normative juridical. Later there was an opinion that if the state was unable to guarantee the fulfillment of human rights over water, then the water supply was carried out by a third party. The state must regulate the appropriateness of control over water sources, affordability of prices, guarantees for water health. For the realization of these things, a system of regulation must be made. An independent regulatory body can also be formed, public participation, and sanctions against violations. In essence, every regulation issued by the local government related to water use actually makes water as "Economic goods". Commercialization and privatization of water services is not an illegal thing as long as it can improve clean water services so that public access to water also increases. Local governments should be able to understand that commercialization of water resources by setting drinking water tariffs that exceed the capacity and reasonableness of the community actually results in reduced community access to water resources, especially clean water and drinking water. The poor and marginalized are the most vulnerable groups to the failure to fulfill the right to water by the State. To see the extent to which the fulfillment of the right to water by the state apart from the perspective of the executive authority, it is necessary to look at court decisions that can reflect the fulfillment of the right to water especially after the abolition of Law Number 7 of 2004 concerning Water Resources by the Constitutional Court and return to Law Number 11 of 1974 concerning Irrigation.

Abstract

The exercise of authority in the form of confiscation actions carried out by members of the Payakumbuh City Police, especially traffic officers against vehicles that commit traffic violations, in taking action must be in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police, Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation and the Criminal Procedure Code. Several inhibiting factors in confiscation of evidence in traffic include law enforcers who are often not firm in enforcing the rules, lack of facilities that support law enforcement such as the lack of traffic signs, the lack of police traffic vehicles in conducting patrols, and legal awareness that is less than adequate. There People must be able to understand traffic rules well. Regular socialization of traffic rules, firm action against traffic violators, addition of facilities and infrastructure for traffic signs can reduce traffic violations.Keywords: Authority, Police, Confiscation, Evidence, Traffic Offenders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kinerja pegawai pada Dinas-Dinas Perangkat Daerah Kota Pariaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman. 2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman. 3) untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan  metode  kuantitatif  asosiatif, dengan  variabel  independent yaitu variabel kecerdasan emosional (X1), kompensasi (X2), dan variabel dependent yaitu kinerja pegawai (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman yang berjumlah 740 orang. Sampel diperoleh melalui penggunaan rumus slovin, dengan standar error 5%, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 262 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan teknik propotinal random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman, 2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota Pariaman, 3) terdapat pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional dan kompensasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas-dinas perangkat daerah Kota. Sehingga dapat disarankan 1) secara menyeluruh kecerdasan emosional pegawai dikategorikan cukup baik diharapkan kedepan perlu perbaikan terhadap mengenali emosi diri, mengelola emosi, memotivasi diri, mengenal emosi orang lain, empati dan penyadaran diri agar kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik lagi, 2) secara menyeluruh kompensasi pegawai dkategorikan cukup baik diharapkan kedepan perlu perbaikan lagi terutama pada insentif dan fasilitas, agar kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik lagi, 3) secara umum kinerja pegawai pada Dinas-Dinas perangkat Daerah Kota Pariaman dalam kategori cukup baik, perlu peningkatan secara menyeluruh disamping meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional dan kompensasi juga perlu membuat standar yang efektif, menentukan target kerja serta mengawasi pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaan.

Abstract

The birth of Act No 5 Year 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practises and Unfair Business deliver its own message to the government to establish regulation regarding mergers as contained in Article 29 Paragraph (3) and Article 29 Paragraph (2). Growing competition between business entities in the market resulted in the business-strategy competing to find new strategies to keep their business running well. One of them with merger. The government set up Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010 regarding the Merger or Consolidation of Business and Acquisition Agency Shares which may Result in Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. With the aim that the implementation of the merger has clear rules and legal certainty in the implementation of the merger. Based on this, the authors want to try to raise issues about how the Commission’s position in the event of a merger and how the implementation of the merger based on Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010. In writing this thesis, the author uses research methods to the nature of juridical normative in descriptive research, and data obtained from the research literature which is then processed by way of editing ang to analysis with analiysis of qualitative. Techniques of data collection in done by the study of documents. From the result of research conducted in can be concluded that the Commission has a very important position because it was believed by the Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010 as an institution that became the backbone, enforcement and oversight of merger. As for the implementation of the merger is done by the company’s internal preparation to meet the requirements of the merger, and after they met, then proceed with the impelementation phase of the merger according to Government Regulation Number 57 Year 2010 regarding the plan of merger must be notified to the Commission and Business can also do consulting on a voluntary basis to the Commission.

Abstract

This article aims to elaborate on transformative recovery efforts digitization of SME’s in Padang city. The Covid-19 pandemic gives drastically impact on SME’s income. However, along gradually economic recovery, Padang City Government have been striving for transformative recovery through several programs to support SME’s digitalization ecosystem. This article uses a literature study method by analyze information from various literatures. The results show Padang City Government has implemented several programs in form of mentoring, training and socialization for SME’s actors that related on strategic steps prepared by The Ministry of Cooperatives and SME’s for realization of digital entrepreneurship ecosystem.Keywords: SME’s, Digital Entrepreneurship, Covid-19
