Abstract

Most sources of disease come from dirty items. Dirty items usually have lots of disease-causing bacteria and viruses that can lower our immune system. One of the reasons is unhygienic food. For that, we need interesting and informative educational media in the form of an educational game application "Defense Body". This game aims to educate children about the importance of maintaining health. This design uses a qualitative method with 2 stages carried out, namely the preparation stage and the creation stage. This method approach produces a design concept with the keyword "Learning with fun" as a solution for parents in educating their children about the importance of health. This game is designed as a companion media for parents so that children can understand the importance of maintaining health.

Abstract

Aldo Skincare is a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) that sells serum for the face. However, Aldo Skincare's brand identity and packaging design have not yet formed a brand image and communicated product information, making Aldo Skincare unable to compete with similar local competitors. The brand identity was redesigned using the steps of the work according to Wheeler and the steps of the work of designing the packaging according to Klimchuk and Krasovec. As a result, the key message from Aldo Skincare is “For Healthy, Makes Beauty, Simple for Anyone” while maintaining the identity of the colors previously used. Through this design, a new name was created, namely Aglow by Aldo Baskoro with the tagline "Drop of Wholesome". The design, as a product attribute to convey information and strengthen the brand image, is expected to be able to increase the uniqueness and attractiveness, so that it is indirectly expected to be a means of promotion and become the brand of choice for the audience.

Abstract

Currently, every government agency is competing to improve the quality of its services, one of which is at the village level. Global demands require the world of government to always adapt technological developments to efforts to improve quality, especially adjusting the use of technology and communication for the world of government. Villages have a very important role in public services for the community. Management of village administration and information to enter the form system so that it is easier for the community to get information in the village. Cibolang Kaler Village is a village that has not implemented an online-based service information system. So that the making of correspondence needed by the community directly comes to the Cibolang Kaler village office. In addition, residents often complain that village services take a long time because they have to wait for queues for letters to produce letters manually. Therefore, it is necessary to have a village correspondence service information system to make it easier for residents and village officials to manage correspondence in the village of Cibolang Kaler.

Abstract

This study designs and builds a WhatsApp chatbot that is used as a provider of public service information services at the Pandaan District Office to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of community services. The tools used are dialogueflow which applies the NLP method and is built using the waterfall method. The chatbot accommodates information including addresses, contacts, websites, operating hours, community services which include requirements, fees, flow, and population application forms. The contribution to previous research is the implementation of dialogue flow to WhatsApp and the completeness of the information contained in the chatbot. From the tests that have been carried out using black box testing, that the chatbot can respond according to knowledge but there is a delay in sending the response caused by the API. Meanwhile, for testing the questionnaire test, 87% of the Office staff and 81% of the Pandaan District community. This shows that respondents strongly agree that this chatbot can become an effective and efficient provider of public service information services

Abstract

Public services are very important for people in various countries. In this case, it can be improved to achieve a better goal. At the Pandaan District office, people do not know the profile and location of the office buildings in the Pandaan District office. The purpose of this study is to create an application to introduce the profile of the Pandaan District office and the layout of the offices in the Pandaan District office environment. This application uses Virtual Tour Reality technology to create profiles of several offices in the Pandaan District office. This application was built using Unity 3D software and 360-degree panoramic photos using a 360-degree camera. There are links in this application, namely website links, maps, and Whatsapp for service information. The method used is a case study research method to examine in detail somewhere and using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development method for combined media. Based on the black box ​​testing, this application runs has good results and for this application gets a feasibility percentage of 89.5%.

Abstract

This web-based donation portal application is online fundraising or donation application, especially for the construction of mosques. The purpose of this donation portal application is to be able to see the transparency of the mosque's financial statements by displaying the use of funds, the beginning balance, and also the ending balance. This application can view reports on the list of donors who have made mosque donation transactions in excel and pdf files and can also be accessed publicly. This application was developed using the laravel framework and MySQL database. In this application, there are 3 user roles, namely admin, fundraiser, and donor. This application has been tested at the Al-Affiyah Mosque in Malangsari Tanjunganom Nganjuk. The trial was carried out in three stages, among others: the donor user trial, the fundraising user, and finally the admin user trial. The result of this application is to provide convenience for fundraising and also donors to conduct web-based donation transactions as well as a means of reporting information on the use of mosque funds transparently.

Abstract

Augmented reality is a form of technology that combines the virtual world and the real world, and augmented reality is known as part of a virtual environment or virtual reality (VR) technology. AR can become a new promotional medium for the public or users. The purpose of this research is to develop or design an Instagram filter-based promotion with augmented reality (AR) technology to introduce soy milk products (sule). The design of this Instagram AR filter uses a design thinking approach according to the author in the process of designing an Instagram AR filter for this soy milk advertisement, this method is a method that may be quite relevant. The AR display when it becomes a filter on Instagram has several components, namely the main AR component, namely a 3D object image from soy milk product packaging.

Abstract

Sekar Mulya is an UMKM located in Mulyodadi Village, Sidoarjo which is produce processed food and beverages with starfruit as the main ingredient. The products produced by UMKM Sekar Mulya are syrup, fruit juice, sweets and jam. Identity has an important role in promotional and marketing activities. Identity limitations by UMKM Sekar Mulya will hinder the promotion and marketing process. Therefore, it is necessary to design a strong brand identity to identify and communicate the product image. The design process has stages from background, problem formulation, data collection, data analysis, design concept, visualization, and final design. The data collection method adopts qualitative research methods, namely observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis was performed using the SWOT theory. The result of this design is the logo and mascot as the main media. The formation of the logo was inspired by the abbreviation of the name Sekar Mulya, namely the letters "SM". The mascot was inspired by a Sidoarjo woman who wears a traditional kebaya which is complemented by a wutah rice motif. This design also creating a supporting media including stationery, merchandise, banners, packaging labels, and graphic standard manuals.
