Abstract

In this research, it has been constructed a prototype of vertical shaking table, then its performance is tested and analyzed using the vibration signal processing. From this vibration signal can be acquainted the response of shaking table. In theoretical, a degree of freedom of vertical shaking table will have a perfectly stationary signal at all times of measuring, in the other side in experimental, the response of this shaking table has some frequencies. When this signal is processed by using Fast Fourier Transform or FFT, it will result the frequency spectrum which appear like a stationary signal at all times of measuring, so the time of vibration in time domain that will be undetected. To overcome the lack of FFT method, the vibration signal can be analyzed by using the Short Time Fourier Transform or STFT method. The results of this method can be viewed in spectrogram. By using this method, the vibration of shaking table can be depicted that occur at certain time.

Abstract

Power Steering is ministrant mechanism to decrease the required drive burden at the time of car at a speed of lowering; Moment Park or certain maneuver and will change over to manual drive at full tilt. Style to lessen drive burden obtained with fluid pressure with system of hydraulic awakened by direct moved pump with machine rotation. At the time of high machine rotation awakened by fluid pressure is pump will become to go up, drive burden will become as light as a feather. This not desire and will be arranged by valve relief. Loss of fluid flow friction at hydraulic system will lessen pressure, so that style awakened at drive burden mechanism will become to decrease.

Abstract

Companies often have difficulties to make a choice in a raw material inventory. It is hard to decide the quantity of it. Another problem is difficult to match the needed and the purchasing of raw material. So, it is important to make a production planning and a controlling of raw material inventory. Brown’s Single Parametric Linear Method is used to predict the sales for the production planning and Economic Order Quantity Method is used to control the inventory. The prediction result is PT XYZ processing milk production will become 97045511 kg in 2002 with the total using of Full Cream Milk Powder (FCMP) is 3745957 kg and the using of Skim Milk Powder (SMP) is 2076774 kg. Total of ordering raw material based on EOQ method is 106346 kg for New Zealand’s FCMP in 15 times of ordering per year; 119889 kg of Australia’s FCMP in 18 times per year; 81113 kg. New Zealand’s SMP in 11 times of ordering per year; 91444kg Australia’s SMP in 13 times of ordering per year

Cost production in the education is the important. Education Quality influence by performance in personal and facility. The good personal and facility is affecting cost production (education). Height quality education consumption cost produced is more expensive. To cost education can be minimization. with the analyses cost production (education) example calculated overhead, cost operational and etc. Level of this education fare can be applied by paying attention ability of consumer so those process studies stand at bay with quality of good education.

The consumption motorcycle is the high. This is because people need the transportation and which the transportation cost expensive (by Bus, Car). For the consummate to need people a motorcycle, manufacturing company to production motorcycle, to make product with low cost and fast cycle time. This is doing with the large production area or new fabrication. With the improve a cycle time is the design to automatic system production example: to make use of AGV, Escalator, Lift etc, can be minimize to cost production and large production area. Results the calculated, the minimize cycle time and its time can be use for area shipping.

Abstract

Many kinds of power resource have been used in the human live, like a petrol engine, solar engine, steam turbine, hydro turbine or electrical motor. To run those machines, need same fuel or specific resource and also need high infestation Water wheel has been known very well, especially in West Sumatra for along tame ago as a simple technology. It’s can run with small water flow, not like hydro turbine, but will generate a big enough power. Water wheel construction is very simples that it’s can be made everywhere, with the wood materials, metal or both of them. The power of water wheel is big enough and can be used for every thing, to run generators, kinds of mill tools like rice milling, and many kinds of carpentry tools.

Abstract

In this research is method implementation conduct logic fuzzy - MCS 51 and used for roomtemperature arrangement and DC motor rotation were applied Incubator Baby machine. The research desired room temperature arrangement used to heater element and motor rotation arrangement as stabilize room temperature. The condition is wanted in this research is although trouble at fickle burden, but room temperature stability remain to earn to be defended according to desire. Advantages are system will become more stable, this will seen at respond of yielded output as well as system resilience to trouble. With easier system controller logic fuzzy to be adapted for various condition of yielding reliable and stable control system
