Abstract

Indeed the money distributed with the sacrificial intention becomes charity, because the money is included in the provision of Allah. While the sacrifice is also essentially the charity of money (property) bought by animals, then slaughtered, then given to the neighbors and the most important to the poor. The amount of reward for charity reward is doubled as explained in the paragraph above. Then if the sacrifice as a form of annual worship (10-13 zulhijjah) that was carried out was not accepted as a sacrifice just because of carrying out it in the form of the distribution of money, not sacrificial meat? Istinbath of sacrificial law with money, namely the Qur'an (Surah Al-Hajj: 28 and 36), hadith (HR. Abu Musa), atsar (Ayesha and Bilal), qias (diaciaskan with zakat), istihsan (better ), istishab (al-Ashlu fi syai al-Ibahah), istislah (maslahat), maqashid sharia (the purpose of the Shari'a is the benefit of the afterlife) and legal contextualism (filasfat, the nature and meaning of the Shari'a) and the principle of benefit and benefit (jalbu al -Mashalih wa dar'u al-Mafasid), whereas in muamalah the basic Islamic economy of every thing is permissible unless there is a argument which prohibits it. In the context of sacrifice with money in the perspective of Islamic economics in terms of the law of sacrifice there is no text on the prohibition of sacrifice with money, from an economic standpoint, more money is needed than sacrificial meat, it can be understood that sacrifice with money due to the condition of the situation and the presence of the victim receives more money rather than sacrificial meat, the law may (conditionally) namely al-Ibahah and the sacrifice is valid.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the history of the life of Muslim Minorities in the Tibetan region, where minority Muslims usually live in the midst of other communities whose majority are always oppressed. However, what is unique is that in Tibet they live peacefully and there are no major disputes between the native Buddhists and the Muslim minority immigrants, and they even unite to fight against the Chinese invaders. The method used in this study is a historical research method with data collection techniques through literature study. The formulation of the problem in this research is why the Muslim minority and the Buddhist majority can live peacefully and side by side in the Tibetan region. The results of this study are 1). The basic needs of many Tibetans come from the Middle East, the majority of whom are Muslims, therefore, in order to maintain good relations, they certainly do not want to cause new problems if the security of their Muslim brothers in Tibet is not guaranteed. 2) Muslims, on average, are community groups who were originally neighbors, and will continue to have good relations even though they have different beliefs. 3). Tibet is led by the Dalai Lama, who has always taught to respect each other, regardless of their religion 4). Both are victims of Chinese colonialism, so they feel the same fate and struggle.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is one of the most damaging problems for the future of humans and this nation. Indonesia was once an emergency of sexual violence against children, because the data from year to year always increases significantly, including in the City of Bukittinggi. For this reason, it is necessary to prevent this case. One of the roles for this prevention is the mosque as a religious institution. Mosques must be institutions that are concerned with this prevention, because mosques carry out religious and learning activities that educate their people. Such a role can be used as a medium for prevention of this case. Mosques can play a role as a place for handling, prevention and at the same time forming a character to prevent such cases.

Abstract

This article discusses literacy in Titidu Village through the Rumah ABC (Fun to Read and Story) program. The reading room in Titidu Village as a place for literacy already exists, but the interest in books and the empowerment of the reading room has not been maximized. In addition, the reading room space in the hall must share space with other items and activities. So that the opening and closing hours of the reading room are not fixed. As a result, the reading room is rarely visited by the public, especially children. This article was created with the aim of providing an overview of literacy in Titidu Village through the ABC House (Fun to Read and Stories). The methods used are observation and interviews. Observations include direct observation of the reading room of the Titidu Village hall. While the interviews included village officials and children who were both objects and actors in the ABC House (Fun to Read and Stories).
