Abstract

The issue of brankrupt BMT is problematic since its settlement deals with a dilemma in which the goverment is irresponsive to that issues and the protection of customers’ fund is necessary. It is important to have a regulation of legal protection upon the brankrupt small and medium enterprises, such as BMT, dealing with a fact that many BMTs are brankrupt without having a substitutive funds. This article depicts a condition in which two BMTs in Yogyakarta, BMT Sabilul Muhtadin and BMT Al-Muthi’in, are assumed as having brankrupty, and the ways both of them made a legal protection to their customers and had some ways of settlements of their rights after that brankrupt situation. Keywords: Protection, Baitul Maal wat-Tamwil, Brankrupty

Abstract

Zakat is a worship required by Allah SWT for every Muslim and zakat is included in the third pillar of Islam which is paying zakat. There is two kinds of zakat namely zakat soul (zakat fitrah) and zakat treasure (zakat maal). This study aims to find out how the management of zakat is carried out by one of the national amil zakat institutions, namely yatim mandiri in Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative method by observing one of the national amil zakat institutions (yatim mandiri). In this study, we researching how zakat management starts from how to get zakat funds then distributing zakat funds to the community, financial management with in the zakat institution, then the programs owned by the amil zakat institutions to the management of all zakat funds so that can make people who are less fortunate.

Abstract

This research is explanatory. The purpose of this study is (1) To analyze and determine the effect of service attitude aspects on customer satisfaction; (2) To analyze and determine the effect of service aspects Attention to customer satisfaction; (3) To analyze and determine the effect of service aspects of the Actions on customer satisfaction. The population in this study are customers who conduct financial transactions at Bank Jatim Capem Maron Probolinggo. Sampling at the time of the study using the method of accidental sampling took samples of anyone who was there or happened to be found when filling out the questionnaire. The results of this study are (1) Attitude has a significant and negative influence on Customer Satisfaction; (2) Attention has a significant and positive influence on Customer Satisfaction; (3) Action is the most dominant variable.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAkad dan Produk al-Qardh al-Hasan, Rahn dan Hadiah di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil Nahdhatul Ulama (KSPPS BMT NU) Jawa Timur di Gapura Sumenep dipersepsikan berbeda oleh kiai dan tokoh NU Gapura Sumenep. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan (1) bagaimana persepsi kiai dan tokoh NU Gapura Sumenep terhadap akad dan produk al-Qardh al-Hasan, Rahn dan Hadiah di KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur di Gapura Sumenep, (2) apa dampak persepsi kiai dan tokoh NU Gapura Sumenep terhadap eksistensi dan perkembangan KSPPS BMT NU, dan (3) bagaimana KSPPS BMT NU menghadapi persepsi kiai dan tokoh NU terhadap hukum akad dan produk tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Sedangkan teknik penggalian data meliputi (1) pengamatan atau observasi, (2) wawancara dengan mencari informasi dan keterangan, dan (3) dokumentasi sebagai bukti adanya penelitian. Dari beberapa masalah di atas, hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) persepsi kiai dan tokoh Nahdhatul Ulama’ Gapura Sumenep terhadap akad dan produk al-Qardh al-Hasan, Rahn dan Hadiah di KSPPS BMT NU Jawa Timur di Gapura Sumenep ialah kiai dan tokoh yang memperbolehkan karena jelas dalil dan referensinya, sedangkan yang tidak memperbolehkan membawa kepada ranah tasawuf disebabkan kehati-hatian atau khawatir terjerumus pada syubhât bahkan haram, (2) dampak perbedaan persepsi kiai dan tokoh NU terhadap akad dan produk ialah menjadikan sebagian masyarakat tidak mengikuti transaksi di KSPPS BMT NU berdasarkan kiai dan tokoh yang diyakini kebenaran pendapatnya, dan (3) KSSPS BMT NU Jawa Timur mempunyai panduan hukum yang menyatakan bahwa semua akad dan produk di KSPPS BMT NU boleh dan halal untuk diaplikasikan serta dijalankan sesuai sistem syariah.Kata Kunci : Kiai, NU, KSPPS BMT NU

Abstract

The role of cooperative and MSMEs in economic growth are very important. In 1998, Indonesia experienced economic  crisis, the cooperative business units and MSMEs were relatively stable and able to survive compared to the large companies. According to date from the ministry of cooperatives and UMKM, in 2019 the number of cooperatives will be 126,343 units, although this number has decreased from 2014, which was 212,570 units. Seeing this certainly becomes a big hope  or opportunity for  Indonesia economic growth, however in general the development of cooperatives, still experiences various obstacles, especially in terms of capital and accessing capital sources. In Act no.3 of 2004, Bank Indonesian Bank policy in assisting the development of small and medium-sized businesses and cooperatives , is more about  technical assistance and institutional development. The task of managing credit has been transferred to SOEs including BRI, Bank BTN and PT. Nastional Capital Madani (PNM) banks.The optimization of the role of SOEs in the development of Indonesian cooperatives is indicated to be not optimal, especially in capital finance working, in this study, the writer will focus more on the cooperative of employees in an industrial company, which is still less touched by the stakeholders until now on. (One employee cooperative of PT.Tirta  Investma (AQUA), Tirta Bangun Karya Cooperative, Subang Regency, West java, the research approach is  based on the basic  assumptions of social science,  which will be conducted by the way of researchers’ analyzing of phenomenon or reality, analized by using SWOT analysis. This study aims to Provide an  overview of the business cooperatives opportunities, especially cooperative  employees of an industry, explaining  the involvement and mengagement of stakeholders in develoving and finacing the role of industrial employee cooperatives as the main business partners of companies that shelter, For Describing  the government framework in providing the recommendations to  stakeholders in  cevelopment programs is to support government programs in priority economic fields.From the research conducted, it can be concluded that : Government policies relatied to the development of  industrial cooperatives, namely : in general, government policies in developing cooperative, as such  they are independent and  have been realized ate not only carried out by one or two ministry institutions but by various  institutions, such as the ministry of cooperatives and MSMEs, ministries industry,  ministry of trade, and BAPENAS, Bank of  Indonesia, BUMN and Non Bank Finacial Institutions. Various from of support are given to  cooperatives such as guidance, assistance and financing. Related to this the government always tries to  facilitate cooperatives to have  access to finance  from financial institutions or banks and non banks. These facilities include subsidized banking credit, guarantees of non-bank institutions, financing from SEO profit allowance, grants and others.Company policy in developing employee cooperatives, namely: The company is a partner in running the company’s business wheels meaning that all efforts of the company to run the business always involve cooperatives, of course, this must be bound in the MoU between the company and the cooperative both in writing. The Members of the  cooperative are employees of the company  in which the cooperative belongs. A PKB ( Collective Labor Agreement) was made  between the union and company management  which one of the contents of the collective Labor Agreement  is cooperative. In the contents of the Collective Labor Agreement, there are  no cooperative there are no specific regulations regarding the involvement of cooperetives as Company’s  partners.Banking policy in developing cooperatives, the model link program between banks and cooperative,  has been running using the scheme of executing , channeling and joint finance. It is necessary to develop a model  for developing the  distribution of funds to cooperatives, in which  to support the cooperative business with cooperative is part of the company vendor/ supplier. Banking policies in terms of cooperative business funding need to be developed  softer, because in general, the employee cooperative do not  have variable or large assets yet. In which  this has always been a requirement of a bank in funding cooperative. A collaboration has been conducted between  bank and cooperative in  terms of  financing  cooperative  members  though an exceceuting system. There is no easy access to financial  cooperative businesses  father than the  employee of  finance itself.There needs a synergy  between the Government- financing Institutions and cooperative companies   to put coopretives  as a supporter of the Indonesian economiy, as such the recommendations for  the  central government though the relevant ministries are signed, they should be able to pay  more attenstion  on cooperative for  industrial employee. By issuing the relevant  regulations or laws with pathnerships, between employee cooperative and company management, the local government should have the  courage to issue a regulation relating partnerships between employee cooperatives and companies through related agencies, companies must create policies  towards the  employee cooperative  as the main business partners of companies and  financial institutions, especially banks  must play a more active  roles in communication, outreach, guidance and the realizing  channeling funds to  improve cooperative business units  through soft funding and policies that can facilitate cooperative In obtaining funding and financial institutions must be able to run government program in terms of funding  the cooperatives of industrial employee.

Abstract

The Social Security Organizing Body or ordinary people used to call it BPJS is a state-owned legal entity whose job is to organize social security programs. When a social security program is managed by an institution, such as the BPJS, then the principle of al-takmin al-ta'awuni should be applied. And to implement these principles a Sharia Unit is needed. The purpose of this paper is to find out how BPJS is viewed in the perspective of Islamic Economics. The method used in this paper is a qualitative research method where the author uses field notes, interviews, and personal documents and other documents as a support in the results of this paper using descriptive data collection techniques that examine the data with the arrangement of words not with data number. Seen from the perspective of Islamic Economics, the contract on the manager of BPJS in Islamic economics can be known as mudharabah at-ta'awuniyah, which is a cooperation agreement to bear each other or risk each other with the principle of help-helping and mutual assistance. This has been included in one of the principles of Islamic Economics, namely mutual help.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran online pada Online Shop Albbia.id guna untuk menarik konsumen, mengetahui taktik apa saja dalam berbisnis dan meningkatkan penjualan melalui berbagai pemasaran digital teknik, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi pemasaran pada Online Shop Albbia.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey dengan narasumber Labiba Bachmid sebagai pemilik Online Shop Albbia.id bisnis mandiri berbasis online dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Terdapatberbagai macam produk, yaitu Pakaian Wanita, Organizer, Peralatan Rumah Tangga, dan berbagai macam model Tas. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang apa yang menjadi dasar pemilihan media, strategi, pemilihan segmen, kelebihan dan kelemahan, serta kegagalan apa yang pernah dialami dalam menjalankan usaha bisnis online. Harapan yang diinginkan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah menjadi acuan bagi calon pelaku khususnya anak muda dalam pemasaran online. Sehingga kedepan dapat mengambil contoh yang baik danmelengkapinya menjadi strategi yang lebih dahsyat.Kata kunci: usaha kreatif, pemasaran digital, pemasaran online

Abstract

Method used by the scholars, especially among Hanafiyah, not separated from it, with the rapid development of science and technology istihsan was born as a solution in the determination of new laws that do not yet have provisions both in the text of Istihsan is a determination method of Islamic law based on the principle of Qur’an and Hadith and based on Islamic Shari'a purpose. istihsan itself to apply a the Qur'an and Hadith, as for new cases that require answers to the determination of the law including in the field of muamalah such as buying and selling online and shopping in supermarkets. In contemporary finance and economics such cases require legal settlement, the istihsan here is present and serves as a solution to the settlement of the law in permissibility or not a transaction contract based on tradition of modern humans.

Abstract

Hasil perikanan merupakan komoditi yang cukup besar dan berpengaruh akan perekonomian di negara Indonesia. Dengan didasari sebagai negara maritime yang merupakan negara dengan luas lautan yang banyak merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung bagi negara Indonesia untuk mengembangkan perekonomiannya di sektor tersebut. Dalam era Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEAN) diperlukan sebuah produk yang bermutu tinggi agar mampu bersaing di pasar global, tidak terkecuali sektor perikanan yang terkenal dengan sifat komoditi yang cepat rusak. Dalam hal ini ikan memang merupakan sebuah komoditi yang memerlukan perawatan ekstra agar mutunya tetap terjaga , dimana hal tersebut menjadi suatu tantangan bagi para pengelola yang salah satunya adalah Ikan Salmon dan Tuna. PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Telah melakukan penerapan pengolahan ikan secara modern dan mengikuti standard program dasar pengolahan ikan yang merupakan Standard Nasional Indonesia dalam bidang tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan untuk Menganalisis tingkat penerapan kelayakan dasar Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) dan Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) pengolahan ikan Salmon dan Tuna di PT. Bumi Menara Internusa, dan juga untuk melakukan analisis kesesuaian mutu sesuai karakteristik SNI dengan yang ada di PT. Bumi Menara Internusa, . Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara. Hasil yang di dapat adalah bagaimana proses-proses yang ada dalam pengolahan ikan Tuna dan Salmon dengan standard GMP dan SSOP. Penyimpangan yang terjadi hanyalah penyimpanan minor yang dianggap masih bisa ditoleransi untuk jangka pendek.

Abstract

Conceptually, this research describes the structure between the perfect competition market and the imperfect competition market which is also seen from an Islamic perspective, which of course also talks about the structure of the perfect competition market and imperfect competition market, as well as several things about this. Market, which incidentally is a meeting place for buyers and sellers to carry out buying and selling transactions of goods and services, as well as a place for the community to meet the needs and drivers of the community's economy. There are various kinds of markets, for a broad picture the market is divided into perfect competition markets, and imperfect competitive markets in which there are still divisions such as monopolistic, monopolistic, and oligopolistic markets. A perfectly competitive market in which there are many sellers and buyers of similar goods. Meanwhile, the imperfect competitive market contains only one seller or a few sellers. In this report, some information is generated regarding the two types of markets, such as the meaning, differences in the perfect competition market and imperfect competition market, the advantages and disadvantages of perfect and imperfect competition markets, market mechanisms, etc. The data collection method used in this study was to collect data from related web literature studies
