Abstract

ABSTRAKIstihsa>n merupakan metode penetapan hukum Islam yang berdasarkan prinsip al-Qur’a>n dan hadits serta berdasarkan tujuan syari’at Islam. Istihsa>n itu sendiri dalam pengaplikasiannya merupakan metode yang dipakai para ulama khususnya kalangan Hanafiyah, tidak lepas dari itu, dengan pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi istihsa>n lahir sebagai solusi dalam penentuan hukum baru yang belum ada ketentuannya baik dalam nash al-Qur’a>n maupun hadits, adapun kasus baru yang membutuhkan jawaban penetapan hukum diantaranya yaitu dalam bidang muamalah seperti jual beli online dan belanja di supermarket. Dalam keuangan dan ekonomi kontemporer kasus-kasus seperti itu membutuhkan penyelesaian hukum, maka istihsa>n disini hadir dan berperan sebagai solusi penyelesaian hukum yang terjadi di masyarakat apakah boleh atau tidak suatu transaksi akad yang berdasarkan tradisi manusia modern.Kata Kunci: Istihsa>n; Hukum Islam; Ekonomi; Keuangan KontemporerABSTRACTmethod used by the scholars, especially among Hanafiyah, not separated from it, with the rapid development of science and technology istihsan was born as a solution in the determination of new laws that do not yet have provisions both in the text of Istihsan is a determination method of Islamic law based on the principle of Qur’an and Hadith and based on Islamic Shari'a purpose. istihsan itself to apply a the Qur'an and Hadith, as for new cases that require answers to the determination of the law including in the field of muamalah such as buying and selling online and shopping in supermarkets. In contemporary finance and economics such cases require legal settlement, the istihsan here is present and serves as a solution to the settlement of the law in permissibility or not a transaction contract based on tradition of modern humans.Keywords: Istihsan; Islamic Law; Economics; Contemporary Finance.

Abstract

Sharia Insurance is an institution that provides services in the service sector that appears among people who still do not understand about sharia insurance and its mechanisms, so that people are still awkward to use the insurance services. Islamic insurance in Indonesia has the potential to grow along with the growth of the Islamic financial market. The sharia insurance strategy to increase product sales is carried out by conducting outreach to the public. In terms of increasing the number of customers, especially by expanding the market, especially for people who have not used sharia insurance services through direct socialization, maintaining and improving existing markets by trying to always maintain communication with customers to provide quality services, introducing financial planning and management. risk in Islamic insurance. Abstract

Based on statistical data, there is a tendency for a decline in the performance of Islamic banks, which is characterized by stagnation in market share growth that has not reached the target in recent years. There are several factors that are suspected to be obstacles to the development of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, ranging from the inadequacy of human resources to the ambivalence between the concept of sharia and operations in the field. The complexity of the problem has an impact on the low public trust about the existence of Islamic banks among conventional financial institutions. As a result, the enthusiasm and response of the public towards Islamic financial products and services in the banking sector, insurance, capital markets and other sectors have become flat, and instead become an obstacle to the growth of assets and market shares of the Islamic financial industry. For this reason, cooperation between stakeholders is needed so that the problems in the development of Islamic banks are not only sourced from one aspect, but almost all aspects from upstream to downstream, starting from regulation, human resources, product quality, quantity of Islamic banks and also the level of education and public understanding. the product is still very minimal can be resolved properly to support the sustainability and development of the Islamic economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism and function of Brizzi cards and the effectiveness of santri in minimizing the use of cash. This study uses a qualitative type, the research instrument uses interview documentation and field observations. The results showed that: the use of Brizzi cards was very effective against the effectiveness of santri in minimizing the use of cash, especially in the Al-Hashimiyah region. Because with the use of Brizzi cards, the santri is given a limit on the use of balances in the transaction so that the santri can also manage the use of their money properly, the spread of cash decreases, and the case of frequent loss of money is rare, now also affecting the cooperative's cash income. Because students in the transaction have switched to using electronic money / Brizzi.

Abstract

Marketing management is the key to the continuity of an organization’s business so that it runs according to its function. The development of financial institutions, both banks, and non-banks, will encourage financial institutions always to optimize their marketing activities. Analyzing the market and its environment to find out how big the opportunity is to seize the market and how big the threat is that must be faced. This article aims to find out how marketing management is in improving products at the BMT NU Mlandingan branch. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting structured interviews in the form of questions related to obtaining relevant informants from customers and employees of the BMT NU Mlandingan Branch. Marketing management process by doing market segmentation, target market, determination, positioning, and differentiation. Savings and financing products are good and increasing from the intensity of increasing the number of customers with the reason that customers are easier and understand the advantages of savings and financing products at the malandingan branch of BMT NU. The findings in this study indicate that promotions can increase the number of customers in a faster time and reach a wider audience using existing media. Keywords: Marketing management, Products, BMT

Abstract

Taxibike (grab) is a pick-up service with a modern, order-based Taxibike. Taxibike is a two-wheeled motor vehicle that is a very effective transportation.This application allows users who can order Taxibike online. Also known as a modern and professional Taxibike. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of online Taxibike in public services in Malang Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative description approach. The purpose of this research is to examine natural objects, to get an overview of the development of the transportation industry and the contribution of online Taxibike to public service in Indonesia, especially the Grab company. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of this online transportation application work system has a major impact on improving driver performance and is very beneficial for consumers and drivers of online transportation companies. Also this online Taxibike is a breakthrough in online business which is currently in demand by the Indonesian people, especially in the Malang district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap strategi manajemen produksi dalam menghasilkn profitabilitas pada persuasahaan provider  sehingga dapat mengahsilkan kemaksimlakan dalam laba perusahaan. Metode yang di gunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini dikemukan bahwa starategi yang dilakukan oleh provider dengan mengatasnamakan embel embel islam terbukti efektif untuk menarik custumer dalam membeli yang di tawarkan oleh provider, sehingga provider menghasilkan laba profit yang melebiha standart yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of POS (point of sale) is to facilitate transactions through a sales-oriented activity and a system. For instance, in service, inventory management, and data on merchandise sales.The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the use of POS (point of sale) applications enhances consumer service. As a result of this study's findings, customers can now obtain services more easily through the use of POS (point of sale) applications.So that it can assist in the management of operational activities and improve the efficiency of service processes.With the transition from the manual to the digital mode of operation.It is beneficial for the chief cooperative officers in other service processes to ensure that this POS (point of sale) application can effectively simplify and speed up the service process when consumers are present.It is used to enhance consumer service during the transaction payment process.To enable officers of the central Pondok Pesantren cooperative to provide comprehensive service to students or customers, it is beneficial for the leading cooperative officers to be proficient in other service processes so that the application of this POS (point of sale) application can effectively simplify and speed up the service process in the presence of consumers.It is used to enhance consumer service during the transaction payment process. Abstract

Perkembangan Bisnis Laundry di zaman sekarang semakin pesat karena permintaan dan kebutuhan jasa laundry sangat dibutuhkan dari berbagai kalangan diantaranya masyarakat yang sibuk dengan pekerjaannya karena tak ada waktu untuk melakukan kegiatan mencuci pakaian sendiri, kalangan mahasiswa, masyarakat perumahan dan yang lainnya. Maka dari itu peneliti mengambil penelitian di tempat Zada Laundry syariah sebagai penelitian karena ingin mengetahui lebih dalam tentang model pemasaran syariah di Zada Laundry syariah apakah sudah sesuai dengan konsep-konsep bisnis syariah. Karena bisnis dan usaha sekarang masih banyak yang syariah tetapi belum menerapkan konsep syariah dan berkarakteristik syariah sesuai dengan aturannya dan ajaran islam sebagai dasar dan pedoman pada bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana model pemasaran syariah pada usaha bisnis laundry di zada laundry syariah, untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran syariah pada usaha bisnis laundry di zada laundry syariah dan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi kendala dalam pemasaran syariah pada usaha bisnis laundry di zada laundry syariah. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dalam penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan data yang ada di lapangan dan menghubungkan sebab akibat terhadap suatu yang terjadi pada saat penelitian, dengan tujuan memperoleh gambaran realita model pemasaran syariah pada usaha bisnis laundry. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan syariah, seperti keterjaminan kesucian, memberikan diskon untuk pencucian alat ibadah dan masjid, pelayanan yang ramah, pelayanan yang tepat waktu dan memuaskan dapat menarik minat dari konsumen.
