Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengkaji dampak partisipasi masyarakat dan kemitraan pemerintah-swasta terhadap keberhasilan program Gerbangmastra di Kabupaten Probolinggo Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kemitraan publik-swasta berdampak pada partisipasi masyarakat dan keberhasilan program Gerbangmastra. Ditemukan juga bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat berdampak pada keberhasilan program Gerbangmastra. Diungkapkan lebih lanjut bahwa pelaksanaan program public private partnership yang didukung dengan partisipasi masyarakat berdampak pada keberhasilan pelaksanaan program Gerbangmastra.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is one way to win a sustainable competitive advantage for a company. The marketing strategy can be viewed as one of the bases used in preparing the overall company plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the marketing mix strategy in increasing the percentage of customer interest in funding products at BSI KCP Situbondo A. Yani. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation or reports by describing the object of the research. The results and research are elements of the marketing mix consisting of product, price, place process, promotion, people and physical evidence carried out by BSI KCP Situbondo A. Yani is quite good. Based on the results of the first study, BSI KCP Situbondo A Yani has implemented the 7P marketing mix strategy well. Second, the amount of funding at BSI KCP Situbondo A Yani will increase in 2022 after experiencing a significant decline from 2020 to 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. And thirdly, there is an increase in the number of customers who are interested in using funding, lending products and increasing income every month. The application of the marketing mix in increasing the percentage of customer interest in funding products carried out by BSI KCP Situbondo A. Yani is quite effective because there is an improvement in the number of customers from time by time.

Abstract

This study discusses the risks of murabahah contracts, as we all know that murabahah financing is in great demand by the public, especially in sharia-based multi-business cooperatives (KSU) - BMT Tanjung, this is because it is considered fast and easy in practice. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design with observation, documentation and interview techniques. This lesson takes place in a multi-business cooperative (KSU) BMT Tanjung, the results of this research are (1) where murabahah products are widely used as consumption payments and there is also capital used for business continuity, (2) the risks associated with murabahah a lot of payments, goods and collateral, (3) risk management is carried out by sharia murabahah multi-business cooperatives (KSU) sharia-bmt bandar loyal quite well in its management, it's just that there are some managements, especially those related to goods that are not quite right, namely murabahah contracts that made before the goods are placed in the hands of the Sharia Financial Services cooperative (KSU) sharia-compliant BMT Tanjung. Abstract

The phenomenon of this research is when the Covid-19 pandemic spread, the divorce rate increased drastically, the highest percentage was due to the economy. Therefore the researcher wants to analyze family financial management from the perspective of Islamic wealth management. The aim is to provide a view that IWM can be used as a basis for better managing family finances. The author uses a qualitative approach method with field research (field studies) to obtain primary data that is in accordance with the issues raised. Besides that, the researcher also combined with a literature review system related to Islamic Wealth Management. The results of this study are the three families with different backgrounds, it can be said that unconsciously they have followed the principles of Islamic wealth management well, only in the last principle that has not been applied today and all informants have been aware of their primary, secondary and their tertiary. And they have considered that with the possessions they have been able to meet their needs.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between Islamic religious education and the economic quality of Muslim families. Islamic religious education is an important aspect of Muslim life that plays a role in shaping their values, beliefs and religious practices. Meanwhile, the quality of the family economy is an important indicator to measure the welfare and sustainability of family life. The literature research method, which is also known as the literature research method, involves collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from various sources of literature that is relevant to answering research questions or understanding the topic under study. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between Islamic religious education and the economic quality of Muslim families. Families that have a higher level of Islamic religious education tend to have better economic quality. Islamic religious education can provide a strong moral and ethical foundation in managing family economic resources, avoiding behavior that is inconsistent with religious principles, and increasing sound financial understanding and practice. This finding has important implications for the development of Islamic religious education and programs that focus on the economic empowerment of Muslim families. Efforts to increase access to and quality of Islamic religious education can contribute to improving the economic quality of Muslim families as a whole. In addition, an approach that integrates aspects of Islamic religious education and finance can help develop financial literacy and good financial management among Muslim families. However, this study also acknowledges that there are other factors that can affect the economic quality of Muslim families, such as macroeconomic factors, level of general education, and access to economic opportunities. Therefore, further research is needed to deepen understanding of this relationship and other relevant factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkap tentang peranan media sosial dalam penghimpunan dan pelaporan dana ZIS kepada muzakki lazismu pati. Terdapat dua permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peran penggunaan media sosial dalam penghimpunan serta pelaporan dana ZIS kepada muzakki dan dampak positif penggunaan media sosial dalam penghimpunan dan pelaporan dana ZIS kepada muzakki. Untuk menjawab pertanyaaan tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan memperoleh datanya dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan penghimpunan dan pelaporan dana ZIS kepada muzakki. Salah satunya yaitu dengan adanya media sosial, proses penghimpunan dana ZIS lebih optimal, serta dalam memberikan laporan-laporan terkait dana ZIS yang terhimpun kepada muzakki menjadi lebih mudah, sehingga para muzakki atau donatur bisa mengetahui dana yang telah mereka berikan digunakan untuk apa saja. Selain itu, dampak positif yang dirasakan adalah mempermudah mencari donator, Dapat memberikan atau menyebarkan informasi yang ada di LAZISMU Pati, mempermudah LAZISMU dalam mempererat silaturahim dengan para donator, dan Dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap LAZISMU Pati.

Abstract

Financing allows companies to obtain financial assistance or capital to develop businesses and generate profits. This study aimed to explain the utilization of financing, particularly productive financing, in the development of the furniture business at UD Asnur Mandiri. This study used a qualitative field research approach and data collection techniques such as observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data was then analyzed comprehensively. The analysis revealed that UD Asnur Mandiri could develop its business through the use of productive financing. The indicators of business development demonstrate the utilization of financing to boost raw materials, labor, production, customer base, and revenue. Therefore, the use of financing by UD. Asnur Mandiri significantly influences its business development.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the BSI KCP Situbondo Basuki Rahmat gold installment strategy and the BSI KCP Situbondo Basuki Rahmat gold installment strategy in increasing people's financial intelligence and the number of customers. The research approach used is qualitative with a field study research type. Data collection applies interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this research are: 1) The BSI KCP Situbondo Basuki Rahmat gold installment strategy was carried out in two stages, planning and implementation. The planning stage is carried out by implementing segmentating, targeting and positioning (STP) strategies. The implementation stage is carried out by implementing the marketing mix; 2) Increasing the number of financial intelligence and number of customers is carried out with three education programs. First, awareness that the value of currency always decreases over time. Second, awareness that the value of property assets always decreases over time. Third, the importance of investing in gold is to save money from a decline in currency value and assets from a decline in value.

Abstract

Abstrak Nuri Auliya; NIM: 501180145; pengaruh kemandirian dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis islam.       Minat berwirausaha merupakan rasa senang dan tertarik dalam melakukan aktivitas berwirausaha, dimana seseoang yang memiliki minat berwirausaha akan lebih siap menanggung berbagai resiko yang mungkin akan terjadi ketika seseorang tersebut memutuskan untuk berwirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana secara pasrsial maupun simultan kemandirian dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode Kuantitatif Deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, metode angket yang digunakan yaitu memakai skala likert dan sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi Dan Sumbangan Efektif.      Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) ditemukan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variable kemandirian dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. (2) variabel kamandirian dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan menunjukan hasil yang berpengaruh positif (gerak searah) terhadap minat berwirausaha. (3) variabel kemandirian lebih dominan dibandingkan variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze aspects of baitul maal wat tamwil (bmt) from the perspective of the Koran. This study uses qualitative research. The type of data in this research uses secondary data sourced from the Qur'an, Hadith, books, and journals as references. The development carried out is to modify the BMT that researches in the field to become BMT according to the perspective of the Koran. Another development is that we know each of the differences between the BMT in the field and the word of God. The next development is to determine whether BMT has been explained in the Qur'an or not. Other developments also add knowledge constructs about Islamic banking to conventional banks. This study has a qualitative approach. Determining the number of samples in this study adjusted to the snowball sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study was the technique of taking data sources, which at first were small in number and then enlarged. This was because the small data sources had not been able to provide satisfactory data, so looking for other informants who were used as data sources.
