Abstract

Banking institutions are institutions that are often used by the public to carry out financial transactions, whether in the form of savings, transfers, investments and others. In this case, Islamic Banking carries out funding and lending activities by promoting various types of financial transaction services, becoming the main center in crime. money laundering and terrorism financing to hide illegal money. Therefore, the OJK has made regulations regarding the prevention of Money Laundering and the financing of Terrorism which includes CDD and EDD PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP H.M Yamin has implemented Customer Due Diligence on Walk In Customer (WIC) and Enhanced Due Diligence on Customers as an effort to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing. In this journal research using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. the data taken is by interview and observation techniques. Observations indicate that the implementation of WIC on Customer Due Diligence is carried out when the Bank doubts customer information by conducting identification and verification. In addition, at WIC where previously WIC did not need to report to Customer Service when making transactions and went directly to the teller. However, for now there has been a circular letter of change from the Head Office of Bank Sumut Syariah regarding the implementation of WIC where WIC is required to report to Customer service first after obtaining approval from CS, then WIC can go directly to the teller. The implementation of Enhanced Due Diligence is carried out for Politically Exposed Person customers. But in practice at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP H.M Yamin is carried out if there are suspicious transactions or when there are cases.

Abstract

This study discusses the marketing strategy of the savings product Tabungan and how the marketing strategy can have an impact on the level of company reputation and the level of customer trust in BSI Probolinggo . This study aims to (1) understand and find out more about the marketing strategy used by BSI Probolinggo , in maeting its Tabungan savings product. (2) describe the efforts of BSI Probolinggo in marketing its products to continue to maintain the existence of the products they have and overcome the marketing problems they face. (3) to determine the impact of the marketing strategy on the level of reputation and customer trust in the company. Using this type of qualitative research with direct observation and interview methods. From the observations made by the author, the results of the study are as follows: (1) Tabungan savings is a savings product that is most in demand by customers with a percentage of 36.5% of the use of a total of 6 fundraising products offered with 5fivesavings products and 1-time deposit producWorship (2) the use of an effective sales strategy turns out to have an impact on the level of company reputation and the trust given by customers, the more products sold indicate that the public has interest and trust in the product, and automatically increases the reputation of the company (3) the marketing strategy used by the company BSI Probolinggo  is still traditional, with direct marketing methods by Customer Service. (4) the lack of use of digital technology in marketing Tabungan savings products. (5) To maintain customer loyalty, usually, BSI Probolinggo  gives gifts to customers, shopping discounts and other direct prizes.

Abstract

Tujuan Peneilitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menemukan cara penerapan budaya atau culture di tinjau dari perspektif ekonomi islam. Dalam penelitian akan dikaji rumusan masalahnya yaitu bagaimana implementasi budaya perusahaan berbasis perspektif Islam pada Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Rantau Prapat. Metode metode kualitatif dengan deskriptif menggunakan data sekunder dan primer. Pengumpulan datanya berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan tiga bagian dalam penerapan budaya perusahaan di Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Rantau Prapat. Pertama, nilai-nilai perusahaan, visi, misi, dan motto perusahaan (singkatnya TERBAIK). Kedua, penguatan pegawai terkait budaya perusahaan Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Syariah RantauPrapat. Ketiga, Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Rantau Prapat telah mengembangkan strategi untuk menciptakan budaya perusahaan yang baik dengan menyebarkannya ke seluruh karyawan. Sosialisasi ini berlangsung saat rapat kerja atau saat apel pagi.

Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan tujuan utama setiap lembaga keuangan, ketika profitabiltas bank tersebut meningkat maka semakin baik kondisi bank tersebut dalam menjalankan operasionalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat likuidtas dan permodalan terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Muamalat periode 2015-2022. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan data skunder, data diambil dari laporan keuangan Bank Muamalat periode triwulan dari maret 2015-september 2022 sebanyak 31 laporan keuangan triwulan Bank Muamalat. Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya pengaruh yang positif signifikan dari FDR dan CAR terhadap tingkat profitabilitas dengan kontribusi sebesar 57,8% sedangkan sisanya 53,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model. Temuan ini meyakinkan calon investor dan pengambil kebijakan akan pentingnya tingkat profitabilitas dengan menjaga tingkat likuiditas dan permodalan  agar terhindar dari resiko.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the practice of muraza'ah contracts associated with an economic culture that is aligned with Islamic economic ethics in Tangsil Kulon Bondowoso Village. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach, and the data source is the people in Tangsil Kulon. The results of this study indicate that the practice of the muzara'ah contract in Tangsil Kulon Village uses the musyarakah principle with a split system adapted to the local community’s culture. The distribution in the form of percentages still has the disadvantaged party, namely the land owner, because the cultivator does not see whether the harvest is experiencing a profit or loss and thinks he is still working.

Abstract

The development of banking in Indonesia is currently relatively stable and continues to grow; this study aims to determine the role of savings in raising third-party funds at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Simpang Kayu Besar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis technique. The source of the data in this research is the primary data is interviewed by the bank, and the secondary data in this study is a literature study. The bank usually collects third-party funds from the public by using the bank's products consisting of demand deposits, savings and time deposits. At PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Simpang Kayu Besar DPK was very high on deposit products in 2019; during the Covid-19 pandemic, stakes could have been more helpful in increasing the bank's DPK. Savings are essential in growing third-party funds at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Simpang Kayu Besar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the marketing strategy BPRS Amanah Insan Cita implemented to increase the number of murabahah financing customers temporally. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Data sources were obtained through interviews, documentation, observation, and journal references. The results of this study indicate that BPRS Amanah Insan Cita uses the 4P marketing mix strategy (location, product, price and promotion). The strategy more often used in this case is the promotion strategy, compared to the three methods. Through a promotional process, customers better understand the advantages and disadvantages of murabahah financing products. The promotion strategy is more effective and aimed at the general public to increase the number of customers faster.

Abstract

The existence of Shopee Paylater is a form of development in the world of technology that makes it easy for everyone to shop from anywhere and at any time through the Shopee Paylater marketplace. The limit provided at Shopee Paylater also makes it easier for buyers who don't have money to use the existing limit on Shopee Paylater, which ranges from 750,000 to tens of millions. The system implemented in Shopee Pay later is buy now pay later. However, as time went on, many did not follow the existing regulations at Shopee Paylater with the emergence of a cash swipe service or commonly called a gestun which was used to withdraw the existing limit on Shopee Paylater. Actions like this clearly violate the regulations in the Shopee application itself. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Shopee Paylater gesture service is in accordance with the principles of the Shari'ah Economy. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method in which the researcher describes how the practice of gestune barcode services on Shopee Paylater and a review of Islamic law is in accordance with the principles of shari'ah. The results of this study are that the practice of gestune services is not allowed because it has violated the rules in the Shopee Paylater marketplace. From the point of view of Islamic law, withdrawing the limit on e-money is one of the conditions if you want to use e-money. However, in terms of liquidating the limit on Shopee Paylater it is not allowed because it has clearly violated the regulations in the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki peluang yang sangat besar untuk memimpin industri pasar halal dunia. Dengan menjadi negara mayoritas umat muslim terbesar dunia, hal tersebut tentu bisa menjadi penunjang industri halal inidonesia. Namun sayangnya masih banyak pekerjaan rumah yang harus diselesaikan. Terutama mengenai rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki indonesia tentang ilmu pengetahuan dan juga ilmu halal haram. Pesantren dalam hal ini dirasa bisa menjadi jawaban dari permasalahan tersebut. Potensi ekonomi yang dimiliki pesantren bisa dimanfaatkan untuk mencapai keinginan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membaca potensi apa saja yang dimiliki pesantren untuk menyokong industri halal indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini jga digunakan metodologi kualitatif desktriptif untuk memahami berbagai konsep yang ditemukan dalam proses penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pesantren memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung industri halal indonesia dalam hal peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang menjadi permasalahan industri halal indonesia sendiri. Pesantren yang kini tidak hanya mengajarkan keilmuan keagamaan tapi juga ilmu pengetahuan modern diharapkan mampu mencetak kader-kader yang dapat membawa indonesia memimpin industri halal dunia.

Abstract

Investment is one way to get profit or income. Gold investment is one of the investment alternatives for individuals, companies or institutions that have financial freedom to invest. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the advantages of investing in gold through gold installment financing products for the long term. This research method uses qualitative methods using descriptive types in the form of observations, interviews and documentation conducted by researchers.
