Abstract

Currently, there are various emerging applications of bioinformatics that can make it easier for biological researchers to be able to analyze DNA and RNA sequences. Biological applications such as Biopython are open source module-based applications that can be combined with other programs for free. Many web-based applications have also been developed because they are considered easier than desktop applications because they are portable in addition to being easier to integrate with central bioinformatics data around the world. Laminas Framework which carries the MVC concept and is based on object-oriented programming and with its advantages fits the pattern of bioinformatics application development. The hybrid process between the system architecture contained in the framework and business processes in bioinformatics is a challenge for researchers. The process of data communication and execution of shell commands that are triggered in the middleware and continuously connected to the data source makes the process faster. The results of testing the laminas framework through the phpunit test contained in the laminas framework can be tested well and the python module that is formed is tested with pytest and unittest displays good results. so that structured and flexible bioinformatics applications can be developed further.

Abstract

Family financial management is the basis of family financial health, starting with planning to consistent implementation as well as evaluation and feedback. This service activity is a series of service and research activities carried out by the implementing team in hamlet 20. Previously the team had conducted research related to community financial literacy, especially women or housewives in hamlet 20, Klambir Lima Kebun village. Then it was continued by carrying out community service activities in the form of a training workshop on making shredded vegetables made from vegetables, namely shredded banana and papaya fruit. From the series of three activities, it is hoped that women or housewives will have a direction towards financial independence. The team then carried out further service activities, namely socializing the use of the budget and managing family finances. This activity is in accordance with the objectives conveyed by the OJK for a prosperous family, the financial planning book reference from the OJK is used in this activity. The result of this activity is that housewives still find it difficult to start implementing the science that the team conveys, because it is a smelly thing and really needs desire and consistency. However, the housewives in Dusun 20 welcomed our presentation when we explained the advantages of having a good financial plan to achieve a more prosperous family. The problem of family welfare lies not only in the amount of sufficient income but also in healthy financial management

Abstract

Competency testing is a process of assessment (assessment) both technical and non-technical through the collection of relevant evidence to determine whether a person is competent or not yet competent in a certain competency unit or job qualification. The implementation of the series of "tests" is basically to determine the level of knowledge, skills and personality of students. To find out the passing standards of student competence in facing exams, a method is needed to process the old student grade data to predict the value of students who will take the national exam, namely by using the artificial neural network method with Backpropagation, the results obtained are 0.55178871 with the number of squared errors. 0.004595309, then the result has reached the target, then the iteration stops.

Abstract

Determining the time period for the receipt of the Tax Court’s decision being sued is very important. Tax Payer cannot file it after the period ends. Error in calculating the time period will be detrimental to the Taxpayer in defending his rights. For this reason, the calculation of the time period must have high accuracy. The wrong calculation method makes the 30-day calculation different. Of course, the Tax Court must have a calculation that dose not harm the Taxpayer. In accordance with 30 (thirty) days since the receipt of the decision of the Tax Court that is being sude is the date sent with Post Stamp. Calculation Starts from Year, Month, Date, Hour, Minute, and Second with Post Stamp. Of course, the calculation is based on 1 (one) day is 24 hours. The date of receipt with a post stamp shows the accurate time with the time stated in it, but the day is not fulfilled 24 hours. Thus, if the date sent has been calculated as 1 (one) day, then the expiry date after 30 days is the 30th day with calculations based on Year, Month, Date, Hour, Minute, and Second.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Interests, Personal Characteristics and Students of the Faculty of Social Affairs on Entrepreneurship. This research uses associative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique. The variables observed were divided into two, namely the Entrepreneurship variable. , the independent variables are Interests, Personal Characters and Motivation. The results show that simultaneously the variables of Interest, Personal Character and Motivation affect the Entrepreneurship of Accounting Students. it is known that the independent variable has an effect of 42.2% on these variables.

Abstract

In the credit agreement made under the hands there is an imbalance that occurs between the parties. The imbalance that occurs due to the standard clauses contained in the underhand agreement and this can be burdensome for one of the parties. The imbalance that occurs is considered to have violated the principle of freedom of contract, the Consumer Protection Law, and the Financial Services Authority Regulation, as well as the absence of bargaining conditions. This research was conducted on credit agreements at Bank Mestika Dharma Medan Branch.The purpose of the study is to analyze the imbalance of credit agreements made underhand, to analyze the problems faced by Bank Mestika Dharma Medan Branch regarding the use of private credit agreements, and to analyze legal protection efforts against the parties in private credit agreements. To answer this problem, normative juridical research is used by examining the juridical construction of under-handed agreement arrangements. The data are collected through library research and field research, that are obtained through document studies and interview guidelines.It is recommended to provide balanced rights and obligations between debtors and creditors, because in private credit agreements they prioritize the interests of the bank rather than the debtor. It is necessary to refine the policy on private credit agreements, so that there is a balance between the parties.

Abstract

PT. Aliindobaja Perkasa is a company engaged in Civil & Mechanical Construction Services. The problems in this study, both simultaneously and partially Financial Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have a positive and significant impact on the work objectives of employees at PT. Sari Surya Officer Medan. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by questionnaires by distributing a list of questions to 43 respondents through the Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) Version 18.00 assistance program, From the results of the Fcount test of 187,492 with a significant level of 0.00. Because Fcount 187,492 > Ftable 1.44 and the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, i.e. 0.00 < 0.05, the regression model can be said that Financial Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work goals. Based on the test how much influence the independent variables individually on the variables. Test the effect of Financial Incentives on Work Objectives at PT. Sari Surya Perwira Medan tcount 6.865 > ttable1.295 with a significant 0.000 < 0.050, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant effect of Financial Incentives on Work objectives. Sari Surya Perwira Medan tcount 4.130 > ttable 1.295 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.050, meaning that partially there is a significant and significant effect of Non-Financial Incentives on Work Objectives. Determination test (R2), the amount of adjust R square is 0.899, this means that 89.9% of variations in work pleasure can be explained by the independent variables of Financial Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives, while the rest (100% - 89.9% = 10.1%) can be explained by other independent variables. were not included in this study.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Working Capital Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Cash Turnover, Company Size, Company Growth And Return On Assets Towards Liquidity In LQ-45 Companies Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange". This study aims to analyze working capital turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, cash turnover, company size, company growth and return on assets on liquidity in LQ-45 companies with multiple regression analysis. The population in this study are LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The samples studied were 10 LQ-45 companies for the 2015-2019 period. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data were processed using multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 23.0. The results showed that partially working capital turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover, cash turnover, company size, company growth and return on assets had a positive and significant influence on liquidity.

Abstract

this TikTok application has a feature of uploading songs using songs from the application's users, which sometimes users do not allow songs uploaded to the application. The existence of taking songs without permission and then changing the time and sound effects on the sound pieces in the application indicates that a work of the song has made changes from the version of the song. The type of research used in completing the thesis is normative juridical research, namely an effort to study the rule of law as it writes. Data collection techniques are carried out through library research and field research, obtained through document studies, and the collection of TikTok videos that violate copyright. The study results indicate that the identification of copyright infringement by users of the TikTok application according to Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright is a violation of moral rights and economic rights. It is recommended to concerning the use of social media, especially the TikTok application, users of the TikTok application must pay more attention to the legal provisions in the field of Copyright in Indonesia and the terms of service for the TikTok application because, in principle, a violation of the use of the TikTok application has the potential to violate the moral rights and economic rights of the Creator/Right Holder. Copyright in the application can be sued for criminal or civil compensation as regulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright.
