Abstract

Mobile learning is a learning process that utilizes technological developments through electronic devices such as smartphones or mobile phones. Currently learning hijaiyah is still mostly done by meeting directly with the teaching staff, through Iqra or other print media. With this it is considered less effective and inefficient and causes boredom for children. Because of this, we need an efficient, effective and interactive hijaiyah letter learning media that can increase children's interest in learning anywhere and anytime. The application will be designed with a system design tool, namely UML (Unified Modelling language) which is easy to describe so that it can assist in system design. The application will be implemented on android-based mobile devices.

Abstract

Liquid snacks of one of the areas of business are growing rapidly in Indonesia, with the increasing number of population. Nowadays many snacks factories that produce products with various vasiasi so as to make skating have a lot that when want to buy. In connection with this it is required that the breadth of goods grouping system is in demand. To make the slide can determine there according to the wishes. This designed system uses Clustering method. In Clustering method The data segmentation method is very useful for predicting and analyzing literature, and from good Clustering results will result in a high level of similarity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian tentang konsep kebahagiaan dalam hijrah menurut pandangan masyarakat Sahabat Hijrahkuu Medan. Fenomena hijrah bukanlah sesuatu yang baru. Namun persoalannya, banyak pelaku hijrah yang tidak konsisten dan tidak berkomitmen untuk berhijrah. Penyebabnya adalah kekeliruan dalam berpikir bahwa hijrah adalah sesuatu yang menahan, sehingga menimbulkan ketidakbahagiaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang pentingnya berhijrah dan merasa bahagia dalam berhijrah, memahami makna bahagia dalam perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini juga akan mendeskripsikan berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Sahabat Hijrahkuu di Medan. Dari hasil analisis data, peneliti menemukan bahwa upaya komunitas Sahabat Hijrahkuu Medan sangat tinggi yaitu 40%, dan level terendah 5% dari total. Respon jemaah terhadap kehadiran komunitas ini cukup positif yaitu 40%, dan paling rendah 5% dari total. Adapun penelitian ini, peneliti ingin memberikan beberapa saran kepada komunitas Sahabat Hijrahkuu di Medan untuk memperkuat gerakan emigrasi dengan kolaborasi yang lebih efisien dengan komunitas atau organisasi lain.

Abstract

Land has a very important role for human life because land is a place to carry out life activities, because of its large role it can also cause legal problems, such as the existence of Land Use Rights Number 1 on behalf of the Regional Government of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province which was granted in 1989 by The Ministry of Basic Chemical Industry based on the Grant Charter No. 566/DJ.KD/VIII/1983 dated August 3, 1983. It is located in Simpang Kelaping village, Kala Pegasing, Kung, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency, better known as Belang Bebangka, with an area of ​​122 Ha. The land is partly from State land and partly from customary-owned land, initially the land will be built by the Takengon Paper Project by the central government in this case the Ministry of Basic Industry/Mining. 1 since it was handed over by the Ministry of Basic Industry in 1989 until now, what has happened is that people who claim to be Penghulu Gading, namely groups of heirs and those who claim to have rights to the land on the land, manage directly, and even some have transferred their rights by selling buy. The problems that have occurred in this area have been going on for years until now there has not been a meeting point between the Aceh Provincial Government, Central Aceh District Government and the community. In this regard, the guarantee of legal capacity is very necessary.

Abstract

This study seeks to analyze the process of embodiment and electronic/online services at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, as well as data conditions and strategies for preparing land data towards valid electronic/online data services which are needed for legal certainty for land rights owners and for making strategic decisions in National level. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. This research is located and has an object at the National Land Agency (BPN) of North Jakarta City Administration, and other agencies involved in connection with this research, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, for the Heritage Center or the so-called DITJEN AHU and the Regional Development Tax and Ritribution Service Unit (UPPPD). Taman Sari and the Regional Development Tax and Ritribution Service Unit (UPPPD), which is a valid requirement for a request for transfer of rights at the National Land Agency (BPN) of North Jakarta City Administration, while the research period is 1 year. In selecting a qualitative research sample, the data source sample is selected purposively and is snowball sampling. Based on the results and discussion of the Land Data Readiness research towards Electronic/Online Services, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of BPN RI Number 5 of 2017 concerning Electronic Land Information Services has not been implemented in its entirety. The implementation of these regulations is hampered by the content in the regulations that are not yet in line with other regulations governing the same thing. The lack of socialization, communication, and resources related to the implementation of regulations makes many Land Offices tend to have a negative response and are less concerned about the existence of online service programs, although there are also Land Offices that act in harmony with the substance of online services; (2) The readiness of land data for online services has not yet reached 100%. (3) Strategies for implementing and preparing land data for electronic services that can be carried out (4) The implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), is constrained due to the Regional Development Tax and Ritribution Service Unit (UPPPD) of Tamansari District and the Regional Development Tax and Ritribution Service Unit (UPPPS) of Penjaringan District, so that Validation takes a long time, and if there is a request for a reduction in Duties on the acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB), it is not systematically granted.

Abstract

Pemilihan antena untuk sebagai pemancar dan penerima sangat menetukan keberhasilan pengiriman data secara nirkabel. Didalam Penelitian ini menawarkan sebuah alat yang dapat mengarahkan sebuah antena pada posisi yang diinginkan. Komponen utama dari plant ini terdiri dari motor dc yang dikopelkan ke antena penerima melalui roda gigi, mikrokontroler Arduino Uno sebagai pusat pengendali dan sensor OID untuk mendeteksi posisi antena. Pengaturan posisi antena dilakukan dengan memberikan tegangan ke motor dc dengan teknik PWM dan logika Fuzzy. Posisi antena dalam derajat yang akan dicapai diset dari komputer dan dirubah ke nilai banyak pulsa sebagai nilai Set up yang selanjutnya dikirim secara serial ke mikrokontroler. Untuk mendapatkan posisi yang diinginkan nilai error (yaitu selisih antara nilai set up dengan nilai aktual) dan selisih error (error dengan error sebelumnya) diproses mikrokontroler menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan 21 rule dan outputnya yang berupa sinyal PWM yang digunakan untuk mengatur daya ke motor dc. Data perubahan posisi antena digambarkan secara grafik untuk melihat respon dari hasil pengendalian. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini didapatkan sebuah alat yang dapat mengarahkan antena pada posisi yang diinginkan dengan waktu yang relatif cepat dengan kepresisian dibawah 1 derajat. Alat ini dapat juga digunakan untuk mengukur karakteristik antena dan sebagai modul praktik mahasiswa program studi telekomunikasi. Dengan dilengkapi pendeteksi sinyal alat ini dapat menjejak sumber sinyal yang diinginkan. Kata kunci: Antena, Sensor OID, PWM.

Abstract

Public consultation is an activity that must be carried out by the person in charge of the business and/or activity who is obligated to prepare the Amdal document as contained in the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2021 corcerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management as a derivate of Article 22 and Article 185 letter b of the Law Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. Rantauprapat Regional General Hospital is a hospital with class B classification of Non-Education which is planned to be built and developed which is located on an area of 24.553 m2 and a building area of 50.832,91 m2 based on the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2021 mandatory prepare a Document of Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL). The public consultation was conducted using the seminar method and filling out a questionnaire. Based on the results of filling out the quistionnaire, there were 28,46% of respondents strongly agree, 70,00% agreed and 1,54% did not agree with the activity plan and there were 21,53% of respondents who said they were worried about the development plan. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the perception of UMKM in the village of Pematang Serai Tanjung Pura District Langkat Regency on Syariah Microfinance Institutions (LKMS). This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is in the form of primary data consisting of documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to 12 UMKM in the village of Pematang Serai. Samples as many as 12 people were chosen because indeed the number of UMKM players who were members of the Pucuk Lemonger's UMKM community were only 12 people because they were only formed by several time ago. The results showed that the perpetrator of the UMKM of the village of Pematang Serai Village included in the category that was still not good / low because UMKM players were still not so understanding the characteristics and services provided by sharia financial institutions. They still assume that this syariah microfinance institution is almost the same as conventional bank financial institutions that apply high interest so that they are afraid of the risks caused if they cannot afford loans. It is necessary to socialize from universities, especially the Pancabudi Development University to provide an understanding of them related to Islamic microfinance institutions to resolve the issue of business capital in particular

Abstract

The corruption is an axtradionary crime that damage and endagers the financial and economic of a state. If this nation did not aware the corruption as the root of problem, it is difficult for Indonesia to manage its self even for rise from the buried. The returning the loss of nation did not terminate the law prosecess on the corruption crime. But the returning of the loss of the state and followed by the elimination of the law process on corruption crime can be accepted as ultimate in corruption eradication. The problem in this thesis are : How the returning process of the state financial asset through the corruption crime justice as mentioned in the Act ? Did the returning the state financial will influence the punisment for criminal in the corruption crime justice ? What a returning of state financial in corruption crime justice in relationo to the objective of the punishment ? The asset recovery did not determined explicitly in Act No. 17/2003 concering to the State Financial and Act No. 20/2001 concering to theCorruption Crime Eradication even did not in Act No. 15/2002 that revised by Act No. 25/2003 concerning ti the money Laundry. The asset recovery is new nomenclatire and independent, separated from the term “State Financial”.this term indicate ecplicitly that asset of corruption is a property as the state asset. If the asset recovery had implemented in corruption crime justice, the judge is wise to provide the lower punishmen because the asset had be recovered.

Abstract

Dimana pada saat ini tes TOEIC merupakan hal penilaian di dunia akademis. beberapa perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, baik swasta maupun negeri, menerapkan skor TOEIC sebagai syarat untuk lulus ujian, demikian juga dengan Politeknik Negeri Medan, mahasiswa wajib mengikuti ujian TOEIC dan lulus sebagai sayarat untuk lulus ujian diploma. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mmengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang besifat signifikan atau tidak antara skor/nilai tes TOEIC dan nilai Bahasa Inggris mahasiswa semester 3 di jurusan Teknik Elektro program studi Teknik Listrik T.A. 2018/2019.Penelitian menggunakan rancangan post test only control design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 3 Jurusan Teknik Elektro program studi Teknik Listrik T.A. 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 130 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 54 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan Korelasi eksperimen dari hasil tes Toeic dan hasil tes bahasa Inggris mahasiswa semester 3 T.A 2018/2019. Kata kunci : TOEIC, nilai bahasa Inggris, perbedaan.
