<![CDATA[This study's goal is to ascertain how accounting students at Politeknik Negeri Padang's level of workplace motivation and practical field experience affect their ability to enter the workforce. Work preparedness is the dependent variable, whereas work motivation and practical field experience are the independent factors employed in this study. The population of this study consists of Politeknik Negeri Padang accounting majors who are currently enrolled and have finished their Practical Field Work (PFW). With 102 respondents in the sample, the sampling was done using purposeful sampling, and the data were collected using primary sources. Data is acquired by distributing surveys to accounting students at Politeknik Negeri Padang using a google form and collecting their responses. Software called SPSS V.25 is used to process the data. The study's findings show that the association between work preparedness and the work motivation variable is both favorable and significant. Work preparedness and the PFW Experience variable have a favorable and substantial association.]]>

<![CDATA[The research was motivated by the phenomenon of active Twitch users in Indonesia, both as streamers and viewers, which had decreased from the previous few years. When compared to neighboring countries such as China, Japan and Korea, Indonesia has the lowest number of total users. The decrease in the number of users has an impact on Twitch's market penetration efforts into Indonesia and for streamers from Indonesia who are building their careers on the Twitch website. Research was conducted to obtain an overview of the level of acceptance of Twitch video streaming technology in Bandung. The use of the UTAUT2 model was implemented to obtain factors influencing the level of acceptance of Twitch usage. The research method uses quantitative, namely distributing online surveys from Google Form to the population and samples using the purposive sampling method. Distributing the questionnaire via social media then collecting the data in Microsoft Excel and SPSS for data processing. The research results show that the behavior of using Twitch video streaming is influenced by facilitating conditions and habits.]]>

<![CDATA[The study found a change in the motivation of visitors to the festival. This study aims to identify visitors' memorable experiences related to tourist attractions at the Dieng Culture Festival, held from 2020 to 2022. The research was conducted using a quantitative-interpretative approach, with research instruments designed to determine visitors' profiles, purposes, and experiences. The sample size consisted of 398 respondents and 5 key informants. The research methodology involved data collection through online surveys and in-depth interviews with key informants. The research findings are presented below. Based on the respondents' characteristics, it can be inferred that most visitors to the Dieng Culture Festival are over 20 years old. The primary purpose of their visit was to experience and participate in the jazz music performances held above the clouds, as indicated by 271 respondents (67.9%). The most prominent attendees are private employees, with 143 respondents (38.5%), followed by students. Notably, 321 respondents (80.5%) learned about the Dieng Culture Festival online. The gender of visitors is dominated by women, with 177 (44.4%) male respondents, while the number of female respondents is 222 (55.6%). Jazz music above the clouds is a memorable programme because it represents visitors' needs. The commodification of the Ruwatan procession of cutting dreadlocks is needed to increase the impression for visitors and strengthen the image of local cultural recognition.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the influence of ownership concentration, profitability, accounting conservatism and sales growth on company value. The main objective of this research is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence whether there is an influence of ownership concentration, profitability, accounting conservatism, and sales growth on company value. The ownership concentration variable is measured using the Ownership formula, profitability is measured using the Return of Assets formula, accounting conservatism is measured using the Non-Operating Accrual formula, and sales growth is measured using the sales growth indicator formula. The method used to process data is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using the purposive sampling method. Data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research object is non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2019 to 2022, where from the results of the analysis it was found that there were 27 non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2019 to 2022. Results This research shows that the variables that influence company value include profitability variables and sales growth variables.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, asset management and capital structure on financial performance with company size as a moderating variable among palm oil companies listed on IDX the period 2019-2023. Financial performance as the dependent variable is proxied by ROA. The independent variables include liquidity, asset management and capital structure. The population of this study is 24 palm oil companies listed on the IDX the period 2019-2023. This study employs a purposive sampling method and selects a sample of 20 palm oil companies listed on the IDX. The analysis technique utilized is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS 23 application. The result of this study is that liquidity has no effect on financial performance, asset management has an effect on financial performance, capital structure has no effect on financial performance, company size moderates the effect of liquidity on financial performance, company size does not moderate the effect of asset management on financial performance and company size moderate the effect of capital structure on financial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Kinerja keuangan perusahaan menjadi indikator krusial dalam menilai keberlanjutan dan daya saing dalam perusahaan. Kajian ini menyajikan analisis terhadap laporan keuangan pada salah satu perusahaan terbesar penyedia kebutuhan pokok di Indonesia yaitu makanan dan minuman yaitu PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi beberapa rasio keuangan yang mencakup likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas, untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai kondisi keuangan perusahaan dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang signifikan dalam total aktiva dan penjualan bersih, meskipun laba bersih mengalami fluktuasi yang menantang. Temuan ini tidak hanya memberikan informasi berharga bagi pelaku manajemen keuangan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis, tetapi juga menawarkan informasi penting bagi investor dan pemangku kepentingan dalam menilai prospek investasi. Kajian ini berkontribusi memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang dinamika kinerja keuangan di industri yang sangat kompetitif, serta menyoroti pentingnya efisiensi operasional dan manajemen biaya untuk mencapai keberhasilan jangka panjang.]]>

<![CDATA[The West Seram Regency Agriculture Service is tasked with helping carry out government activities in the agricultural sector. There are still several problems where employees lack motivation from the leadership. The aim of the research was to analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of SBB Regency Agriculture Service employees. Using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The population are 33 employees of the SBB District Agriculture Service. This research used a saturated sample where the sample are 32 employees of the SBB Regency Agriculture Service, not including the head office. Descriptive analysis shows that employee motivation has an average value of 2.99 which is interpreted as quite good, while employee performance has an average value of 3.28 which is interpreted as quite good. The results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SBB Regency Agriculture Service Employees. So, the SBB District Agriculture Service must increase employee motivation by paying attention to work performance, and work facilities. Employee performance can be improved by paying attention to indicators of quality, quantity, responsibility, cooperation and initiative. Keywords: Motivation, Employee Performance, Cooperation]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze and prove the impact of modernization of the tax administration system and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in restaurant and restaurant businesses in Padang city. The type of research used is quantitative research using primary data and measurent using a likert scale (questionnaire). The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. This research uses the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method which was carried out with SmartPLS software version 4.1. the sample for this research was 183 taxpayer respondents from restaurant and restaurant businesses in the city of Padang. The result of this research show that the two independent variables, modernization of the tax management system and tax sanctions, have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in restaurant and restaurant businesses in Padang City. <![CDATA[This study analyzes the impact of e-commerce and digital transformation on economic growth in five ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines) during the 2011-2021 period, using panel data and the Common Effect Model (CEM) or pooled data panel approach. The results show that digital payment has a positive and significant impact on economic growth, indicating the importance of digital payment adoption in enhancing economic activity in the region. On the other hand, e-commerce transaction value has a significant negative effect, which can be explained by the imbalance in value-added distribution and the concentration of capital on certain e-commerce platforms that do not support other sectors evenly. World digital competitiveness has a positive impact on GDP, showing that countries with higher digital competitiveness tend to have better economic growth. Total population contributes positively but has a minor influence on GDP, while labor force shows a significant negative effect, reflecting challenges in matching workforce growth with the rapidly evolving digital market demands.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh ease of use, ease of usefulness dan attitude terhadap intention to use dalam penggunaan QRIS pada UMKM Kafe dan Restoran di Kota Padang pada tahun 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang terdaftar pada Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Padang. Teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Usaha Mikro dengan jenis usaha kuliner saji seperti: kafe dan restoran yang berada di Kota Padang serta menggunakan QRIS sebagai metode pembayaran sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 265 responden. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner tercetak yang dibagikan langsung kepada pelaku usaha mikro. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS v.24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ease of use berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use dalam penggunaan QRIS oleh UMKM, ease of usefulness dan attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use dalam penggunaan QRIS oleh UMKM. Secara bersama-sama ease of use, ease of usefulness, dan attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use dalam penggunaan QRIS oleh UMKM.]]>
