Abstract

Effective human resource management is an important key to improving organizational performance, especially in the government sector such as the State Civil Service Agency (BKN). This research focuses on the development of a website-based Intelligent Human Capital Development Plan (IHCDP) that utilizes the latest information technology, including PHP, JavaScript, and SQL, to dynamically identify, analyze, and meet employee training and development needs based on integrated data performance and training needs. The approach used in this study is the waterfall method, where each stage from design to implementation is carried out regularly and in a structured manner. The developed system allows real-time visualization of employee performance data, as well as analysis of training needs needed to improve employee competency in accordance with BKN's strategic objectives. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of IHCDP at BKN can increase efficiency in identifying specific training needs, aligning competency development with organizational goals, and significantly strengthening employee capacity in facing changes and challenges in the work environment. The use of information technology in this system also encourages the creation of transparency and accountability in human resource management in the BKN environment. Recommendations for developing features can later be developed into a dashboard to view the history of competency results carried out every two years at each level of office.

Abstract

The success of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) is not solely determined by technological aspects but also by social factors such as social interaction, trust, and norm of reciprocity, which influence the process of explicit knowledge sharing. This study aims to analyze the role of these three factors in supporting KMS development in higher education institutions. This research employs a descriptive and exploratory approach, utilizing a survey method involving 420 student respondents from various universities in Indonesia. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using SMART PLS (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling). The analysis results indicate that all indicators have good validity (loading factor > 0.7) and meet the reliability criteria (Cronbach’s Alpha and Composite Reliability > 0.7). Hypothesis testing using the bootstrapping method shows that Social Interaction (P = 0.002) and Norm of Reciprocity (P = 0.003) significantly influence Explicit Knowledge Sharing, while Trust (P = 0.062) remains an acceptable contributing factor. These findings suggest that the successful implementation of KMS in higher education institutions must consider the social aspects that shape the academic environment. Enhancing social interaction, strengthening trust, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing are essential factors in optimizing KMS utilization.

Abstract

In the era of a knowledge-based economy, Human Capital Management System (HCMS) has become increasingly important, particularly in the context of higher education. This study aims to analyze the influence of tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing on the human capital of university students. A quantitative approach was used by collecting data from 430 students through an online survey, with 420 valid responses analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results indicate that tacit knowledge sharing has a more significant impact on Human Capital than explicit knowledge sharing, with a t-statistics value of 6.777 and a P-Value of 0.000, demonstrating a strong and significant relationship. Meanwhile, the relationship between explicit knowledge sharing and human capital showed a t-statistics value of 1.777 with a p-value of 0.076, which remains within the hypothesis acceptance threshold but is less dominant. The implications of this study suggest that universities should design HCMS strategies that focus more on strengthening tacit knowledge sharing, such as mentoring, group discussions, and experiential learning programs. Additionally, technology-based learning management systems remain essential for documenting and distributing explicit knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Tacit Knowledge Sharing (TKS) among university students using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research model focuses on three main factors: Identification, Shared Language, and Shared Vision, which are believed to contribute to knowledge sharing in academic environments. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires from 420 students, selected using the simple random sampling method. Hypothesis testing results indicate that Identification (β = 0.253, p < 0.05) and Shared Language (β = 0.326, p < 0.05) have a significant influence on TKS, while Shared Vision (β = 0.095, p = 0.057) has a weaker effect. These findings confirm that students’ sense of belonging within the academic community and shared language in communication play a crucial role in enhancing knowledge sharing, whereas a shared vision requires further strengthening strategies. This study provides implications for universities in developing policies that promote a knowledge-sharing culture to improve the quality of learning and academic collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the model's performance in classifying and predicting the number of product sales based on several attributes. The K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm was used for the classification task and showed good performance with an accuracy of 91.22%, recall of 92.96%, and precision of 90.18%. These results indicate that the model has a high generalization ability in recognizing sales patterns. For quantitative prediction of the number of sales, a linear regression model is used with independent variables such as regular price, selling price, rating, number of ratings, and number of favorites. The regression model yielded a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.78, indicating that 78% of the variability of the sales amount can be explained by these variables. The coefficient analysis results show that the rating, number of ratings, and number of favorites have a positive influence on the sales amount, while the selling price and normal price have no significant effect. The Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) value of 33.09 indicates a fairly low level of prediction error. These findings indicate that the model used is effective in helping analyze and forecast product sales.
